I usually go to a different place to get my nails done with a specific girl but I wanted to change it up. They were able to get me in quickly even though it was late on a Sunday night. Alot of other nail salons were closing but Linda was able to get me in with no wait time. I paid $58 to replace the gel polish on my toes and fingers plus an eyebrow waxing. Linda did a great job and was very nice. I am glad that I mixed up my routine. I had a pleasant experience :)

First time there, coming from another state and was recommended by one of her regulars. Those nails looked great.Linda is a bit abrupt. To say she was welcoming is a big stretch. I wish she would have asked her son to translate and understand what I was requesting.Trying to do an over lay on my existing nails that were not SNS with SNS and cutting my own long nails to add tips was exactly not what I wanted

I go to this place at least twice a month and I just love them. I am welcomed when I come in, my services are timely and performed uniformly each time. I enjoy this place and my nail tech very much. Please visit and ask for Young (I’m not sure of the actual spelling but that’s what I was told to call him)!!

My experience was absolutely amazing. From walking in the door to a clean establishment to taking time to let me show exactly what I wanted my nails to look like. The conversation was a pleasure and I felt very comfortable. Getting my nails done is my treat to myself after working long hours and being a mom. I recently had a very bad experience somewhere else and Sassy’s nail and Spa did not disappoint. Needless to say, I’ve booked my future appointments with them and they now have a permanent customer. Went in as a walk in for a pedicure, and was seated immediately. That was the only good thing that happened. The tech filled the tub with barely warm water, then proceeded to dig into my toes cuticles causing pain, I asked him to stop 3 times, drawing the attention of the other salon workers. He then lazily scrubbed my feet, and painted my toes and surrounding skin. I still have dry dead skin on my feet, nail polish all over my toes, and one cuticle is throbbing from him digging into it so deeply. $30 down the drain. Never coming back.

Worst experience with a nail place ever just went there yesterday.My nails are not even at all, it’s super splotchy the nail lady was super rude kept going on her phone and walking away so I wasn’t able to speak up to her to fix my nails if I could give this place 0 stars I would

The older gentleman doing my “deluxe “ pedicure was half asleep through most of it.. and spent 10 minutes rubbing the same spot on my foot before moving to the next foot.. no filing no shaping.. not impressed at all. Meanwhile the girl doing my husbands basic pedicure was amazing.. nice massage, actually worked on his feet. Probably will not go back.

I attempted to have a mother /daughter day and get our nails done. I walked in and sat next to my daughter as she was getting her nails done, which was fine, but they had me sitting next to her for an HOUR without discussing one thing about my nails. Her nails were almost done and the lady came up to my station and wanted to start talking about my set of nails. Ummm... Ive been here for an hour and youve ignored me. So, I just paid for my daughters set and left... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ‼️ SIDE NOTE: Two other team members were there also that couldve helped, but I was ignored by ALL staff that was there...

Amazing service, feels almost like family they joked with us and we had a great time. I am very ticklish and asked her not to scrub to hard or trim to close on my cuticle, she listened very kindly and did such a wonderful job. I will be back when it’s time for a fresh pedicure! My friend was at first disappointed because the sparkly polish was too opaque but without question he wiped it all off, added a base color, and it turned out stunning!!

I went home crying! The acrylic was messy and all over my under nails and skin. As they were filing my nails she was pushing them to the side so hard I was actually holding back tears and I did not get what I wanted in the long run. As a cosmetologist I am mortified. I went home and filed my own nails and pained over them. The nails were all different lengths too. Everything about this was terrible! Avoid this place if possible because you’ll bounce between 3 different people just to get your full set done 🤦🏻‍♀️

Hands down my favorite spa in plant city. Fast service, rarely a wait when I go in and I love the way she does eyebrows. Also clean and professional.

