Great quality and really good customer service! I have gone to multiple salon and spas and it is the best place I have been to. Kevin does the best foot massages and dip powder nails. I am typically not one to write reviews but I had an unfortunate experience with Sky Nails earlier this afternoon. I came in around 3pm and showed the nail tech in advance the picture and design of the nails I wanted. He agreed to do them for me.After the polish was on, he told me he could not do the design anymore because his partner was busy. I understand how a business can get busy but I did not appreciate being told I would be able to have a certain design and then denied last minute.My sister was able to receive the designs she had requested and paid the same amount as me!Overall, they are a great business, unfortunately this experience has led me to possibly search elsewhere..

I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and was greeted and helped right away. My nail tech, Emily, was perfect. She was rushed towards the end to finish with me and help the next person, but she was gracious about it. The premises was clean and was somewhat busy. I will go back for sure.

Me and my mother have been going to Kevin for about 8 years now. He is absolutely fantastic! He always take good care of us and what I love about him the most is that he is a perfectionist and will never let me leave with any mistakes ! He always takes his time and gives absolutely amazing pedicures and awesome massages . Since I found Kevin I will never go to anyone else :) his service is a must.

Be prepared to spend all day. Regardless of it is a busy weekend or not it takes forever. Took them three hours to give me a pedicure and a full set. I ended up coming back two days later because the polish was coming off. Owner made me wait an hour to touch up my nails and insisted he had to do it; wouldn’t let any of his other employees do it. After an hour i ended up leaving and just getting my nails redone some where else the next day 80.00 down the drain. Save your time. Try elite nails across the street.This lady just finished getting a gel manicure done she walked out and walked right back in 5 minutes later explaining it was messy and wanted it fixed

It was my first time and as soon as I walked in I greeted very nicely by Ms Tiffany and her husband, the place was very clean and quaint, very spacious with not too many pedi and mani chairs, which was perfect due to Covid-19, met two other ladies that it was their fist time too and we were all talking like we were old friends !This is definitely the best nail salon I have been to in Florida and in Illinois, since I’m visiting here right now !My husband highly recommended this place because he was in town in March and came in for a mani/pedi and loved it, came back home raving about Ms Tiffany and her amazing customer service skills, and Ms Tiffany believe it or not, remembered my husband by name…how impressive…if ever in Plantation, FL you have to come here for the best service ever !!!!

They do great service but I was there for too long

I got my nails done with my niece last week and some of them have already fallen off for the both of us! When I get acrylic nails they usually last me at least 3 weeks before one falls off and they usually last my niece at least a month. On top of that they cut really deep into my niece’s finger, looked extremely painful. I asked for regular polish for my pedicure and got gel instead and didn’t realize the nail polish on my big toe looked messy until I got home. For my acrylic nails to just easily pop off in one week is infuriating after I spent $48 on them, I’d rather take the drive and go to my usual spot in Miramar. I’m extremely disappointed. $75 down the drain.

Great people and quality polish.

When they removed the nails that I had before it was very painful, and also they broke my natural nail by the half, then they put a liquid that gave a horrible felling and was supposed to stop the bleeding of my finger, after that removing my cuticles they cut another finger as well and then put the liquid again, hurting againwhen i called they told me, that they knew how to do design, I asked for a simple one and it’s not we’ll done, she also took a lot of time (wait more that expected), when you go to do your nails it’s supposed to be relaxing, not painful and stressing, I paid the same price that I paid in the place that I usually do my nails, but in the other place they are more profesional and do design in all my nails, here just in two of them, for the same price? And the doble of time? That’s not okayI definitely not recommended this place to anyone, my nail still hurting, and I don’t know what can happen with this, they just do the work on it and I also ask if its going to be better that I do my nails latter and the say that it’s going to be okey, I hope so, but this shouldn’t happened, I know that exist another’s way to take off the work that I have before, should be more professional, I really would like a refund, the should give it to me when they broke my nail by the half

So, I was a little hesitant to come here after reading the poor reviews, but I have to say I had a great experience. Lily did my toes and Hannah did my nails. They came out beautiful. Square shaped, blue gel polish, and even rhinestone design on my ring finger. It came out wonderfully. Im very excited to know that I have a reasonably priced salon next to my house that does such amazing work. Also, they are so friendly! Definitely enjoyed my time here.

