After an off putting first impression at a different dental office, I chose to try Plymouth Station Dental. I was relieved to find they had a welcoming staff who were understanding about anxieties that come with dental visits, especially ones during a pandemic. The receptionist was patient and reassured me of the steps their office was taking to prevent the spread of Covid. She answered questions I had about services they provided. The dentist and the rest of the staff were kind as well and they all gave me a nice welcoming first impression of their team. They were professional and had good customer service. I recommend them for anyone. Needless to say, this will be my choice dental group here in MN.

You will never find a more caring dental office. Carla the receptionist is the best always helping with insurance and any other questions you might have. Dr. Carl is great also and a gentle dentist who is honest and cares about you. It is a long drive for me but worth it. I would never go anywhere else! I just heard Carla is retiring. Best wishes to Carla and thank you for all the help you have given me and my husband thru the years!

I have been going here since 2005. Everyone is friendly and they do a great job of cleaning and taking care of my teeth. They do a thorough exam.

I have gone to see Dr. Carl Fitzsimmons for years. He and his staff are top notch and my teeth thank them! Truly cannot recommend a place more than I would Plymouth Station Dental.

I had such a great experience at Plymouth Station Dental.Everyone was genuinely kind, professional and friendly.Dr. Carl and his assistant put me at ease right away. He was so thorough, and explained everything. Has a gentle touch and is very efficient.I was so pleasantly surprised that I could get my crown in one visit.Who would think that anyone would be happy and excited to get a new crown? It is beautiful. I will never feel bad about going to the dentist again!

I normally get anxious going to the dentist but this office sure knows how to make you feel at home. They work very well with your insurance to make sure everyone is on the same page before performing a cleaning or any service. I have gone here for years and will not trust anyone else with my teeth!

Erin was fantastic to work with. She asked great questions, was very caring, a great conversationalist, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Fitzsimmons is always very friendly and easy to relate to and makes sure I know how my teeth are doing :-)

Ive been going to Plymouth Station Dental for over 10 years now. The staff is very professional and simply good people to work with. Ive always felt valued as a client and have been given quality information in making my dental decisions. In particular Ive always been impressed with their technology improves to make the customer experience that much better. (1 visit crown appointments, new digital camera technology to visually show you what is going on, TVs in their dental stations, etc.) I highly recommend Plymouth Station Dental.

Had an old filling replaced using their Cerec machine and I love it; it is so smooth and it blends in with my tooth so well you can hardly tell it was fixed. My 9 year old daughter has also had teeth pulled for her braces and Dr. Fitzsimmons was so gentle and the appointment went very smoothly.

As a long-time patient of Dr. Fitz, he and his office staff are outstanding!

Nadya the dental hygienist was really rude and refused to clean my teeth, it is the most ridiculous dentist visit I had in my life. Dont waste your time and $$ there!