Im absolutely happy with my nails and pedicure the color the quality and the service are all A-1. They took the time to listen to my concerns because I had some issues from a previous nail salon they went over my nails thoroughly they fixed them Im absolutely pleased with the results. When I first looked up nail places to find one close to me, I almost did not visit Sassi because of some of the reviews. Boy am I glad I did! Linda and her whole crew have taken such good care of me from day one that I even got my boyfriend to start going with me! They are all friendly, professional and my nails look phenomenal every time I leave there! Give them a try! You wont be disappointed! 😁

Walked in last minute... I didn’t do my homework on this place before I came and I’m glad I didn’t. They did such an awesome job and looked at details. I broke my big toe nail in half and they got my toes looking even and natural! I also had the Ombré paint job for only an extra $5... I can’t be mad at that LOL! Would recommend to anyone and no pressure on upgrades.

Rushed into doing my nails and definitely messed up the acrylic and tried to blame it on me didn’t even get the nails I asked for they even switched 3 people in between doing my nails because apparently only one lady can do them

I go in there all the time and all of a sudden the prices change when someone new does my nails. I paid the same thing for a fill in, as I would a full set. Their prices are clear As day on the website and on their menus in the location! & they still tried to argue the price.. they’re only argument was to point at a lady and say she comes in and pays the same thing all the time. Obviously, the lady didn’t speak up because she knew these people were in the wrong. I wouldn’t have mind paying it if I were prepared and knew that’s what I would be charged. their prices are blasted all over the store and website. it’s false advertisement when you’re prices say one thing and you charge another.Won’t go back

So my family and I visit Sassi Nail Bar & Spa in Plant City very often..until now. A family member of mine went into their business and was explaining how it’s hard for them to paint their toe nails but easy for them to trim them..the older gentleman that works there found it okay to say, “ It’s because of that “ and pointed to their stomach.I’ve always loved coming here, but disrespecting a family member of mine like that will never happen again. You’ve lost six clients and hopefully more now if this post hits home from anyone else. Smh, so unprofessional.

I usually get amazing manicures from this place. I’m so disappointed with my last set, It felt like the nail technician was rushing me through, did nothing with my cuticles, she didn’t even push them back, they already look like they need a fill after 2 days, my nails look awful, these were for my birthday, i guess just be very up front with what you want done. I just assumed that was included in the price.

I came here for a pedicure and eyebrow waxing in may. They switched between three people with my pedicure and kept asking the other people what they had already did which took an extra 10 minutes. After they were done with my pedicure the lady who had just been touching somebodys feet took me over to do my eyebrows. At first the waxing was ok but then she put the hot wax on and left for about 2 minutes. When she finally came back she wasnt paying attiention and ripped off about half of my eyebrow. Not satisfed dont recommend

I have been coming here for years for my pedicures. I finally decided to get a manicure so I got acrylics. They ALL lifted up two days later. I work a desk job! One employee started my nails and she messed them up so bad someone else started doing them and didn’t even fix them. The acrylic was way too thick and I had junk all underneath them. I do not recommend for acrylics.

Nail tech Mia does great nail art, but left huge gaps between my real nails and tips. Walk out and then back in to speak to owner she said that it was ok. Been there before and always received great service. This time 5 of the 10 nails get water trapped between tip and nail.

Despite the reviews I gave sassy nails a try. I went in as a walk in. They quickly wrapped my nails for the dip to come off. They did a great job . But this shop won’t work for my needsWhy I only have 3 starts.The only reason I will not be returning b/c the don’t have a lot of SNS dip colors. And the two ladies I was working with didn’t speak good English.

I have been coming here for years .. the owner did my toes today. I had dark polish when i arrived and this is what i got !!! They r really bad !!! Like i almost didn’t want to post this but i hope this will help someone else. You would think the owner would know better !!

Linda and her family always take great care of their clients. Not often you find a nail salon where they have so many great services. Love that I can get my wax nails and toes all in one place!!

