I dropped off my Nardo Gray 2019 RS5 to have my AWE intake and non resonated street exhaust, as well as my H&R adjustable springs. The install was perfection with no hiccups and now my car looks and sounds amazing. Tim was my excellent service advisor, who ordered my parts and kept me updated with pictures of my install. I’m grateful for the complementary loaner Audi A4 that I used when my baby was in their shop. I drove 5 hrs from Upper Michigan to have my parts installed and I’ll be coming back again when I get an even faster car in the near future. These guys get an A+

Brought my Audi A8 in for a regular oil change a few weeks ago. Was happy with service until I received the car back with grease all over my clear bra and under it when I got it back. Spoke to Tim on the phone, told me to send in pictures. Its been 2 weeks, no email from imola. Also specifically asked to have my soft touch feature looked at on my driver door, wasnt provided a solution to fix that. Guess I will have to find another shop to do business with.

Imola was amazing. They are busy but worth the wait. They were able to fix a leak that 2 other shops were unable to and got the work done at a fraction of the cost. They’re not pushy about making you get work done and don’t up sell you.

There customer service needs some serious improvement...There Customer Parking area is full of vehicles not necessarily there for service.No garbage cans near the building for customers to throw out trash.No comfortable outside seating area for customers to enjoy the sun while they wait for service being performed.VERY RUDE AND JUDGMENTAL TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS AND FORMER COLLEAGUES!!!Whomever invested in this business a couple years ago, should seriously reconsider their investment strategy...because its about to loose a business opportunity.Would ONLY give one star if they didnt allow their employees dogs on the property.However...because I BELIEVE in second (Sometimes 3rd) chances, I will consider attending their OPEN house after my upcoming journey next week to California

If you want a place that feels like your car is in better hands than your own, this is it. Tim and Danielle in service were absolutely awesome to work with the few times Ive brought my 335i in. The communication is excellent, the techs are extremely brand knowledgeable/efficient and the prices are affordable. On top of all this theyre extremely community/culture focused by hosting events like the recent Open House. No reason to take your car anywhere else.

Worked with Dani to get new wheels and a set of winter tires for my vehicle. The process was super easy. The communication was great and they were able to order the custom wheels I was looking for. Car looks great and I was very happy with the service. Will definitely be back in the future.

I have a 2009 Nissan GT-R. We moved away from Up State NY in 2017. Since then, we have been trying to service the tire because they were too old, not worn out. I had terrible luck with two Nissan dealerships in the Twin Cities. They absolutely could not get the job done. As a matter of fact, I am still waiting for one of the dealerships to call me back.All said and done, I was referred to Imola Inc., and couldnt be more happier with their service. I called Imola and got an appointment the very next day. The tire service was completed on time, in fact earlier than expected. The people were friendly and knowledgeable.

Took my 2007 Porsche 911 Turbo to Imola for a 30K mile service. The car was ready in about a day and half. They also washed the car which is always a nice perk. Only issue to mention is that since my car had an aftermarket intake (which is difficult to install back in the car) the tech left a hose slightly loose. But after talking to them, they made things right and we were able to figure out the issue in just a couple of days. So I recommend to let them know in advance if your car has aftermarket parts that need special installation to put it back together. Otherwise, great experience!

Imola did a great job changing my car’s oil. They were much more affordable compared to going to the dealership. I will use their services again in the future.

So as I was searching for a shop to service my Porsche I was looking for something special. During my first visit to Imola the owner gave me a tour of the shop and talked enthusiastically about his experiences with my particular model of vehicle and was very knowledgeable about it, and all of the other high end cars that were in the shop that day. That breeds a lot of confidence in someone who was trying to decide where to bring my vehicle for service. I felt comfortable in their beautiful lounge and the staff was friendly and efficient. The work was done quickly and I had a great experience.

Brought in my brand new 2020 BMW M4 for Imola to install a bunch of Dinan upgrades including suspension, exhaust and ECU tune. Had them add some exterior enhancements too. Finally had Jen at Carsmotology detail and ceramic coat the car. The service was incredible and Tim in particular was super helpful. But honestly everyone there is very responsive and helpful. I went into their shop for the first time and had my ignition coils changed. They did a quick and professional job. Was charged extra because I brought in my own parts though.

Service was fine, guys at the front desk come off as standoffish, hardly looked up from his computer screen to talk to me, the tech added like 20 miles to my car which seems excessive. Tim and the entire consultant team is always friendly and professional, and goes out of their way to accommodate scheduling at a convenient time. Bonus - the Imola team genuinely loves cars and want to help. Servicing a 15 year old car at Imola provides the same positive experience as if it was an exotic (or so i would imagine).The shop and work they do is first class, and its obvious from when you first walk in. In my experience, all work and parts are warrantied and done at a fraction of the cost of the dealers.Excellent Service. Awesome Work. Fun crew and positive experience all around.

