Note: I have updated this review to 3 stars because in the end they did correct most issues listed below.I used Master Collision for an insurance repair after being rear-ended.During the process, they were responsive and easy to work with. First glance, the body work, paint, etc appeared to be well done and the rear hatch which was crushed fits/works well.The quality of the body work seems fine, but a day after bringing my van home, I started noticing places where I feel corners were cut on other thing:1) The edges of the rear middle brake light are broken and the light isnot functioning2) An exterior trim panel wasnt fitting right3) The interior panel on the rear hatch was broken and not replaced4) Both sides of the rear cargo interior panel were cracked, not replacedAll of these are areas which would have been obvious damage from the accident, but were not replacedI have contacted Master Collision several times about the first two issues (I had not yet seen the other cracks). Brought the van in for them to the to see and was told they will work with insurance to complete properly. None of this has happened, despite being told it was escalated in their system because of the lack of response.
Master collision is a one of a kind repair shop! Nate D. was so great during the whole repair project. When I brought my car in for repair he was very friendly. He answered all my questions and I learned a few things from him! Master collision made the whole repair process so easy! They worked closely with my insurance to ensure a worry free repair. The repair team is great! They have gone above and beyond to ensure a quality repair job to my vehicle. I have never used master collision before, but now they will be my preferred repair shop! I HIGHLY recommend Master Collision!
We have used Master Collision in Plymouth multiple times over the past 5 years. They consistently do good work, they are professional and they are good at communicating the status of your repair throughout the process. I highly recommend them.
Extremely delayed for a simple bumper and headlight replacement. They never called me ONCE to provide an update.I mentioned a grinding noise on front passenger side after accident. After FINALLY receiving my car after a month the noise was still there.I took the representative for a test drive and rolled the windows down, turned off the A/C etc. And after it was clearly evident he said oh.. Well I didnt have the A/C turned off or the window down.From the beginning of my claim process I explained that I am moving out of state and am trying to be thorough so my car gets done right the first time and I dont have to bring it back. I had the job finished elsewhere.NEVER USE THEM.
They do not have a system that aligns their estimates with the scheduling so when I called to schedule based on the estimate - the number of days without my vehicle was higher. The dent repair work looks amazing but they did not reinstall the tail light fixture properly and/or check to ensure it was working. When I realized it was not - they had closed and it was a Friday and they were not open until Monday - leaving me with a not safe driving vehicle for a weekend. Then when I returned to get it fixed - tried to blame it on me for driving on rough roads! I have driven into many state and national parks with my F-150 and the tail lights never disconnected - it was their shoddy work! That also wasted another morning of time to get it there and fixed. Definitely do not go there - they do not seem to care.
I have worked with Master Collision for about 10 years now. I would not go anywhere else. The team is very professional and they do excellent work.
Worked here as maintenance/grounds keeper for the summer of 2019. From everything I saw and experienced I would NEVER bring any vehicle for them to work on and I will NEVER let anyone I know go here. They have management here with well earned nicknames like Lyin Cheatin Chad and shop sayings like Do her cheep and fill her deep or If it rolls it goes. The worst thing I saw was the amount of vehicles they just let the rain pour into them from leaving the windows down or doors off while they sat outside. If I could give this place a negative star rating I would.
Master collision was amazing! Very professional and very clean and did a very good job on repairing the damage to my back hatch that someone ran into !Brian was very detailed with the whole process.

After my car accident, I was freaking out about my whiplash injury, insurance, and of course my car. It was an extremely stressful time for me but they made their part as easy as possible for me while I healed; rental service in the same building, friendly and kind staff, and helpful updates on my cars progress. I was so pleased with the final result (my car looked new!!) and all of the helpfulness of the staff up to the very end. The price was right and the service was even better. The crash was out my control but my next visit there will definitely be on purpose. Thanks again!
The service here was great! Brian was fantastic to work with and my car came out better than I expected after reading some of the reviews! Looks like I just drove it off the lot! There was a slight issue with the headlight as I was leaving. But, Brian fixed it in just a few minutes!!!
Great experience, I hope I never have to use them again but in those cases where my car was involved with a fender bender yes I will be coming back to Master Collision of Plymouth.

