George got real blenders and I recommend anyone who needs a great but very convenient haircut in a good amount time to come here. Definitely a good experience and I will be returning

I made an appointment for later the same day and they were very welcoming to us. The cut was for my son. They not only gave a great cut but had hair cosmetics and sponges to give my boy that look he want for the new school year. Thankyou again my man we will definitly be back! Best in the area hands down and very uninformative and up on new and hot styles.

DISGUSTED, Bryan is a cry baby, leaving 1.5 before they close and they act like a walk in is going to kill them. She wasnt even looking my way because she takes calls first when she said first come first serve.

Its a hit or miss kind of spot, theres some really talented people but it also seems to be poorly managed. You almost have to know who you want cutting your hair, they do not usually take same day appointments unless you get that particular person on the phone. More often than not the staff is willing to work with you but Ive also seen a few times when they just want to hang out and talk with one another or play games and watch TV than work. Much of the complaints are about poor service, staff not keeping appointments or staff too busy taking care of their personal lives rather than taking clients and high prices. Honestly, if I knew of another place in the area, it is better to go elsewhere. I think in time the place will be better but Ive seen it more and more people right out unhappy with the service.

Absolutely awful haircut. And too expensive. I will not return. I see the owner replied to my comment stating incorrectly that my hair was cut by a student, and that the price was $8. These are both incorrect statements. My hair was cut by one of two staff members, and I was charged $55 for the worst haircut ever. Please don’t make stuff up about student staff members, and imply that I got an almost free haircut. Again, I was charged $55. Not $8. Also, the place was not busy. Now I know why.

Worst experience ever. There was only one barber on site. During the cut I noticed that he seemed to be high: laughing for no reason and making rude moves. In the end my hair was ruined. Patchy, without symmetry, not even an apprentice could do something like that. I was still charged $ 35. A total nonsense and lack of respect to people. The owner needs to do something. For reference I was there today, Nov 17 @ 5 pm.

Booked an appointment. Arrived, but the barber wasn’t there, so they phoned him. Told me I’d have to wait 40 minutes. Looks like he forgot. This was going to be my first time here. Well, failed the first impression. Will never frequent this place.

These guys are the worst.. wrong attitude, terrible customer service, laugh to the face of the customer. Surpeised that someone actually even thinks of getting a haircut here. The person behind the front desk is a joke. He has no manners, no customer service and does not want to work. I guess these guys are there just to enjoy the indoors of a mall. Hope they are shutdown asap

This place is a joke. I made the mistake of going to this place for the second time. First time I was on time and had made online appointment.When I reached there I was told the guy I had appointment with did not work that day. I had a feeling they wanted me to go back and kept on asking me if I had appointment multiple times. Some other guy took me and gave me a haircut after some wait.Today I went again and this time the guy I had appointment with was in LA. Again they said they were busy and running behind and some other guy will take me next. After waiting for 30 mins this guy comes back and tells me he cannot take me next and will have to take someone else first and than me. I simply walked out of this place.- Very unprofessional place. No front desk person. Barber talking on phone while giving haircut.- There were no licenses in the whole place. I saw only one barber had license at his station. I am sure other folks do not have proper license.- There online reservation system is total shame. Never trust it.I will never go to this place again. I will continue going to 18|8 dublin.If you want third grade experience and get insulted this the place to go (even after paying $40 for a haircut).

I only placed a phonecall, but the customer service was good. I received all the information I was looking for and I was completely satisfied.

I was scheduled to see one of the guys named Sami, I went there 15 minutes early, the Sami guy never showed up, and that was that for me.

Only place in the Tri-Valley area that I can actually call a legitimate barbershop. Super clean and upscale shop with professional customer service and excellent haircut by Jamal. Would recommend this place to anyone that wants a great haircut.

Nice little chic barber shop. I was a walkin - the main barber was booked but was serviced by another barber. Good service, good attention to detail and a nice cut. The equipment, area and chairs are nice, comfy and clean (unlike the cheaper viet locations). Since i was a simple cut, it was fairly cheap too - there were more expensive options for more stylish cuts (didnt apply to me)

I called ahead. They said no wait. I got there 3 minutes later and he said it would be 20 minutes now before they could get me in. So I waited for 38 minutes and they were still nowhere near ready to put me in a chair. So I left. Without a haircut. Dont go to this place unless you have a day to waste.

They dontways give you appointments or even dont encourage walk-ins even if they are empty... Behave as though they are service VIPs and dont want you as a customer ...I went there twice and stopped going there after the arrogance and attitude the barbers have - Sorry guys not worth it !! You guys need to tone it down or you will shut shop soon !!

Worst experience ever. First off, drug test your employees cuz the barbers were high as hell and the shop smelt like weed. This guys in particular seemed off a Xanax he was extremely slow and slurry. Took my bf here to get a nice haircut for his bday and JOHN who cut his hair on Nov. 22 @ 6:15pm messed his hair up so bad. Patchy and the line up is not connected. A low taper fade was asked for and he did a messed up high taper fade. The hair cut was not even AT ALL, anywhere. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MINE AND MY BFS LIFE. Then the guy had the audacity to charge $35!!!! Outrageous. This place needs serious management regulation

Too much money for a haircut and I got something that was very simple wanted to charge me $35 all even are you serious but I needed it done so I got it done but wont go back again

Basic mistake. They got the length of the sides wrong. Not expected from a stylist claiming to be expert. Couldn’t fix it even after the second try.

Worst place ever. They discriminate.
