1) Car wasnt clean completely. Had to point numerous places where the car wasnt cleaned either at all or very poorly. The owner kept asking where else when pointing issues out. For a supposed professional detailing place the fact that we had to point out the dirt, issues with the car is basic 101 poor detailing and lack of professional capability.2) My wife picked up the car and was spoken to by the owner that clearly shows this business is not friendly to women. He clearly is used to dealing with men and having men having to argue with him to get things done correctly. For a woman to have to deal with such sexist, machismo behavior is unable for a modern business.3) Clearly, everyone in the place looks to the owner for guidance and leadership. Given that the owner is incapable of providing a good service or leadership then they all follow. At one point the owners son started blaming us (the customer) for how we communicated the problems with the car. Clearly they are clueless on both professional detailing and treating customers (in particular women) to an acceptable level.AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!!

I had our Dodge Viper detailed here and was completely satisfied, actually relieved to have such a professional group so close to our home!!! Ill be back...highly recommended!!

Omars team did a great job on applying the Ceramic Pro coating on my X3. The cars paint is smooth as a babys bottom. My previous cars paint was damaged from the heat and ashes of the 2020 summer, so we decided to invest in the Ceramic Pro with a lifetime warranty when we bought a newer model. We dont regret it, it looks beautiful, will be easy to upkeep and will add to the resale value of the car. Thanks, Omar!

I highly recommend the team at O & L. They are a family run business so they take a lot of pride in their work. They did a Ceramic Pro Gold package and painted my calipers on my CLS.

I took my truck to O&L, and did a fantastic job. They cleaned the interior, applied the ceramic pro coating, as well as the Xpel protection film. My truck looks better than when it rolled off the dealership showroom floor. Very professional and extremely high attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I only went for an estimate to have my car ceramic coated with maybe paint protectant. He was very detailed in explaining everything and provided me with different options. I will most likely be back he showed me his car and it looked great. I will update after having car done.

We showed up without an appointment and still received fast, superior service. I have a BMW X5 and am always worried when I take it to get cleaned. O & L took great care of us and the car looks amazing! We will definitely be back and I will also be bringing my wife’s vehicle here for regular cleaning!

My husband used this service a year ago and they did an amazing job, so naturally we came back. Someone threw up in the car so we decided to pay twice as much this time around to get a deeper cleaning. My car got “finished” after dark so when the young man used his tiny light on his phone to show it off to me I couldn’t see much. I paid and took it home and looked at in my garage. It was not clean!! Windows were not wiped down, my steering wheel and center console still had sticky stuff from my lattes, seats had marks on them, drive shaft and sides of seats still had debris on them, and floor mats weren’t clean. It didn’t smell like vomit anymore but it didn’t smell good either. We called and complained and they promised us they would fix it. We came to pick it up a second time and it still wasn’t clean. My husband pointed out areas and the young man rudely wiped them down. If I wanted a simple cleaning job done I wouldn’t have paid someone to detail the inside. We will never use them again..

Great location and the guys are great! I had my Model 3 tinted here in 2018 including the full glass roof and hatch which is not an easy job. The result was perfect. Looks like it was done by the factory. Still today it looks the same, like new.Therefore I also just had my brand new Model S tinted by them. Looks perfect. Thankfully they also upsold me on Xpel clearbra and while some people think that upsell is rude I really appreciated that they brought it up, since I was on the move and didn’t think about it. The car has only 22miles and that’s when you do the clearbra before it’s too late. So to me, a car care professional asking kindly about ways to keep your car pristine longer is a service to help you and you are always free to decline. A lesser place would just have rang me up on the tint and I’d get my front bumper chipped later on and regret that I forgot to do clearbra. They offered a bit of a bundle price as well so definitely worth listening to their offers.The staff is very courteous. It’s a family business and they treated me like a friend. It is clear that they are big car enthustiasts, so they seem to know to handle cars with due care and whenever I drive by there is some kind of modern luxury car there for a larger job.

It was amazing, the prices, the quality of work that i saw was nice and they didnt take as long other places in the are, the owner was so nice and polite, I would definitely usher people there if I could!!

Had a great experience at this business! I called in the morning to figure out what services they offer, the price, and time it would take. I was treated professionally and the information they gave me was concise and true. I arrived 20 minutes early to my appointment but they started working on my car right away. They did a great job cleaning, vacuuming, and detailing my car and it looks amazing. I highly recommend O & L!

I have given my Camry which was unused for two years and was in very bad shape with dust and rust. They have done fantastic job by making car look like new one. Very detailed cleaning. Will definitely go back without a second thought. 🌞☺️

Got the basic car wash. Outside looks nice, vacuum did well, but omg the scent they used is overpowering and AWFUL. Also, I have rubber floor mats and they put something on them to make them...slippery?I wish they had an exterior wash only. I’d go here all the time if they did.

Took my brand new truck in to get detailed and have 2/3 small dents removed paid $1,700. Few days later I seen buff marks all over my truck and my opinion the person didn’t know what they were doing. Called them and scheduled an appointment to bring it back and they wanted to charge me again a price of $120 to fix there mistake. NEVER GOING BACK!!! Taking my truck somewhere else from now on.

They did an excellent job on the exterior wash and made time to get my vehicle in late in the afternoon on a Saturday. They did try to up sell a very expensive full detail package but worked with me to find a wash and basic interior vacuum and wipe down that met my needs. This is an expensive place if you are just looking to get a vehicle washed and I went with a much less expensive package, however I was very pleased with the overall results.Only downside was that they said several times that they would get all he dog hair vacuumed out (I have 3 dogs so there was a good amount of dog hair), I did notice some dog hair between the front seats and the center console. My only issue with that is that they shouldn’t promise something they can’t accomplish.I would definitely recommend O and L Professional Detailers to anyone with a luxury or high end vehicle that they want an amazing wash and detail done on. They do a great job and were probably much more than necessary for my plain old Dodge Dart.

I emailed them via Yelp to get a quote for an exterior wash, clay, wax, and convertible top seal for my BMW convertible. They responded within 30 minutes with a price in line with the other places I contacted, and they estimated a 2 hour completion time. I brought it in same-day, and they finished in just under 2 hours, as promised. They did a nice job. They also did some minor interior cleaning (vaccum, wipe down) without charging me extra.

Best place for a car wash . This is the first time I went there and they really surprised me by the way they work . They are really courteous and polite in answering the questions . They do have packages . I preferred the basic package which covered all my needs . Keep up the work .