This place is amazing! I would recommend them to anyone thats been in an auto accident. My car was involved in a hit and run and they helped me through the whole thing. It could not have been easier to get my car fixed, Dion did a wonderful job! They got me in right away and were quick with the repairs. My car looks brand new. I also love that they were attached to enterprise so all I had to do was drop my car off and go next door to get my rental.

Nate and the team at Master Collision run a state-of-the art facility. I was incredibly nervous about the whole process, but Nate was helpful in answering all my questions in a way that acknowledged my fears and validated my concerns. The daily communication was appreciated, and the work on my vehicle was completed 3 days ahead of schedule, which saved money on my rental.A bonus was that Enterprise Rental is essentially in the same building as these guys, making the entire process silky smooth!

I have misfortune on needing body work a few times over the last few years but I’ve had the good fortune of dealing with Blake and his crew. Blake and the crew do an amazing job. In addition, there are very friendly and treat the customers well. They also keep the office and shop very clean. As soon as you walk in, you know you are trusting your car to the right repair shop.

Blake was amazing! He was very informative and insightful with the work being done to my vehicle. He set me up with a rental car, and had my vehicle fixed in half the time. My wife and I were in separate accidents within a week of each other, and we both brought our cars in here for repair (upon a family recommendation). We both had excellent experiences. Janice handled both of our claims through our insurance company, and she was great. She was polite, friendly, and available to help (or got back to us immediately if she was unavailable when we called). She helped handle the insurance billing entirely for us, making the process almost painless.Our vehicles both came back in great shape, the repairs were flawless. They even cleaned the interior and exterior of our vehicles for us. My Jeep hasnt been this clean since I bought it.Everyone we dealt with at Rogers Master Collision was great!

I have been using them for last 15 years. Now with every time quality is sliding down. Small things, not large repairs. They are still very good at fixing your car. They are just cutting corners.Last experience. They did not replace trim clips (trim clips are one time use), so they are returning car to me with trim loose! Are they hoping I am not going to notice?They need to invest in quality control!!!
Ended up having to keep the truck for an extra couple of days, but it looked great when I got it back!
I had the unfortunate pleasure of being rear-ended and having my car fixed at this shop. I have had to take my car back 2 times (so far) to get things re-fixed as they werent done right the first time. The issues they failed to fix correctly are: the logo on the trunk applied upside-down, fender nowhere near flush with the taillight, very poor bumper fitment (OEM bumper), trunk not shutting easily, most panel gaps were off, the new pinstripe started coming off after 6 days, alignment was not checked even upon request (another shop said it was bad), and when I got my car back the second time, there were two missing lug nuts (not noticed till the wheel was almost falling off). It was possibly not their fault, but they were working next to that tire and it was returned to me with them missing and no mention of it. They replaced the lug nus, but used the wrong size, so Ill be replacing the set again. The communication from the shop was very poor as well. I had to initiate every call (except one, but I had called within a couple hours of their call) and it was very difficult to get information on what state my car was in and what was truly going on. The work also took much longer than expected and I didn’t get an expected complete date until the week before I got it back. It started at 5 work days plus a few more days due to non-visible damage, but it ended up being at the shop for 17 work days. Lastly, the expected complete date was pushed back by a few days when, on the day they expected to have the car done, they told me they just discovered they had ordered the wrong taillights (they had a list of all the body damage a couple days before I dropped off my car). I dont understand how they didnt figure it out earlier, but at least they gave me a free rental (upon request) for the last couple days to make up for their mistake. As for other good things, the paint work seems to have been done well and the color is about a perfect match. They also were friendly to talk with and treated me with respect. In summary, it seems like either the shop or some of the employees dont pay very close attention to detail and I likely wont be going back.I did speak with the managers of the shop, who were very nice, and said they have been working to drastically improve their customer experience by calling every customer every other day with repair updates along with having someone check all work before it goes out. I can only speak to my experience starting on 11/21/2018, but Id really hope they have improved their process.
I needed a minor dent repair and brought my car in for a quote. It was the Friday before memorial weekend and I got there less than an hour before closing. I was immediately greeted by Brian the manager. He inspected my car and told me he could fix it himself in a jiffy. He personally drove it into the shop, rolled up his sleeves and got to work. After the job was done, he told me I didnt owe him a thing! He also helped wipe off some paint scrape marks with thinner and sent me on my way.I would highly recommend this place. Good service and good people!

