Insight Restoration was fantastic to work with. Their estimate was by far the most detailed when compared to other vendors and their pricing was very fair. The Insight team was responsive, knowledgeable, kind, and dependable. They completed all of the work outlined in the estimate and went out of their way to finish the project in line with our schedule. I would recommend them to anyone!

Justin and his team did a great job at our home and arrived an hour after we called! They had everything cleaned up quickly and followed up with us each day until they picked up their dryers/humidifier. I really appreciated the great communication and follow through! I had drain pipe break underground and water began backing up into my lower level. I was completely overwhelmed with the amount of damage and the risk of having wet floor, sheet rock etc in my home and what could potentially be growing on it. I contacted Insight Restoration They were out immediately. Their estimate was clear and complete and they came in and from start to finish handled everything with professionalism, honesty and delicacy. I was able to ask any questions and they were patient. I knew when they finished the work everything was done well and right. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Everyone who came out was wonderful. All of the sudden we had evidence of black mold on the ceiling of the laundry room, underneath the upstairs toilet. Yikes! Called Shylee off of an Angies List list but her company only does inspections, not remediations. Shaylee gave us the name of InSight and I called them immediately. Nick came out later that afternoon...on a Friday!...gave us an estimate. Early on Monday following Justin and Jake came and set up for the project. Alas, it appeared that the toilet above had a leak, so work was interrupted for a day while the plumber fixed the leak. This morning Justin came and finished up. Hopefully I will not have to use their services again, But you may!. I can testify that this is an amazing company...thoughtful, professional, courteous, and efficient. We are very satisfied.

Hire at your own risk! I hired this company to do roughly 30,000 in work after a hail storm. Dan M was the foreman/project manager, and that is where the nightmare began. Long story short, he snuck by a few thousand dollars of wood sheeting/framing members onto the insurance claim. The adjuster signed off on it. Guess what happens when ALL the quoted work that is on the claim isnt completed? YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEDUCTABLE BACK FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY, BECAUSE 100% of the work was not done. The reason why it wasnt done was because no sheeting if or framing members needed to be replaced.It cost me close to 4,000 dollars f on the lost Deductable. This company is incompetent at best....I tried dealing with the owner directly, but he was as underhanded as Dan M.