I usually don’t write reviews but my nails turn out horrible. I went in to get my nails with dip powder. When I first got to the salon the staff was nice and friendly. When I sat down to get my nails down the guy seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. I had to tell him multiple times that my nails were not even. He then didn’t clean up my nails after putting the color on so there was powder all over my fingers. He then put a top coat on that wasn’t the correct top coat because I then had to sit and wait for 15 mins for my nails to dry. When you get dip powder the manicurist is suppose to put a top coat that makes the color instantly dries. It’s the next day and half of my nails are chipped and broken. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years now and this has been the worst service I have ever received. Very upsetting especially since it wasn’t cheap!

This is the best nail salon I have been to hands down! Not only are the workers amazing and kind, they are all very talented. The girl did my dipped manicure and listened to everything I wanted and made sure I liked the color, length, and shape of my nails. And my girl did my pedicure, was so gentle and kind and took her time making sure I get the most out of my pedicure. Everyone who worked there, made sure I was welcomed and happy with my nails. It was very easy to make conversation with them and enjoy my time there. I will definitely be a regular customer from here on out and recommend everyone here. If you want beautiful nails and to be treated very well, then this is the right spot for you!

SKY NAILS does the best work! I move around a lot so Ive been to many nail salons and I have never been happier with my nails than when My did them. She ensures youre happy with your nails every step of the way! I got a gel manicure and three weeks later my nails dont have any scratches or chips, just natural nail growth. Definitely will keep coming back! She also has every single color that you could ever imagine! These are my nails after 3 weeks, still looking great!Ill definitely be going back on a regular basis.I will definitely keep coming back.

We made a last second decision to come here and were immediately able to get our nails done. The two ladies were so amazing and did such a wonderful job. I highly recommend this nail salon. They do wonderful nail art and have great customer service. We will be back!

Lily Nails which has been renamed to Sky Nails in Plantation has by far some of the best employees Linh did my nails in a timely manner. Extremely professional and very neat with her work. I recommend this place to any and everyone, especially travelers. I met wonderful people there just having basic conversation. I’d go back anytime any day. Thanks for being so wonderful to me ☮️

I recently moved to this side of town and discovered this brand new nail salon. Ive been there three times thus far and have no complaints. Im a simple person who just wants even nail lengths and neat nail polish. They do that well for me. The salon is clean and modern, and I will continue to come back.

I dont normally do this but this is the second time I have come to this place and had service by lilly. The first time I did not let lillys finish my nails because during the manicure she clipped me twice and looked at me like I was a child for complaining. After she was done with her version of a manicure the other nail tech had to refile, rebuff, and basically redue my nails before polishing. After she finished my nails were fine.The second time I was stuck with lillys again. She started with my pedicure first. Clipped me twice AGAIN! When I snatched my feet back due to the shock she told me its not hurting you have alot of ingrown nail. So I have to dig. During my manicure I asked her twice to not cut my cuticles back so much. She said I wont youre cuticles looks good so you dont need it. She still cut them back! It was the end of their day on a Sunday so no one was able or willing to fix her mess. The end result looks like my 10 year old niece did my nails! Its not okay to let someone do clients nails and they are lacking in skill. I didnt even get a hand massage doing my manicure! Im not going back. If you go dont let lilly do your nails you will be disappointed.

New to the area, the location is off in the cut kind of if youre driving to fast youll miss it and have to turn around. Its nothing fancy but its not sketchy. The technician took care of my acrylic gel nails, took his time and worked w me to get them how I wanted. Price was decent. I will 100% be back & refer my friends and family!!

Excellent service by Jennifer. The best dipping powder treatment. I have done it in other salons and my nails always ends up looking like little balls but with Jennifer they look great and last for almost a month, if they didn’t grow so fast.

Ive been going here for over 10 years and Im usually satisfied with what I have gotten done. When I have work done that is not so great, I notice that person is usually gone soon after. Tony is one of the best. His work is always perfect and he is very welcoming. The pedicures from everyone are wonderful.

New owner is nice, but my nails didnt turn out all that great. The tech didnt do the dip all the way down to my nail bed, so they look grown out already. My left index nail is slanted and shorter. The length and shapes dont all match.. and they did an ombre on two nails, but all it is, is dusted gold; theyre uneven and they charged $7 for a design! This is hardly a design. Very disappointed as other nail places Ive been to do not charge extra for the different color on the ring finger nails. Spent $60, not including tip! Will not be coming back.

Dont like this place it was my first time there. I was checking to see if the color I had on my nails matched the color I chose for my toes. So I put some polish on my nails which I already had polish on and the guy told me I couldnt leave it open because it would dry up. He just didnt want me to put polish on so I argued with him on the fact a bottle of polish would not dry up while trying on 3 nails Grrrr not good wont go back!!!!

