I have a recall on my car. I called Ford and talked to them about it and told them what was going on, and they told me to bring it in and they would fix it.They had my car almost all day, saying that they were working on it. When they finally gave my car back they had done nothing. They said they didn’t have the correct part. They said they had to order a part.They called me about six months later and said they had the part so I made an appointment. They said it would take about an hour.I dropped my car off early left for the day and then went to pick it back up later on. When I showed up they said they still were working on the car. I waited for over another hour. At this point they had my car from 11 AM to 2 PM. They then told me they didn’t have the part. This didn’t make any sense because they had called me to make an appointment because they said they had the part. So I ended up leaving a second time without my recall fixed.After being told they could fix it twice, and leaving with nothing done twice, I have no positive feedback for this place. You ask them at the counter about your car, And they just feed you a bunch of lies. They obviously weren’t so working on my car if they didn’t have the part to work on my car. And my appointment was at 11 o’clock it wouldn’t have taken until 2 PM to realize they couldn’t do anything either.I will definitely be going elsewhere, and if you want your car to actually be fixed, you might want to too.
This was probably the best car buying experience of my life. First off, this car was very hard to find. I live in Rhode Island and called approximately 22 different dealerships to find this specific car. Thankfully I called Nucar at the very moment when this beaut came out of the courtesy car program and immediately put a deposit down. Speaking with Gene on the phone was effortless. He was the first salesperson that really tried to help deliver me what I was looking for. I had many concerns about driving 2.5 hours away to buy a car I never saw. Would it smell? Would it be dinged up? Would they try and upcharge me? Thankfully, Gene had this car detailed from top to bottom with amazing results. The car looked absolutely brand new when he pulled it up to the dealership. The buying process was very easy. They gave me an amazing deal on my trade-in, zero haggling, it was SO EASY and simple. Kyle, the financial person I worked with, was the first person to not try and sleazily upsell me on warranties and other add ons. I cannot say enough good things about my Nucar Plymouth experience. ASK FOR GENE. You wont regret it.
Two times now I have brought my Ford there to get a recall done. Both times I called ahead said the problem and made an appointment. And both times they took my car for an entire day only to tell me they didn’t have the part to fix it when I came back to pick it up. The second time I specifically asked about the part, they told me they have it and it’s all set, and the repair would take one hour. When I went back hours later they said they did not have the part and could not fix it, and were still working on the car. How about if you can’t fix it you just tell me on the phone instead of wasting two of my days. For the 3rd time I try to get the recall fixed I will definitely be calling a different Ford dealership, as this one has no idea how to communicate, and instead prefer to just waste my time.
Never do business here. I had one of the worse car buying experiences in my entire adult life here. They present you with financial deals and reneg on them when you accept. They sell you inspected cars that will not pass inspection by an unaffiliated shop. And when my dump trucks electric trailer brakes didnt work and pushed me through an intersection, and then my seat belt did not work when my brakes failed and almost caused a major accident. After all this to hear them say your on your own and that the 30 day warranty didnt cover it. Was all I needed to here to give this dealership the most honest and accurate review a customer could right. Keep yourself and family safe and go to another dealership that values your safety.
I love my little Fiesta! Great gas mileage and she is feisty and perky on the highway. My husband and I both love Gene Meier and have been purchasing cars from him for well over 25 years. We appreciate his honesty and integrity and will be seeing him again soon for a Ranger.
The communication for the Service department is non-existent. I called 3 times yesterday and no one called me back. I stopped to see if car ready to find out it wasn’t worked on. Told I would get a call this morning -it is now 1:33pm and NO call. I will NEVER return
They saw me coming. Had been interested in getting a truck for awhile. Finally decided to drive 60 miles to look at a 2017 F-150, but it was already sold. A couple days later had a chance at a 2018 F-150 Lariat, was very nice. It was way more than I had intended on paying with a lot of miles 72,000. They did a undercoating the same day they delivered the truck to me. The undercoating never cured, the rear wheel wells were pretty much undercoat free. Had some other issues that they were going to address along with the undercoating. I called and left numerous messages about a loaner while they were working on my truck. Never an answer from all the messages I had left. Feel very cheated because I still believe overall people are good and honor their commitments. I guess Im a rare breed and still believe service means something. I guess I need to realize its all about the money these days. Hoping for the best.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We bought a used car June 2020. It had a few small issues as as well as a crack in the windshield ( in the line of sight) which we noticed as we were driving it home. A local glass repair company told us the day we bought the car (and brought it there for an estimate as the dealership told us we would have to make a service appointment to have the windshield repaired). The glass repair company employee told us that the windshield would not pass inspection due to the location of the crack and was a bit surprised that the dealership passed it during the purchase inspection. When we first contacted the salesperson shortly thereafter, as well as the service manager we never heard back from them. My husband has called several times during this past year with no-one returning his calls. We recently went to have this year’s inspection performed and sure enough the car did not pass due to the windshield. When my husband finally got through the service manager, who spoke to the sales manager( Eric) he was told that nothing would be done and that we could go through our insurance as far as replacing the windshield .This has been a very frustrating experience from the beginning when it was Plymouth Ford to most recently as Plymouth Nucar. I Would NOT recommend this dealership and perhaps the company overall if this is an example of their customer service and will make sure that friends and acquaintances are aware of our experience.. We will be shopping for a new truck soon and will look elsewhere.

