They were very helpful and answered all my questions, and I had alot of questions since Im not familiar with HVAC units. The guys wore masks and booties and were very respectful. The employees, field and office, are very knowledgeable and very willing to help. I always receive a fast response when something is wrong and the job gets done right the first time. They are respectful while in your home and courteous on the phone. I would not trust anyone else with my HVAC.

The tech they sent out was very pleasant and professional. I wish I could remember his name. All I remember is that he said he has a pet rabbit. He also came to the door wearing a mask, which I really appreciated. We opted to have him clean the unit after he corrected the issue because the service was at least 25% less expensive than another company.

He worked with his engineering dept. and measured carefully to make sure the new heat pump unit would fit in a VERY tight space. Installers, Patrick and assistants were careful, professional, and communicative.Installation took one full day less than the 2 days as estimated.

We had a whole house humidifier installed by Precision and were pleased with the results. I waited a month to write the review just to see how the system recommended functioned. The installation itself went smoothly and tech produced neat, professional results. The system is running as expected and doing the job we wanted. We have an indoor hygrometer and our humidity levels have gone from desert dry to comfortable and static free.

Patrick was very thorough. I am a regular client who gets maintenance done on my heater and a/c every year and sometimes every other year. We had our air ducts cleaned today along with our dryer vent, and they did a fantastic job! There is a noticeable difference in the quality of air in our house, it smells and feels clean! After waiting about 2 weeks for an appointment for an install quote for mini-splits - I spent about 45 minutes talking with their representative, walking him through my house, etc. I was promised a quote within 2 business days.2 weeks went by and I contacted them again and was told I would be provided the quote by the end of that business day. Nothing happened.So I contacted them a third time - this time I was just ignored.It has been three weeks now since their representative came out. Turns out it was just a huge waste of time.

Paul and Patrick were the two technicians who cleaned our ducts and vents were very systematic and took care with their equipment, both setting up and removing. They also cleaned our dryer vent, turned out to have a birds nest in it. Went from being 90% blocked to 100% open. We strongly recommend Precision Heating And Cooling and their services!

After multiple companies, it was obvious they certainly were not the cheapest, but by far the most knowledgeable and concerned... they had multiple options for me to choose from for each property. Options? We dont get those nowadays... the simple fact is, if you want it done right once, with a solid warranty. I will always recommend them to anyone around my neighborhood.
