Found light swirling scratches on my brand new Honda, still has dealer tags.Week one and no response from Lovett car wash. I had hope they were a upstanding company. But not so far.Ill explain what happened,Got a 16$ Best wash today and pulled off to the side to hand dry the rest of my car. As I was working my way around I found light scratches across the top of my doors from front to back. After filling out a report with an apologetic crew and being told that I would be contacted at a later date I left.Upon arriving at my house and further inspecting my car my wife and I noticed other scratches on the front driver side and the mirror. It was then it dawned on me that the man that was spraying down the car had to grab a brush and scrubbed all the affected areas. I have since spoken to several people about the incident and have been told the brushes can make those kind of marks on vehicles.At this time I am very ticked off because its my first new car ever and now its all scratched up.Im hopeful they will make good on this incident which will change how I rate this car wash.

What can I say, its the best car wash in town. The people that work there are so nice and you dont have to pay to vacuum your car.

I would give 0 star but can’t. Staff extremely rude. Will not wash your car if it has dirt on it. I’m not kidding. So apparently they only clean cars that are already clean. My truck had dirt on it not caked on mud. A rude guy came looked at it and said it would be ok. So I was asked what package I wanted to pay for. I chose the cheapest one $8.00. I was then told no I’d have to buy the 15 dollar one. I said I’ll just go, then the high school drop out running the place got upset when I told him that his boss is in the wrong business. Anyway went across the street to Lightning fast car wash where I was well greeted and they was happy to wash my truck dirt and all.

Just got a car wash here for the first time. It was 6pm so not very busy at all. I received fast and very friendly service. But I got on here to give this review because I bought the cheapest $7 wash and 2 guys prepped my car like it should be. Pre-soak and wash, scrubbed the bugs off and washed the wheels. You very rarely see car washes prep properly (I worked at 4 car washes in Dallas over the course of 2 years a long time ago) and these guys nailed it. Props to the teammates for caring about their jobs and customers and a big thank you to management for the same reasons. 5 stars without question.

I must say, the crew working when I went really took pride in what they do. My vehicle was pretty filthy, they took the extra time to pre scrub it better before entering wash. Appreciate the service I received on my visit!!!

My husband purchased the monthly membership since the car wash was opened. Visited a couple of days ago on October 21, and was told by the employee that he needed to wash his truck before heading into the car wash. He tried to reason with the Manager on duty to no avail, he asked to speak to someone else and was told he was the final authority. The manager was disrespectful and all he wanted was a reasonable explanation on why hes paying for a monthly membership but was told he needed to wash the truck before entering the car wash. This made no sense whatsoever. So you will know this is a fair review; his truck was dirty it had rained multiple days and the car wash was closed. By the time it stop raining, his truck was due for a wash. He kindly requested a Cancellation of his membership and a refund, he filled out paperwork and they told him he would get a call on Monday. Was told to leave because he was holding up his line. He went across the street to Lightning Express Car Wash and had no trouble getting his truck wash, no hassles or extra fees. Just a simple Car Wash. Later that day as he was driving by he observed vehicles that were just as dirty as his truck. He even snapped a couple of photos so that he can show to the Owner who he met a while back. As a Courtesy, he went back to Lovetts to tell them Lightning Express took care of his truck. The manager did not care and stated the it was good they washed his truck and told him now you can leave. Today 10/22 he wanted to see if the Owner was on site, was told by the same Manager that his membership was canceled and that he needed to leave, or he would call the Cops. Yes the membership was Canceled but the contract states that he had the rest of the Month and besides its a business thats built on inviting the public. Normally we dont put reviews on business, but in this situation he felt that was needed. Hes going to continue to reach out to the Owners.

Nice car wash but for 16 dollars I would expect a clean truck. Mirrors and wheels were still filthy when I left. Not sure if I will go back.

First time Ive tried this car wash.. spent $11. The car overall seemed clean. However the windows were still very dirty. I suggest to go to the Chevy Dealership Carwash for a better value and service!

They always take their time to get all the bugs off our truck and prewash the whole thing. They do amazing! Highly recommend.

My kids love the wash and I love that they can all help vacuum! There are enough wands for everyone to tackle the car and get the job done.

When a new customer is in line signing up for monthly service, please dont let them hold up other customers that are waiting excessive amount of time . We are ready to drive thru.Any ideas to rememdy this problem

Got the membership and can wash as often as I want to.

Today was the worst visit I have gotten. They did a poorly job on washing the front and back of my car. Both sides still had a bunch of dirt. Will not be returning.

Says it opens at 8am. I waited to 8:05 and left. Not open.

This is the only place my husband goes to get a carwash and its an hr drive from where we live.
