I dropped my truck off for a large door dent and damage to a door handle, Jesse & Bill were more than excellent for explaining everything to me and getting everything set up for me. They kept in constant communication with me step by step and the job was finished well before I expected. The results are beyond exceptional and I cannot thank Jesse and Bill enough for making my truck look brand new again!

Jesse was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. His communication skills is A+. He kept in touch with me every step of the way while my car was with them. He assured me that everything would be ok and it was. I was afraid that my car would not get back to its normal state but it did. It’s like nothing happened to it. I’m still shocked because my car looks brand new.Jesse even provided me with some resources to help me because I experienced some difficulties while my car was getting fixed. I used this shop as a guaranteed repair service after an auto accident through Liberty Mutual. I had an excellent experience with everyone at the shop. They had my car for exactly one week, and got it back to me in excellent shape and completely clean. Great repair and will recommend to my friends and family in the future.

First time customer to Plymouth Caliber as per my insurance company. From the first appointment at vehicle drop off, they were well organized, professional, and very explanatory. when the repairs started, Caliber was very communicative via phone calls and texts regarding the timeline and process. The timeline they gave me was a week, and they beat the one week mark by a day, which was also very helpful. Without hesitation I would recommend Caliber Collision of Plymouth for accident repair, body work, dent repair and paint work.

I had a great experience. After crunching a panel on my car, we contacted Caliber. We had an appointment to drop off the car right away. Paid the deductible and I had my car back in 4 days, good as new.

Mom had a fender bender. Insurance company recommended this place. It was a minor scrape from left passenger door, across driver door, and dinged up driver-side front quarter panel. Wrecked tire.Caliber Collision did excellent work, car looks good as new. All body panels look great. Paint and finish is excellent. Replacement tire matches existing set. Caliber also aligned the front end, and did exterior detailing, for a nice professional result.Enterprise car rental is in next building, so convenient.I would recommend Caliber Collision to other people.

AMAZING! I went in, unannounced, to see how to get an estimate. I left with many options and information in 20 minutes. AND - they clearly had a lot going on. I was so appreciative that someone could take the time out of their busy schedule to take a walk-in. AND they gave me many options. Very kind and thorough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I took my RAM pickup to Caliber Collision after being quoted $700 dollars for repair of a door ding at another body shop. Caliber said that they would be able to do it for $100. Of course I went with Caliber and I could not be happier with the result. The door looks like new without any hint of the previous ding. I will be going to Caliber for any body work in the future.

Paint match looked great. A mix up between Caliber and an insurance provider resulted in my not having a covered rental car, but Caliber immediately covered it so I wouldn’t be without a car until the mix-up could be figured out.

Body shop does great quality work, commication was great during repair. Truck was ready to be picked up but noticed a scratch in repaired area where they had to keep to correct issue which they did. I was happy with work then.Fast forward a few weeks and noticed one of my dot number decals was missing, which was removed during repair and was not replaced nor was I notified of removal. I contacted the body shop to see if they would resolve this issue as I have to oxide by dot regulations as this was my business truck and fines are quite expensive if I was to get pulles over for this issue.I emailed the body shop, received a reply to confirm my name, I waited a few days sent another email to check in and I have been ignored. I feel that this was very unprofessional and disrespectful. And Ive had to reach out to my insurance company to take care of this, which takes time out of my day. As it sits I may not bring any of my business to caliber collision again.

The service writer would not or could not answer simple questions and expected my car would be in their shop for 3 weeks while ordering a door vogo name plate.

