I love the large capacity washers and dryers but THIS BUSINESS IS NOT OPEN 24/7 THEY SHOULD UPDATE THEIR HOURS. I will bump my review up when they either return to 24/7 or update their hours of operation.Its a major inconvenience for someone to load up what they need washed and drive, only to discover they are closed even though they advertise 24/7. And today i was there at 16:45 and the lights off and the door locked so even the 8-17 thats posted on the door wasnt correct

The washers and dryers work great, but it was so hot in there. Not one fan going. And it makes it hotter wearing masks. Not complaining about the masks at all.

Its a great place!! Ive been coming for years!! They are currently closing at 5pm due to the pandemic. They have a place for you to get change and snack machines etc. And both ladies are very nice and friendly. They are keeping everything clean and sanitized after each person uses the machines and carts!!

Very nice laundry mat clean,nice washers and dryers! And the A/C worked! I live in Vance and we have a laundry mat 3 miles away but i will never go there again id much rather spend the gas to go to Pleasant Grove!!

The washers and dryers work well. Doesnt seem to crowded during the week or on weekends, and there wasnt any waiting on machines.Nice and clean environment.Im not giving 5 stars bc on my first visit one of the staff were rude. She had locked the public restroom and seemed angry when I asked her to unlock it! Even though I was a paying customer.😟The second visit everyone was very nice.

Almost all of the front load washers work.none of the top loads work. Wash cycles are from 4.75 -8.75. dryer is .25 for 5 mins. Due to covid they are only open from 6 a to 5 p. No exceptions. The change machine will take up to $20. They have a vending machine for drinks, snacks, laundry supplies. And 2 video games and a TV. They offer laundry services but Ive never used them.

Lots of parking, very clean for large loads, snack machines, indoor seating, coin changer, detergent despenser,restrooms.

I usually love this place.. But today Im kinda fed up with this one lady who works there every other day. Not the boss lady by the way. Every time I struggle carrying my baskets in the door. I have to drop them and hold the door open with my back and pick up my things just to get inside. Even if I used the carts with the baskets in is a struggle just to get the door open. All the other staff opens the door for anyone.. This woman was sitting at the table, watching the tv, and once I brought my 4th basket thats when she tells me to use the carts. I just said I would struggle either way but thank you. Sorry just a bit disappointed

The Washtub in Pleasant Grove was without a doubt the cleanest laundromat I have been to. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great laundry equipment too!

Best place ever!!! Super nice staff, very helpful. I have 2yr old and as I got my laundry out of the car, the attendant brought me a basket and helped me take my things inside. She also held the door open when I had to bring my daughter (in her carseat) inside because she had fallin asleep. She even offered to help me load the washers!!! How much better can you get???The smallest washer they have holds 3 loads and it cost 4.75. The maxi load holds 4 loads and costs 5.75. And the mega load holds 5 loads and cost 6.75. But whats great about it, is the dryers are only $0.25 for 5 minutes.Awesome prices and great service. They also offer drop off service: wash/dry/fold.

Linda the owner is a sweet lady and always nice. She keeps the place very clean as does her employees. Everyone is so nice. Go here every week.

Nice, clean friendly environment with an attendant on hand during normal hours. The Wash Tub is open 24 hours a day, with the exception of some holidays! Located near general stores and restaurants!

Big new washers&dryers great for big laundry and regular size washer and dryers too!!
