I was extremely impressed with Legacy Restoration and my roof replacement. From the very beginning of the process to the very end (and beyond), Omar was extremely informative, patient, and had great communication! He took care of dealing with my insurance company and stayed on top of the entire project ALL the way through! Roof replacement (esp with an insurance claim) can be so stressful. Omar and his calm demeanor was always smiling and truly made it a PAINLESS process.The roofing team was fantastic as well. Fantastic folks to work with, they made sure that all of the project items were laid out and the plan was well understood. From first contact to completion of job, Legacy was always professional. Steve, the company rep, was always available and prompt at getting answers to my questions and concerns. Legacy employees were friendly and kept me informed of job scheduling. The crew that did the application worked hard to see the job completed while making sure it stayed organized and neat. There was always good communication between myself, my insurance company and Legacy.

Legacy did a fantastic job from start to finish. Scott was great. Very professional but fun to work with. Everything went according to schedule. Had a prob with insurance inspection, but Legacy dealt with it, without any inconvenience to me. Supplies arrived one day, roof and cleanup done the next. Very satisfied!

Everything was awesome with the exception of the clean up. We have a dog and spent days picking up nails, small sharp pieces of new siding and wood scraps from the old cedar siding.

I found the Legacy team including Sawyer, Cole & Carey to be professional, efficient, courteous, & thorough. The crew removing & installing the new roof worked very hard & long (more than a 12 hour day!) .They came back. the second day with more shingles to finish the job! The cleanup was exceptional . Legacy Restoration made getting my roof replaced after hail damage incredibly easy. The sales rep (Max) was courteous, knowledgable, and responsive. After inspecting the roof, Max took care of all work filing the claim. He went over the claim with me in detail and explained the process of how funds from my insurance company would be released and let me know exactly how much out of pocket expense I could expect.The day before the roof replacement all the materials and a dumpster were delivered and place right where we had agreed. The crew arrived the next day, right on time, and got to work. The project manager (Dave) was there to make sure I understood what the project would entail. He contacted me a number of time throughout the day to be sure I was happy with how things were progressing. The crew worked quickly and carefully, making sure they didnt damage the large gardens around my house. They even cleaned out my gutters. As promised, the work was done in one day. The crew carefully cleaned up the ground. The dumpster and all waste were removed that day. By 5:00 pm the roof was done and there were no signs of all the work that had been done, expect for the quality roofing job.I highly recommend the work of Legacy Restoration.

Legacy Restoration did a great job with our roof. Scott was so helpful and thorough in explaining the process to us and making sure we understood all of our options. He was responsive to our emails and text and the project was completed in the expected time frame. The crew worked so efficiently, the whole project was done in just half a day.

I found Legacy Restoration to be a reputable company and specifically appreciated Justin Swenson, our project manager. Justin followed through with all my questions and inquires. He was timely and provided me with all the details I needed as my roof project was being completed. He made multiple trips to my home as I was uneasy about the finished product. Justin explained that once we had enough warm weather the shingles would lay down and that is exactly what happened. Once the weather turned warm, my shingles flattened down. He did a great job easing my mind.

I met Scott Deering while he was inspecting in our neighborhood for Hail Damage from the last storm. He was very professional and knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of how the Insurance Claims process works. The service he provided was a great help and made the experience much easier for us... I would give him and Legacy 5 Stars and would Definitely use them again !!!

Consumer Beware!If only we knew...Our interaction with Legacy started on a lie. They told us they didnt use sub-contractors, which wasnt true (proven when the sub-contractors showed up to our house). But regardless of who completes the work, we expect it to be done well. Lets visit two examples of incredibly sub-par work:Photo #1 - When replacing the roof, the crew left a gap where there was no wood under the singles. Imagine the day we actually walked on our roof. Its shocking theyd leave this danger unresolved.Photo #2 - When replacing some of the sub-decking, they used wood from our garbage pile (was recently removed from our deck). I dont think I need to explain all the reasons this is wrong...Legacy also disturbed an asbestos pipe, which we told them about. This led to a dangerous situation in two parts of our home that needed professional remediation.Throughout our interactions with Legacy, they were unresponsive, dismissive of their mistakes and unprofessional. I would highly encourage anyone looking to hire Legacy to look elseware.

My entire experience with Legacy was fantastic from start to finish. Josh was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process easily. Legacy Restoration did a great job from start to finish. Tim Quick, theservice representative, came out to inspect hail damage to home and garage, Luckily, damage was only to garage: its roof and siding. Tim patiently reviewed the damage and insurance paperwork with me. He and Legacy then worked with my superb insurance adjustor to get the ball rolling. Then the roof and later the siding was replaced. The work was prompt, professionally done, and the garage looks great. What was also very much appreciated was the thorough clean up that left my property just as it had been. Both Tim and the roof and siding foremen double-checked all construction and cleanup. Emily, Legacys scheduling specialist, also was so conscientious in being sure all details were completed to my satisfaction. In short, the whole process was seamless: a learning experience for me, all paperwork dotted to the T, excellent care and construction expertise, and thorough clean up. Very happy with my roof replacement. From my initial conversation with Anthony Burn who set this in motion to the office staff I spoke with, including Emily and the Job Site Supervisor it was completed very smoothly. The work crew was prepped and started the job right on time. The clean up afterwards was excellent. Happy to report no nails found in the yard. They moved some very heavy pots out of the way that I was unable to and placed them back for me. Highly recommend them if you are in need of a new roof.