An awful experience from start to finish.I was initially informed my repair would take 1 to 2 weeks maximum. After daily follow-ups (on my end) I drove my car out of the shop nearly 1 month later.I worked with 2 men from the collision shop. The first was feeding me false updates on my car from day 1. For example, “parts were ordered on Monday and should be in by Wednesday,” but it’s now the following Monday with no updates and no parts.It was 2.5 weeks in when I expressed my frustrations and was told I would be working with another man. This man was able to provide more substantial updates on the current state of my car but the work on my car was still not going anywhere fast. It wasn’t until I begrudgingly involved my father who made a surprise stop one evening that I received my first phone call from the shop without calling them first.It was 3 weeks in when I was offered a rental car after I was told repairs would continue on for another week. The gesture was nice but a bit too late.I had convinced myself to not write this review understanding things happen but when I received a voicemail regarding a past due bill for an oil change I completely lost my marbles. I was promised by the first man at Rogers Master Collision that they would eat the cost of the oil change due to the ongoing false updates and delays. Im now being told by a third party that Rogers Master Collision will not pay the bill. Yet another false promise.All being said, one month out the shop and my car is running smoothly. Thank the heavens.As for the people and the level of customer service, I have never been so frustrated in my life - seriously brought to tears on a couple of instances.This was my first experience at Rogers Master Collision and will be my last.
Came in to replace car door which shouldve been an easy couple day repair but it took them ten days. Once I picked up my car I noticed that my passenger door pannel had a chew spit on side of door. On top of that had to come back weeks later because replaced door would not open to discover they kept the child safety on the door. Service was poor, manager asked innaproprate questions, misleading information from techs that were unprofessional. Will never come here again.
So far so good!! I get my vehicle fixed Wed-Sat of next week. The help there has been amazing, and they know there stuff, with 75 years of professional detailing and buffing. I know my Denali will look amazing when they are done!!!
Used them twice in 2017. Again in 2018. Have not been disappointed. Good people. The receptionist could use some training on professional mannerisms. Shes trying but you can its fake and not genuine.
I was referred to them by a neighbor and was not disappointed. Their service was quick and of good quality. The staff were friendly and I never felt like they were just trying to make a buck off of me. Their quote was dead on and they checked with me before fixing one additional item that came to light after the bumper was off. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family, and I will go back to them in the future if I ever need repairs.The car I brought in for repair was a brand new Mazda CX-5 with a rare paint color and they matched it perfectly.
Called to get just an estimate from them and they told me We will not work with your work schedule nor do we have room for your car. They literally told me to go to another shop so I will be.

My car was recently hit in a parking lot so I went to Master Collision to get an estimate on the damage.I drove in - no appointment necessary....was greeted upon my arrival and only had to wait 5-10 minutes before a tech was ready to see me. We walked around the vehicle together and he took photos as he pointed out all the visible areas of damage and noted areas that might have some hidden damage.They typed up a report and sent me an email copy with photos so that I had everything I needed to pass along to the insurance company.A week later, I received a follow-up letter in the mail asking if I had any questions or if they could help in any way.Overall, it was a fantastic experience start to finish. The staff/ techs were extremely nice and helpful, they were very thorough and got me in and out quickly so I could be on with my day. They made it very easy and I would highly recommend.Thanks Master Collision!
Everyone at Rogers Master Collision was friendly and awesome from start to finish! I had damage to the rear bumper on my car, and they got me in right away, fixed it in one day (like, I dropped it off and picked it up same day), and the whole bumper looks brand new. Blake, DJ, and the ladies at the front desk were all professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They even cleaned the interior and exterior of my car before I picked it up! A+, would give them 10 stars if I could. I hope to never need them again, but if I do, I will absolutely go back!
Took my car into get an estimate to remove from scuffing earlier today. The tech said they couple potentially remove the scuffs by buffing them out. They did, and didnt even charge me a dime. Very nice way to start the weekend off. Thank you!
This guys are awesome!!! Had a minor accident last year and took my car in some time in January and they did a great job on my car...looked as good as new...they cleaned my truck well for me...keep up the great work guys!!
First off the communication was appalling. My car was over a week late (In the shop for over 3 weeks) with little or no explanation. Once I finally got my car, there were multiple problems that should have been caught. They replaced the driver’s side mirror with the wrong one. It should have been a folding mirror, but it was not. The horn was replace with the wrong horn. Two low note horns were installed. The hood was put on crooked. While buffing the car they burnt through the paint on the fender. The front license plate holder was not reinstalled. They also stated they could not find the chrome covers for the outside mirrors. I did the research and found the parts for them to order. Weeks later, they were still not ordered. Weeks later the correct mirror was still not ordered. Where is the quality control? Every time I called and talked to someone, they were very polite, but that does not make up for the poor quality of work and over 2 months to get the work completed.

