Got a chip on the way from PORTLAND, OR to the east coast. Stopped in here hoping for a quick repair. All I can say is WOW & Amazing!! Rose W. was such great help in getting my windshield repaired! At first my insurance was having server issues & couldnt process the claim digitally. She helped me find a work around & got it all taken care of. They had me in & out in 30min. Definitely recommended!!

Brought my new-ish Mazda into Morries to fix a spot of chipped paint. They took care of it while I waited. Awesome result. I recommend.

Good experience in shop with getting hood replaced under a rust protection warranty. Clean and modern location. Was able to get a loaner during the work. Hood looks great. Docking 2 stars for the work from the Morries vehicle reconditioning center. I asked about interior detailing so I could get done at same time as repair and they said they’d send to their reconditioning center.Detailing was sloppy and rushed and could two moment I sat in drivers seat. Residue left on door, dirt and debris left on shifter, poor treatment/cleaning of seats, cup holder sticky, incomplete shampoo of front carpet, crumbs in cracks of rear seats that a vacuum should be able to get. Spend your $150 at another detailer which provides photos of their previous work. Docking an additional star for no follow up after I brought this to the attention to Morries Auto Body.

The fixed my car on record time. After the fixed it, they gave me my car super clean and show room ready, I highly recommend this place.

Had a cracked windshield repaired here, two weeks later a small hiccup left me with a new crack in the windshield. A quick call and chat and they got me in next day to take care of it in under an hour. Professional, friendly, fast. Definitely love my experience with morries across the board.

Friendly and quick service. Needed a patch on my front windshield which cost $50 and took 15 minutes. Other auto shops quoted $75-80 and at least an hour. Highly recommend and will be back for future services.

I had rotten luck over the course of two months and ended up bringing my Mazda in twice for about $6000 worth of work. Morries provided excellent service! Tim was able to look at the vehicle the same day for both incidents, and Klayre helped me get scheduled for a loaner vehicle and provided great customer service. Spencer was an excellent communicator, keeping me updated every step of the way.It really sucks when your car gets damaged, but I greatly appreciate everything Morries has done for me and my vehicle! I hope that I dont ever have to come back...but if I need to, youve made me a loyal client.

Over the past 5 or 6 years, I havent had a ton of glass claims given the number of miles I drive, but it has been enough to use probably 6 or 7 different glass repair companies across the twin cities.Every single time Ive been hugely dissapointed with the shop due to either incorrect glass, poor quality after market, bad customer support or phone etiquette, slow or incorrect timeline, broken moldings with no accountability, or just bad pricing.Finally, with this last repair (a rear glass replacement) on my daily driver Model S, I had no issues. From start to finish, they handled everything, had the new glass tinted before it was installed to match the damaged article.Hassle free, friendly and competent tech, and Charles was one of the best reps Ive dealt with in any service industry.I would recommend this place to anyone that has been burned by a bad glass company in the past.

I could not be happier with this location. My vehicle has been here on two separate occasions. My cars front end must be a magnet for other cars to hit. Morries Auto Body has replaced my front end both times over the span of 6 months. They were very kind and helpful each occasion. I worked with Spencer both times and he was extremely polite and kept me updated and informed on my repairs.You can really see the care and attention to detail their technicians puts into vehicles. Both times my car was returned to me it was spotless on the inside and outside. My car is a lease so I was definitely picky and being a perfectionist, the quality of work far exceeded my expectations. They do not rush their work like Ive seen at our body shops. I drive a 2019 and you cant even tell theyve had to replace the front end both times. They truly go above and beyond here.Hopefully I dont need another front end again, but if I do, this place will forever have my business. I do not have one bad thing to say.

I had a great service experience with this group. I had my windshield replaced last week, and the entire process was smooth, and better than I could have expected. I made called to make the appointment before the Christmas holidays, but as I would need to come in to the shop, I scheduled it in January. The process to schedule was great -- the person I talked to helped assure me that I would get the Carlex glass (the aftermarket stuff I had previously was chipping so frequently).When I showed up, Rose (I think) at the front confirmed everything (including the glass brand, as I wanted to make sure that was still in the notes), and when I asked her if I could talk to someone about a pesky rattle I had in the lift-gate, she arranged for an estimator to talk with me during the visit.Chad S. checked in on me, and asked about the rattle. I explained how I have had it the last couple winters, its very annoying, and I explained the fixes I attempted. He went out to my car, came back a few minutes later, and told me he fixed it. He explained what he did, including a tweak with a crowbar. Well, Ive been driving for a week after his fix, and the rattle is gone! Chad fixed a constant frustration of mine -- this was so valuable to me, and yet he didnt charge me anything (Im assuming because it was a quick fix). Its a testament to his experience with auto body work, and customer service, that he was able to quickly apply his knowledge to totally make my day.I really appreciate the work of Rose and Chad, and whomever made the first appointment. The team was clearly dedicated to making my experience a positive one, and has cemented my decision to go to Morries Auto Body (in Plymouth) for future auto body work.Oh, and of course, the windshield replacement was perfect. They took care as well to replace the oil-change sticker I had, and offered to re-hang my MN-Pass tag.Great work!

