We recently had Russell Mill Remodeling come in and do some work on our condominium building. The building is over 100 years old. It was recently remodeled in 2012. We needed the top floor stair rail and banisters repaired. Six of the banisters were damaged in an accident.The work Russel Mill Remodeling did restored the woodwork to its original old charm, stronger and sturdier than before the damage. They were very responsive. We had an estimate and the work complete within five business days of our initial call. The bill came in ~10% less than quoted. The work area was left clean and neat after the work was done. We will call them again when our building needs any remodeling or repair in the future.

We selected Russell Mills Remodeling to replace the cedar shingles and trim boards on our house. It was built about 1980 and was due. The people from Russell Mills were great. Their price was the best. They worked with us to be as environmentally friendly as possble. The result was first rate. Shane was always available by text or email to answer any questions if he was not on site. We liked them so much they are redoing our deck.
