Rear-ended inside the wash tunnel! Faulty system. I was inside the wash tunnel with my 84 yrs old mother when the car behind us crashed on us. My car was bumped off the tracks and we couldnt see what was happening. It took the staff few minutes to turn off the system, my bumper was scratched and the soap dried on the car. There was no interest in the wellbeing of my mother or myself. The assistant manager Alondra, filed a report and gave me a wrong phone number to call the manager Aida. I have since called few times and have not gotten a response. Ive spoken to assistant manager Justin who said the manager will call me. I want to file a claim with their insurance and they will not provide me with the information. Terrible service but also putting me and my mother at risk without any consideration. We are waiting for evaluation of doctors on whiplash. Avoid it.

I’ve been here a couple of times, didn’t scratch my other vehicles, bring in my brand new vehicle because I trusted the machines at this point. Just to find multiple deep scratch on the car. Filed a claim on Labor Day. I reached out multiple times to ask about the claim. No answer. Than I gave it about 10 days. Reached out again just to say it was denied. Nobody gave me a phone call or even gave me a notice. There machines were faulty that day and it scratch my car. Horrible managers. If your car ever get SCRATCHED by there machines just know they won’t help you out or ever give you a call to talk about it. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. This company think there stuff is perfect and never faulty. Look at there reply’s to the paying customers. Horrible.

Okay car wash. There equipment never gets my truck dry and always leaves water spots.

Quick drive-thru carwash. Vacuums are strong and even has that little vacuum blower that gets the tight inside spots in your car.

Inexpensive, fast, cheap car wash that does a decent job. Nice free self-serv vacuum area at the end Sometimes has trouble getting off the more stubborn bird dropping spots or spots other than regular dust, so bring your own microfiber towel at the end to finish up. Itd be nice if there was an employee at the end to give the car a quick manual wipe-down after it exits.

Honestly, the place is awesome with competitive prices. However, they need to fix their vacuums, because they dont entirely detail to expectations, and are low on suction power!!!

This is machine-wash service. Pretty fast and good service. They did pretty well. The vacuum is self-service and free. The quality of vacuum machine is awesome. I went on Sunday around 10 am. There was no rush so I took my time to vacuum my car and I am pretty happy with the overall value of money. This was my first time and I will come here again. I recommend this place.

Omg this is the car wash I have been looking for. I came all the way from Stockton and Im impressed. The staff are extremely friendly. They have a car wash that actually cleans your car right. My car looks amazing. Where they really stand out is in the free to use vacumns. They have air blower guns. No other car wash has that and it makes a big difference in getting your interior clean. They also have a vending machine with after care products including micro fiber towels if you forgot to bring one. My car has never been cleaner. This is truly a car spa not a car wash. Lol. I got the 44.95 epic membership and I love this place so far. So much better than about 6 other car washes Ive used

Got my car washed here. It was quick n easy. Thy have hand vacuum for self clean but feel pricy as compared to other drive thru.

Take your time vaccuming with good tools after driving through the wash with all sorts of options. I skipped the buff at the end. I usually do a touchless wash at home, but this is good in a pinch.

Best way to wash your car - the small air blowers are great to get leaves out of the cabin air intake near the top of the hood.

Really nice place for car wash. Free vacuums in a dedicated place is the best thing. There is also a high pressure air pipe along with the vacuum which is helpful to blow away dirt from places where vacuum can’t reach. Price is reasonable and worth it. Before i used to go to gas stations for car wash and vacuum but now i will go to this place.

This is a nice addition to the neighborhood and more inviting than the traditional small one-car-at a time gas station car wash places... and they have female employees that make me feel less intimidated... it’s brightly lit and open... with a huge lot and high powered vacuum and compressed air hoses that hang down like tentacles attached to some futuristic robotic beast, but it’s super convenient, albeit quite loud with all the suction and air flow that doesn’t turn off... you just pry the hose down, off of the felt like stopper, use it, and then replace the nozzle back up. While there is a recommended time limit for vacuuming in the lot, they won’t kick you out and everyone I’ve seen is conscientious and works quickly and then clears out of the lot. There’s a little outdoor sink, trash cans, and a bathroom but I think it’s closed due to covid...

Brand New car wash that has self serve vacuum stalls. The vacuums are great, too bad that they use a rail system that tracks your wheel finish and spinning brushes that leave swirls in the paint...

Bring a towel for final drying in the hard to dry areas. The vacuums and air blow guns are fantastic. You can get your interior really clean with these professional strength features. I wont go anywhere else. The price a fair and they have package deals that make it even more affordable. Great place, try it youll like it!

I wish I had taken photos, but it was inexpensive and came with a free car air freshener, a baggie for trash and dashboard wipe. Free vacuums after the wash. It was the longest automated car wash Ive been too with lots of scrubbers, lights, and foamy soap! Car was really shiny and clean after (it had been caked in ash from the wildfires).

Free vacuums and blowers!!! And they are powerful! The process was fast and easy and the end product was acceptable considering how very dirty my car was before getting washed the bit of dirt left on the rear of the car was fine as far as Im concerned I could have paid double and had it hand washed but that wasnt needed.

Had to get that layer of ash off my car. Great wash for the price. No waiting. Lots of space to dry and vacuum. Will return. *Bring a towel, they have high powered blowers but there were lots of drops to dry before they left spots.

Took my Tesla here and their system scratched my wheels. Didnt notice until I got home. Called them immediately and they said they wouldnt take a claim because I left the property. They have video of the car going in and they wouldnt do anything. I would not take any car of value here. Total hacks.

Cars just get dirty from being outside and for me living in an apartment its impossible to wash it myself leaving the only options detailing companies or driving further away. Surf thru is close and works fast with a lot of options available. Ive been to many of these types of car washes and this is hands down the best one

Straight forward self service car wash. Car goes in dirty and comes out clean. Youll need to do your own interior vacuum but they are provided at no cost. Probably worth bringing a small towel to spot dry some of the trickier spots. Even though they use distilled water for the final rinse (no spots), youll still end up with a bit of clean water.Pro Tip: Askk for a lollipop for any kids in th car.Update: Not a fake review. The owner is my brother in law. We live in Pleasanton and he needed cars for testing prior to launch. I stand by my review. They opened on 12/16/19.