This place is crooked and tried taking advantage of my wife! People like this should not be in business. Keep in mind that many of the 5-star reviews are by profiles that say local guide and I suspect (but dont actually know for sure) these might be paid-for-reviews.A car problem can be a very emotional issue for many who dont know how to work on them and rather than being a benefit to society, this place exploits for personal gain. If you read this review and are worried about your car, call around or shoot me a message and I will refer you to a very honest and selfless mechanic right down the road. If he cant do the work on the car, he will recommend where to go and what to do and take your burden away. DO NOT GO HERE! This is what happened today and why I am writing this review. As a trusted TV weatherman, I testify this is 100% truthful.Wifes car had few door and hood scratches. I know cars and typically do most of my own work but I didnt want to spend time on these scratches and told her to call this Abra shop and pay them to buff them out. Her appointment was 11 a.m. on 6-25-19. I work on the news and was giving the weather report during the midday show (11-noon) when my wife began texting me in a panic. During commercial I looked at my phone to read Sam, the scratches are too deep, they say it would be close to $1,000! I responded Oh man. Sorry honey, dont take it personal, youre a girl and even I get tested like that by car guys. Trust me, $50 max. Ill bring it in. They are totally lying to you! Then I added, Tell them it doesnt cost a thousand bucks to sand and buff. Then I told her to drive down the road to an honest shop Ive dealt with before (wont name here). Literally 10-12 minutes later and I received a series of texts from her which said, quote: Wow! It is almost gone! Then a photo of a spotless hood and spotless door. Then finally, It disappeared! They said $20 but then didnt even charge me! I was going to make the worst mistake of my life! (Referring to Abras attempted usury).

They repaired the back of my car from being rear-ended.

Exceptional customer service! I had my car repaired at this location, and the team was helpful through the entire process. From the desk lady that was very patient over the phone, while I was stressed and new to the situation, she stayed calm and helped me figuring out the details with my insurance company, she explained the process in detail, made a repair appointment and set up a rental car. The mechanic was knowledgeable, did a fantastic job on my car and Im very satisfied with the final result.

This place is crooked. Do NOT go here. My van was rear ended last November. Because I am going to use the other partys insurance, they have a time saver program. That actually authorized the ABRA to work on your vehicle without your agreement! The technician/sales guy promised me a few times that he will call me first no matter what! Yet, he did not inform me before the work. He left me with no choices because it was too late when I found out!

Great guys. This place offers good quotes for glass repairs. Make sure to stop by here fist when you need a quote. They work with insurance and private pay. I got a quote from them last week when I got into a car accident and was treated fairly and with respect. A+++ (eBay)

Do not go here, my truck was rear ended backnon October 10th, took truck in to ABRA in Plymouth MN on october 11th for estimate which they did that day and then they scheduled me to have repairs started on November 8th, called today to confirm appointment for tommorow dropping truck off, was then told on the phone that they would be bumping my repairs back until the end of December (almost another 2 months after waiting a month to begin with) was not notified of this ahead of time by them, there reasoning is that my vehicle was not a priority repair cause vehicle is still technically driveable...the lack of communication and care by this business is unacceptable, the time of mine they wasted i could have had my truck in and repaired at another body shop in the past month since accident occurred

Brought a company car in for an estimate because it was rear ended by a Progressive client. We were told and understood that we would pay too reassemble the car if we chose not to have it repaired. Progressive totaled the car and low balled the value of the car. I asked for the repair estimate and never got the estimate or a return of my four phone calls. I did pay for the reassembly. One returned phone call would have made a huge difference.

Honest!! If you can fix something on your own or if your bumper wasn’t bumped hard enough to replace, they tell you.Unfortunately my cars are a magnet for getting hit in parked situations and they have repaired all 3 of my cars with excellence!

Had my car fixed over here from a winter accident, got it back and a couple months later found out the trunk was leaving marks and was hitting my bumper causing it to form rust on my trunk. had to return it for warranty and got it back two days later, when i got it back i was told my backlights wornt workng so i checked it later that day and found out they didnt even reconnected my back lights back in place also found out that they didnt even painted the inside edge of my trunk that still showed rust. Just disappointed and shocked that some people dont care about their work.

Missed stuff that was wrong with my car that was obvious. I got my car fixed there and it came back with things still wrong that I just replaced myself and had to pay out of pocket for. They didnt even clean it. My family is in the autobody field I know how a shop should be ran, this place isnt even close, what a joke. They know nothing about cars, autobody, or paint.