I decided to keep my Audi a six. I brought it to these guys and in a very short 2 1/2 days it came out a completely different machine. Very fun at 450 hp.

Truly amazing. Forget the dealer. Fixed the problem On my Mercedes SL500 with a $74 reset, after dumping hundreds of $$$ at the Mercedes dealership, without resolving the issue. Smart, good communication, not trying to sell you a new car!

I had never been to Imola before a good friend recommended it and insisted that I don’t take my car elsewhere, and I would have to agree with his statement. The staff was extremely helpful, thorough and did a wonderful job. After my tune I had a bad diverter valve that was causing a high pitched whistle, which tends to happen on my model of VW. They helped to identify what was going on (I don’t know much about cars and had no idea) and got me in the next day to replace the part. Car runs great, awesome shop, and would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve/service their car. They know cars, which is why just about every supercar in the state of Minnesota goes to them, so you should too.

I had Jennifer do a ceramic coating on my 2003 Mercedes SL55 AMG and it looks absolutely fabulous! It transformed my vehicle from a nice car to almost better than new showroom class.

This was my first experience with Imola and will definitely not be my last! Everyone there was very professional and took care of my car as if it was their own. Not only did they get my car done fast but when I picked it up my car was washed and spotless. I will be sending everyone I know here!

They tried hard but Ive just lost confidence. Took my car in for a warranty repair of a passenger window. First they diagnosed it as the motor. When I tried to get my car back, they said they would charge me an hour of labor to put the door panel back on because they had test driven it for the transmission and didnt charge me. So, they kept my car for 5 days. They replaced the motor after it arrived and discovered that it was the window regulator, not the motor. This time they gave me the car back. When it got it back, the panel was rattling and I noticed at 5 or 6 panel clips were not inserted correctly. I took the panel off to reset and reinstall and noticed that they had broken a piece of plastic and tried to repair it with tape. This was not told to me at any time nor has there ever been an apology for this broken item and they initially said they couldnt guarantee that they broke it. I had just recently installed speakers so I knew it was not broken previously. When the window regulator was replaced, it was not tested properly because the next day I noticed that the passenger window didnt drop when the convertible roof latch was released. They took the car for 3 days and never could figure it out. They wanted to keep it longer but I needed it for the weekend. During the weekend, I noticed that that the door courtesy light was no longer working either. I wanted this to be my go to place for my German cars, I really did. They still do not know what is malfunctioning to make the window stay up when the roof latch is released.

I have been a customer of Imola for roughly 10 years now, i have always been greeted with a smile and welcomed by my first name. All of their staff are extremely customer service oriented and honest. i am very picky about my vehicles and they are the only shop in the twin cities i would trust with it. 10/10 wold recommend to a friend and family member. Ask for a tour, you will drool over some of the awesome cars they have in there.

Imola has been servicing, repairing and upgrading my 911 and 328i for 10 years this month. Their pricing has been better than fair, in particular when compared to dealer pricing. Their ability and interest in working on older cars negates any dealer option however. I love cars and my continued experience with Imola is that they live cars. I will say that I have always had an extremely knowledgeable, fair and tremendously satisfying experience. As I move ahead with my next purchase, Ive consulted Tim, leveraging his and Imolas expertise/experience around the pros and cons of each car. As such I feel confident moving ahead with my decision.

Had them do an ECU reprogramming on my car. Car was done on time and had been washed and waxed perfectly, free of charge. And I got to ogle an FF and an NSX. Cool bunch of people and proficient

No disappointing visit for me! I was so excited to be there with my 911 anyway, so it was a treat to take the car there knowing they were expecting me. I had my 12 year old son with me, so that was cool. He likes cars and enjoyed the scenery. All I needed was an inspection done on the 911, and I was glad I took it there. They have a clean shop with plenty of amenities, and the area isnt hard to navigate. I would recommend this place to anyone thats into cars, especially if they care a lot about their babies. Im looking forward to attending more events with this shop.

When I set out to replace a failed starter in my N54 5-series BMW, I got as far as taking off the intake manifold to see the valves were full of carbon buildup. I needed that taken care of. I had the car towed to Imola as-is and they took care of the carbon blasting, replaced the starter with the part I already had purchased and put everything back together. I was very pleased to have the car running again. I appreciated the flexibility to get done exactly what I needed and the friendly staff.

They do good work and keep their word. I have had all of my tuning work done with them on several Audis and it has always been top notch.