LEO is very professional and does a good job. However, the floors are dirty, the place is untidy, there are flies everywhere, and they burn an incense that is extremely strong. Is there anyone managing this place???

If you want a basic mani pedi, I guess this will be a good place. Its under different ownership but the service is not good. I went in today for a full set of coffin nails and walked out with some looking like coffins and some looking like almonds. My nails did not match at all.

Terrible management terrible place! The nail tech dropped my I-Phone and smashed the glass. Lily, owner told me to get an estimate and they would pay for it. I dropped off the receipt for the repairs and Lily called me two days later to say that their worker was trying to be nice and that they will not pay for repairs. Quote You should not have been reading a magazine while getting your nails done.Ridiculously unprofessional and poor customer service. Skip Lilys Salon you are better off.

Been going here for 5 years, will not be going back ever again after 12/31/2017! First off, I called as soon as the store opened to see if there was any spots available since it was New Years Eve. You would think they would have an answer since I called at 11:01, one minute after they opened, but instead I got So you said anyone can do your nails right? That was already a bad sign. I get there and I was not greeted, keep in mind Im a recurring customer and they know my face. They stick me with a guy who is new to the shop. As he does my nails the store manager Louann says something to him in their language in front of me. They do this all the time which is very rude. When I asked him what did she say? he lied right in my face, also very rude. He does my nails and cuts me but I didnt say anything because I thought It might not be a big deal. I went for a refill..my second one, my nails slightly grew and nothing was chipped or broke so I expected to pay 18 dollars which is the base price, but they told me I had to pay 21 dollars because my nails are long!! Yeah my nails are longer thats why Im getting a refill!! That was the last straw because EVERY TIME Ive gone there in the past 5 years they change the price, I NEVER come in there and spend what is advertised because they put and Up on their price listings. I never realized this until my last visit and it makes sense why Ive been ripped off so much! My nails are average length, and they never specified what was considered long so they are definitely ripping people off because they can technically charge WHAT EVER THEY WANT because they put and up for their price listings. I have bad eyesight so I couldnt see my nails very well in the low light, but when I left and got into the sunlight my nails were HORRIBLE!! I didnt realize I was BLEEDING from when the nail tech cut me, my polish was not cleaned up properly, and was poorly painted on in general!!! They knew this would happen which is why they asked me so you said anyone can do your nails right? Im disgusted with their lack of appreciation for their customers who work hard for their money too. They knew they had a weak link in their company but they did not care. This was not the first time someone was hired by them and didnt know what they were doing. I went before to get my eyebrows done and the guy they hired messed me up bad and instead of apologizing Louann told me Next time dont have him do it. No! next time you be a smart business owner instead of having a smart mouth with everyone, and make sure you hire highly qualified people. They do not live up to the standard of the neighborhood they are operating business in, and do not care either. They didnt even say goodbye as I left, just very very rude people, and I always try to tip them! I was recommended to go to the Salon in the plaza across the street so I will be taking my money there for now on. Be aware before you go, they are wishy washy people who do/say what they want.

I have been going to this place for almost two years. Tony and Loanne are amazing people. They work with you and provide excellent service. This is the only place where I can get a gel manicure and it not peel or chip off for at least two weeks. I have witnessed other customers come in and say that it has chipped or peeled off within that two week time, and they have fixed it without question. Obviously, they stand by their work and will make sure you are satisfied before you walk through that door. And yes, I have seen them clean their pedicure tubs after EACH PATRON with disinfectant. They are not quick to use the drill on your natural nails, and practice the same natural manicure regimen that my mother learned in school a long time ago. Love. This. Place.

My nails were done horribly. I got the nexegan (dip gel) and the technician who did my nails never cleaned or shaped the nails properly because as they grew I could feel it pulling my skin on the side. On top of that when I went to get my nails taken off at another nail salon they told me how the person who did them before did then incorrect because of the Hump at the top of each cuticle. Worst experience ever NEVER GO HERE !

I went for a full set shaped like the coffin I came out with some looking like coffins and some looking like almond and my pedicure wasnt even all of that. The price might be cheaper than some places but the service sucks and they have no experience in shaping nails at all.

I asked them to change my gel polish and just polish my toe nails, they insisted on doing a mani pedi even after I stopped them from the pedi since Im very ticklish. They didnt scrub my legs and still charged me for a full pedi.For my mani an older lady with tattooed eyebrows did it and its a terrible job, there is polish all over my fingers and skin and the gel is lumpy. I will not go back there, they dont accept your no and they did a poor job.