After noticing a water spot “growing” on the ceiling in a closet, we requested a roof check from Legacy Restoration. Eric Nelson inspected the roof and found no issues. He then crawled through a narrow crawl space and found a crack in a venting PVC pipe. He took photos so we could hire a plumber to make the repair. Even though Eric’s inspection didn’t result in business for Legacy Restoration, he went the extra mile to remedy our issue. His service went over and above so we would not hesitate to hire them for roofing/siding replacement or to highly recommend Legacy Restoration to friends and family.

Worked with Scott on Hail Damage. Was the only person that would work with my insurance to get a claim in as other companies wouldnt work with me even though had damage. During the initial process there were a few hiccups with communication and the changing of our sales person mid-process, however the transition was easy and Max was available whenever we needed him.Pros--The roof (which I believe was contracted out) was completed within a day and the team did great at cleaning up! They used a metal detector around the property to ensure our animals were safe to be outside.-We were initially estimated a 4 week wait period, but we had our roofing materials and installation within 2 weeks of finishing the insurance approval.- Legacy covered our A/C repairs and apologized for the inconvenience with a gift basket.Cons-No one showed up to do the roof tour with the insurance adjuster - luckily the adjuster agreed that we needed a new roofWe did have shingles end up in our AC which shorted out - Legacy offered to cover the repair and sent us a gift packages as an apology

In one word my experience with Legacy Restoration was flawless. From start to finish I am over the top happy with this company.Inspector- I believe his name was Robb. Arrived as scheduled (on a specific time, not within a 4 hour window), was an excellent communicator, knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed talking to him. His follow through was 100% on target.Main Contact. My main point of contact with Scott Deering. He was exceptional. Like Robb he always arrived on time, (one time he was going to be a couple of minutes late and actually called me to tell me this) always responded to my phone calls (actually picked up when I called) and responded to my text immediately. He was organized, knowledgeable, explained everything in detail, followed up for status checks and was very friendly. I literally did nothing Scott took care of everything to include contact with my insurance company. (they too were excellent through this process) Roof conversations are not that exciting, but I really like visiting with him.The construction crew again arrived on time and immediately went to work. I have always respected those who roof for a profession that just seems like a tough job. This crew was very conscientious about my property (scrubs, windows, patio) and their clean up was exceptional. I found 1 nail (in the shrubs) and a very, small amount of shingle material after they left. I literally could not tell they were there after they completed their clean up.After the roofing crew left (completed my roof in one day) I was called and told they would be coming back for the dumpster and the left-over product the next day. Th next day came, and they did exactly what they said they would.Roof-I can not speak about the actual construction quality of the roof. I know nothing about roofs “Yup, that is a shingled roof” I can say the final product looks good from a lay person’s perspective. The project manager explained what was happening and let me know that since my garage was sheet rocked, they would also be adding two vents to this segment of the roof. I can only assume that with this level of oversight my roof installation was also exceptional.I always complete surveys (Yes, even Sam’s Club) when I am sent them. I am quick to criticize and so I try and be quick to compliment. So to conclude I am 100% happy with this company. They should teach a class to a few other companies that I have contact with on what Customer Service means.This is unusual for me but I will give them a 10/10 score.Thank you Legacy.

Josh came out for an inspection at our townhome complex. He was on time and super professional. They used drones and high tech equipment to get the best images and estimates. Highly recommended!

Scheduled an appointment for an estimate on several outdoor projects. Eric came out and evaluated. I was told I would receive an email in a few days with a breakdown of costs. It is now greater than 3 weeks and still without an estimate even though I spoke to him related to lack of any follow up.. Don’t make promises you have no intention of keeping doesn’t reflect well on business practices.

I called up Legacy after a hail storm came through and damaged my house. Eric Nelson came out, and helped get the whole process of replacing the roof and siding completed, start to finish. Overall, the sales experience and roof installation went well. I had an issue with the ventilation air ducts from the bathroom ceiling fans not being aligned with the roof air vent covers. Legacy installed the roof air vent covers, but not the air ducts. However, Legacy worked with me to get the problem fixed. I was very happy with the customer service and quality of work.

We mostly worked with Max on our roof replacement. He and everyone at Legacy have been beyond helpful, responsive and very knowledgable. The job was pushed out by a day (due to the weather) but other then that everything was complete well and fast. Months later we havent found any issues. After the job was complete Max reached out asking if the job was complete up to our expectations - we did have one task for them to update, which was done within 24 hours. Happy houseowner with a new roof over here!

Legacy provides excellent customer service, from their Sales Rep, Josh Engelby, to their claims representative, Jim Ramsey and right through their installation teams. They are hands on and very responsive to questions. The customer service provided is exceptional. We couldnt have worked though this large undertaking without the experience and expertise provided by the Legacy employees.