After visiting Master Collision and one other collision repair shop last winter, I decided to go with these guys because they were so friendly and really seemed to know their stuff, and had noticed an extra panel that needed to be replaced over the other shop. My car was in the shop for about 3-4 weeks. Once I finally got my car back, they tried to give it back to me with scratches on the brand new side fender that had JUST put on and some weird residue on the hood - they basically said that I had done that and that friends getting in and out of my car scratched it (I hadnt even driven out of the shop yet), but that they would fix it quick - oh, thanks. So I finally leave and am driving back to work and when I go to turn, my side-view mirror camera pops on the monitor with an error message - I call, they said they didnt even know they installed a mirror with a camera (ummm, ok.. what exactly did you think you were you doing then?). A few days later, they come pick my car up from work (less than one mile away) and have it all day long only for me to get it back with the camera, still not working. They pick it up a second time a week later and its finally on, but its not calibrated correctly - pointed straight at the ground. Two days later they pick it up a third time and return it yet again with it not calibrated correctly. This is where they stopped returning my phone calls because they insisted it was done right. Thankfully my car was still under Hondas warranty, so Honda just fixed it for free at my oil change that week, but agreed that it was done INCORRECTLY and offered to call (they really take care of their customers there). Two weeks after they stopped returning my phone calls and Honda had already fixed the problem, the shop called back and offered me a free car wash and vacuum; they didnt even feel the need to vacuum my car out after having it that long - so no thanks. Also to note, they up-charged the insurance company over $1000 from their initial estimate (that had done twice by them) - if insurance had not been covering the damages and I was paying out of pocket, I wouldnt have even been able to get my car back at that price point. I wouldnt recommend the company and I wouldnt ever bring my car back.

Just got my car back. Had damage to a side view mirror. Rogers was the only place we went to that would even try to fix the mirror rather than putting on a new one. They said if that didnt work they would have to order a new one but would try it first. Because of the complexity of the mirror it was over a $700 fix if it was replaced. The Ford dealer was going to charge us over $900. Not only were they able to fix it for $100 but they super cleaned the car also. We were so happy with the results. Thanks Rogers.
I had a great experience here, they replaced my windshield and did excellent work. Very professional. I waited in the lobby while the work was done - free wifi, coffee, and comfortable waiting area. I definitely recommend!

The other reviews (on Yelp) made me wary, but I decided to get an estimate anyways due to closeness to work. I brought my 2015 Acura TLX in during my lunch break and worked with BLAKE RUNNING HAWK! He provided me with extraordinary service from the time I walked in, up to when I picked up my car. He went above and beyond finding ways to save me money (since I was paying out of pocket). The car looked better than the day I bought it. The facility is really clean (even the shop!) and friendly staff. I would highly recommend.

Incompetence and diabolical customer service is the only way to describe this body shop. Complete and utter incompetence at sourcing parts. Project planning that was so inaccurate a child could have done a better job. Original time estimate of 4 weeks was over doubled to 9 weeks. Extremely poor communication throughout, will never use them again. Avoid at all costs.
Lived up to the name!y car got hit with a huge hail storm and had hundreds of dents on it, thanks to them it wasn’t totaled and looks brand new. Ignore any bad review, the only thing I could say that needs some improvement is getting repair updates on the app