Im from the Boston area and I just bought a new jeep. Ive never bought a vehicle from out of state, but Jeremiah was awesome to work with and made it the simplest experience. This review has no reflection on the typical car buying experience for the 1 star. I did actually buy a vehicle here.I love my Ford Ranger, but I DESPISE the service and how i was treated afterwards. I still have not seen the refund and im paying interest on the $5k they owe me. Heres the scoop:I cancelled the warranty i purchased (because i didnt know it was optional) 1 week after i bought my Ranger. i have been calling for 3.5 months now, they said everything was processed. After talking to the bank they sent the check to, the check was dated 6/24/21. I asked for a refund on 3/10/21. I would not trust them to handle any of my business in the future and warn you all: if they have the vehicle you want - transfer it to another dealership.

We have a second home in Rumney. As we were leaving today (Sunday afternoon) to head home to Mass our Lincoln MKX had major electrical system failure. By the time we drove 8 miles from home to dealer we had no auxiliary functions like radio, windows or even turn signals. Also No power steering and No power brakes. Definitely a scary and nerve racking situation! We limped into the dealership where the car literally died in the parking lot.Eric, the GM and Jeremiah, the sales manager were amazing!They gave us a loaner car to drive home (with our golden retriever ). They promised to give us a call on Monday with the diagnosis. Even offered to have our car delivered to our home outside Worcester Ma after it was repaired! Who does that anymore? Above and beyond!I have had recalls on my car taken care of here... free pick up and drop off service!We truly can not say enough good things about this dealership!Or how grateful we are to Eric and Jeremiah, you made a potentially nightmarish situation no stress at all. So I contacted plymouth ford because I was interested in a couple of vehicles there and a salesman contacted me and he was very nice and we talked I told him what I wanted he ran my credit and herd nothing the rest of the day and the next day they wanted me to come in and talk to the financial manager I live 40 min away and wanted the manager to contact me its been 3 weeks and havent herd nothing till today they ask if I was still in the market for a vehical. Are u serious so not only they ran my credit to hurt they never got back to me until 3 weeks later and not even about the vehicles I was interested in I will not be returning to them.