Although it was timely due to the winter and going back and forth with insurance they did a fantastic job. Justin Wenzel was very communicative throughout the process. Thank you!

My wife and I have had a 5 Star Experience with Legacy Restoration! From my very first phone call, I have been impressed with the professionalism they have shown. I was very impressed with the communication received from all parties involved with the project. Rob, our Service Representative, has been so easy to work with and always was receptive to our questions and keeping us up to date on the project. And after phases of the project were completed, I received a phone call and/or email from Veronica, the Customer Care Specialist. She was eager to find out how things were progressing after each phase. I was also impressed with the efficiency of the work crews. They did great work and cleaned everything up to the point where you couldnt tell at all that anyone had even been doing work on the house. What they did leave behind was a quality product. Working with Legacy Construction has been painless and super easy! I would recommend the company without any hesitation!

We had a storm roll through and damage our roof, a few short days later I met Scott D and he provided me with a free inspection and consultation. He showed me damage on the house and even went through the trouble of contacting my Insurance company to get the ball rolling. I think from the start to end it was only a few short weeks and the roof was done in a day. Id Highly recommend Scott and his team to any of my friends and neighbors.

Steve Lipovetsky kept us informed and aware of services they would perform. He also considered our personal schedules when authorizing job times. All work was done with our prior authorization and that of our insurance company. He also worked diligently with our insurance company regarding inspections and communications with our insurance adjuster. He called us regularly with updates. Workers were prompt and considerate; clean up was done immediately and thoroughly after the work was completed.

Job was completed in one day. Including clean up. Have received favorable comments from several neighbors.

Steve Lipovetsky was my rep for Legacy. He was super friendly and helpful. Very professional, and always willing to answer questions and follow up on questions and concerns. The whole process was slick. I didnt have to do much with the insurance company. Most of the paper work was done on their end. I was only responsible for the deductible, and Legacy worked with the insurance company with the rest to make sure everything got covered. I was impressed that they worked to replace siding during the winter time. Only downside with that, was clean up. Weather can be unpredictable and some things for blanketed by the snow . But Legacy was easy to work with and able to send out clean up crews to make sure everything was picked up after snow melted.New roof and siding looks great. Definitely would recommend their services.

My adjuster Scott was amazing he was reasonable about pricing and time lines we wish he could be apart of our family forever.

I do not recommend Legacy. The company overcommits and undercommunicates with regard to status and timing of work. The quality of their subcontractor work is no better than would be experienced with any other roofing/siding company.Legacy was not responsive and failed to communicate effectively with their subcontractors, within their own organization and with us, their customer. They required continued follow-up to get work done.During the elapsed time of the process (Sept. 2020 - July 2021), the initial sales rep we worked with left Legacy, but we were unaware until the replacement reached out to us over a month later to discuss the remaining storm repair work. Interestingly enough, the replacement sales rep had no idea that the roofing work had been completed in late Nov. 2020. Presuming that the communication patterns were a problem with the employee who had left, we requested that Legacy provide an estimate for siding replacement on the curbside facing portion of our home (we had also asked this of the prior sales rep, but failed to receive an estimate and when WE followed to check status, and were told that they were waiting on suppliers to provide the information)Garage door replacement work was not scheduled and after two weeks of attempted follow-up, it turned out they felt they were waiting on me to make a decision, even though I was not aware I was needed to answer a question.Their most responsive point in the process was less than a week after my insurance company had issued the final check. I emailed the Invoice specialist letting them know I had an appointment at the bank to get the check endorsed and that I would mail the check shortly afterwards. One week after that email, I received a call from the sales person that was working with us, pressuring (treating me as if I was a customer that was not going to pay) me to provide my account and routing number to deduct the payment amount from my checking account, completely unaware of the email communication with the invoice specialist.The work performed mostly met expectations, with some amount of roofing nails and gutter screws left behind, as evidenced by my two-year old bringing me some gutter screws, as well as gutter waste having been tossed into a clearly marked yard waste bin.The majority of the communication with Legacy was from us to them to find out timing of work and status of the siding estimate. Due to their poor communication, upon completion of the storm repair work, we informed Legacy that they were no longer a candidate for our siding job.The one positive part of this experience was the gentleman who showed up (unannounced) to follow on the gutter work (last job for the storm repair) and spent an hour with a magnetic sweep (after I had told him about my two-year old finding gutter screws), picking up about 80 nails & screws, over half of which were clearly from the work Legacy subcontractors had performed.

I had a great experience with Legacy Restoration LLC and would definitely recommend to family and friends! I had other roofing companies trying to get my business after a storm came through our neighborhood. Tim Farrand came highly recommended by family member and he did not disappoint. After the roof inspection, he showed me the damage and clearly explained products, features and benefits. He was always available throughout the process and returned any email or phone call within 2-4 business hours. Also, wanted to shout the crew that performed the roof replacement. They completed it one day! It was great experience from start to finish!