I cant say enough good things about the folks at Morries Auto Body & Glass Repair in Plymouth. Our Mazdas rear window shattered 6 months after we had it installed by a national auto glass chain. When I took the car to Morries, not only did they identify the mistakes in the prior installation that had caused the window to shatter, but they also filed a claim with them on our behalf, including all the documentation, photos etc., and got them to pay for the repair, thereby helping us avoid paying our $900 deductible and having a claim on our auto insurance. They went so many extra miles to have our car up and running again. A special shoutout to Rose and Spencer for their customer service and the mechanics who did such a sterling job.

I had my windshield repaired today after it was hit by a couple of rocks. They got me in right away-the service was quick and efficient (under 10 minutes for the whole job.) My nephews were with me, and were excited about the apple juice and snacks in the waiting room. I will be back!

I had my dads Subaru Legacy windshield fixed and dents removed at this body shop. They were so accommodating, professional, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them and their new facility is beautiful!

Hit a deer and wiped out the entire side of my car. Morries was the absolute best. They repair Bentleys, Maseratis and all the highest end cars. These guy know their stuff. They arranged rental car for me so I all I did was show up drop my car and leave. Car ended up looking better than new. They even detailed the interior for me. Hands down and awesome job. Spencer who I worked with was on top of everything and informed me what was going on every step of the way. Very happy with them. Body work and accidents can be a pain but Morries makes it easy.

This place is fantastic! Their customer service is excellent, they are very accommodating and their work is great. Most recently my door got tweaked when I opened it during a strong wind gust. I was referred to two auto body shops. The first quoted me between $400 and $1500, and couldnt get me in for a week and a half. Then I called Morries Bodyworks. They let me drive in that afternoon. After taking a look at the car they took it in back, fixed the door in a matter of minutes and for no charge. I highly recommend this shop. I have had good experiences elsewhere but these people are the best!

My experience felt very transactional. They did not properly diagnose the issues and gave me my car back with a distinct rattling sound. This issue coupled with a serious lack of communication made my overall experience poor. In the future I will avoid doing business with them.

Phenomenal! Simply outstanding customer service from start to finish. I have an old BMW X5 SUV. Door handles notorious for snapping and needing repair. Ive replaced them 4 times in 10 years. I got an estimate elsewhere and the shop was rude sarcastic Go fix it yourself, too old etc Jeremy was the exact opposite. Calm, assessed the repair, understood I simply did NOT want to do it myself this time! No judging, at all !Methodically he pored over the door handle mechanism, quoted me a VERY fair price, and he did the repair himself in about 15 minutes!RUN do not walk to Morries in Long Lake. I used Morrie’s Auto Body & Glass to repair some some pretty minor damage to my Mazda 3. I took my car into my beloved Morrie’s Minnetonka Mazda dealership for an estimate. I then made an appointment over a week ahead of time — at which point I learned I was actually working with the Auto Body & Glass shop.5 days after my appointment, after hearing no updates at all, I called in. They told me they would be starting the job within a day or two, and would need to order parts. In other words, they’d had the job specs for over 2 weeks (since the estimate) and the car for 1 week (since the appointment they gave me) — and no work or parts done.By that point I was already a week into a car rental; they promised to try to get it done within a couple days and to call me. Nope.Long story short, my minor job took 2 weeks to complete, and I paid almost $500 in rental car fees waiting because they hadn’t scheduled well. After my initial calls, I got zero updates until it was done.Why the actual dealer shop would be slower than a neighborhood body shop, with such sloppy customer service, is simply unfathomable. Bottom line, quality of work seems ok, but speed was (in my opinion) unacceptable and communication worse.

Working at Morries gives you confidence knowing that you have the BEST auto body repair company in the area - I had the misfortune of someone playing Nascar against my car at 65MPH on the highway 3 weeks ago (rubbin is racin I guess) - After a few weeks of going back and forth with the other persons insurance - they accepted 100% liability! Now, I had to hand my vehicle over to Morries Long Lake....HOLY S#IT! What an amazing job they did!!!! The car looks even BETTER than before! I was terrified that the Soul Red would not match up - Im impressed. The match is 100% PERFECT.