So, I walk in and immediately found I had a broke truck. Nick was there to show me the truck I really needed. And, it was not on the lot. It was not there rather about 4 hours away. Rather than insisting on something else on hand he persisted. He got me the features I need at the price I needed without the smoke and mirrors that likely comes with high budget advertising. We both understand math and how things all add up at the end of the day. In that, Nick understands very well what it takes to add up to a great sales experience for the customer. Was it flawless? No. Did he make things right? Of course and more so! Will I return? Well Nick, you are going to have to wait 200k/20 years for that! Actually, more like every 3k/90 days for service...absolutely! Nick has done a great service not only to me but his company in earning my business! Yes, the (GM) truck is fixed since its now a SuperDuty 250!

Worst dealer ever been to had my car for a month for a starter then said fly wheel was bad two weeks later then after fixed that said the clutch was bad at a month I just told them out back together and take my car out of there and they broke my shift boot bezel and had make big deal to get new one and they couldn’t figure out how put on mindless brand new car I had three days 17000miles never go to them agin I should have known when I pulled up and there sing was held up by ratchet straps and they had one mustang that was 70s auto deff not place to bring a mustang

My wife and I own a 2015 Chrysler 200S that we purchased at Merchants in Hooksett; which does not have a body shop. We live in Ashland NH and wished to have our vehicle worked on by a local body shop. Our vehicle had minor damage to the front bumper only- airbags did Not deploy. After taking over 2 weeks to install a front bumper when they had all parts before starting the job- We discovered that Plymouth Ford used old parts and charged insurance and my wife and I for all new parts. They made several mistakes communicating with our insurance company, Allstate, and after calling my wife ONE time over money that Allstate was supposed to pay them- we received a collection notice from an attorney threatening to seriously impact our credit in a negative manner. We paid the $500 deductible the day I picked up our car. I was delayed for over 45 minutes after arriving that day because of washing and vacuuming- and I was contacted by the service department 2 hours before I got there explaining my car was finished. Once I got into my car- which was still soaking wet- I found the floors covered in dirt and grease and dirt all over the inside driver’s door. I found cutting compound in between the front bumper and fenders that was hardened and dry. The headlights of our vehicle are so badly out of alignment that it is dangerous to drive at nighttime and especially if it is raining. In order to fix them properly we must uninstall the headlights because the driver’s side is pointing so far to the left that oncoming traffic flashes their high beams even though I only have low beams on. The adjustment screw is ONLY for up and down- not side to side. Overall the entire experience was horrible and we were not treated well at all. I personally believe that since we were not buying from them or trading our vehicle- they didn’t care about us as customers at all. I hope that this review will save others from the nightmare my wife and I experienced.

The thing was we had to do everything that day due to our work schedules. Ruth and her team did a great job. Offered fair trade in value and got me in to a 2019 Ford Escape that I love. They did all of this by 5 pm same day. My new Ford was cleaned prepped and filled with gas, her team even stayed late to complete the paperwork because they knew we were in a time crunch. After almost a year with a 2019 ecosport I cannot even begin to explain how dis-satisfied I am with Plymouth ford. The car itself is horribly put together, the sound system is full of bugs, and, I feel that the dealer lied to me. I will NEVER buy another ford, or car from ptown ford again.

Brought my 2011 f350 here for service work.The service manager assured me that my front end issue had been diagnosed and quoted 550.00 dollars for the work needed. Upon picking up the truck i was handed a bill for almost 800.00 dollars. Furthermore i was assured that the truck had been test driven both before and after the repairs were made and that the issue was resolved. Upon leaving the dealership, I immediately discovered the problem was worse then ever.Completely incompetent!

I drive over 35 minutes to get to this repair shop. Why?Because they do fantastic work and they charge a very fair price. But price isnt everything. Its also the people. All of the folks in the Service Department are polite and treat me with respect.This is a family-owned Ford dealership. You can tell the employees love this place. Yes, the facility is a little rough around the edges. Who cares?What I care about is honesty, value and people who care about my truck as much as I do.Youre going to love this place. Ive been dealing with this company since the day I moved from Ohio to Meredith, NH back in 2008. If you have a bad experience, let me know. Well meet for ice cream in downtown Plymouth.
