Darryl was, by far, the most knowledgeable service man of the four men who have been to our home for this repair. Very professional...took his time explaining what he was doing in spite of a very long day ahead of him! We appreciate people such as this!!

What a joke, I purchased an appliance warranty from Sears, tried to use it and they sent me an email telling me they were unable to service my appliances, and to go ahead and find my own service and send them the bill with all this detail and they might reimburse me!!!!!

Repairman was on time, friendly and knew what he was doing from the start. He went right to the problem quickly and fixed it. Cleaned up and left very fast!! Will call again if I need repairman!