The only reason that I’m giving this a one star is because it wouldn’t allow me to give it any less. I will never go back!!! The woman yelled at me after I asked for a fill and they tried to soak off all my nails instead of the fill. I spoke up and she said that that’s the only way to do it. YOU CAN FILL A Nail WITHOUT SOAKING THEM ALL OFF TO START OVEr. I was so upset and started to cry, to which she responded with she doesn’t have to deal with someone crying and calling her a lier!Needless to say I walked out with my nails ground all the way down and will have to go somewhere else tomorrow...I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE, stay away !

Worse place. My nails took terrible, PRICES ARE NOT THE SAME ON THE WEBSITE. They always charge way more, my nails are bubbly looking because they were rushing. Waste of my money

BEWARE OF TINAThis is not against the owner as she is outstanding. I went in to get my eyebrows done. I specifically said eyebrows. After Tina did my eyebrows, before I opened my eyes she was putting wax above my lips. I express my concern as I had never had a problem over my lip nor had I ever had got that done. I was concerned about hair starting to grow there now that she had waxed them. She said it wouldnt. I was a little disturbed that she just started doing it with out my permission but I thought there is really nothing I could do at this point because she had the wax on it. After she was done, I handed her a $10. $8 for eyebrows and 2 for tip. She said, oh its $14. I said really?? I thought it was $8. She said no its 14. So I gave her $16. I thought..they really went up since I was there. After leaving, I got thinking about it because that just seemed like a lot so I called and ask the owner how much for eyebrows and she said $8. I told her my experience and what Tina had done to try to get more money out of me. She was apologetic and said she would do them herself for free next time Which says alot for the owner but I got thinking that Tina may do this to other people and I wanted to send out a warning. This was NO accident. She knew I didnt ask for nor did I want my lip done and when I questioned her she should have charged me for what I asked for. She deliberately scammed me . Hopefully this review will prevent someone else from falling into her trap.

I came here a week ago and got a full set. At the time I loved my nails and how they were done. I left pretty satisfied until 3 nails just popped off just 1 week later. I went in to get them fixed, and they did fix the 3 (now crooked) that came off but wouldn’t fill-in my remaining nails that were starting to lift. I was told to just wait another week for a fill and hopefully no more will fall off. As they are usually very friendly I will not be going back there.

The pedicure was great but the waxing broke my face out. Over two weeks later its clearing up. Never had this happen anywhere before

I got my nails filled in on 8/31/19 and they lifted up that Wednesday. I call the owner and told me to come after she would correct them, I explained it would be around 5:30 /6:00beforw I get there because of the traffic Im driving thru.ok so today I made it out there today Marks 2 weeks and I had to take all my nails off and cut them because I got a fungus on 2 fingers separate hands. Long story short the lady she have working she asked her to do my nails for her and everything went south, the see young lady talked about the fungus ok. She filed my nails in the square shape and I said I dont like them I like round, She caught attitude and I left out my nails unfinished and I have a wedding on this day. 👎👎go

I went today for full set nails and onwer didnt treat me right you know dont go there dont waste you time ok she was talking Vietnam with her people and she wasnt paying attention what I was telling her wanted short nails and I wantedcolor gel nails polish and she put regular nails polish. And I didnt want that and you know what she told me that I was wasted her time come on i am paying her that have to do the things right you know I live Valrico and I went to nails salon in Valrico and Brandon is not good. I came here in sassi in plant city and look what happened will l just have to look around to see if i find the right nails salon do any body know a very good nails salon that I could go to?

Employees here are unprofessional, nails are over priced, and they don’t seem to care about how they do your nails. I once had my nails done by a woman here, she made them uneven, talked on the phone, were very crooked, and weren’t filed all the way. She also yelled at me when I wanted to take a look at them and said “ PUT YOUR HAND DOWN” . I left the salon and had to file my own nails at home to fix the uneven lengths of all of them and the crooked boxy shape they had made them when I asked for a coffin shape and even showed a photo of the shape I had wanted. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I went here with a bridal party of 6 - four of us for mani/pedis, two for manicures. We all had a fabulous time with the pedicures, but the manicures where terrible. The paint was sloppy, and three of us had cuticles cut so badly that they bled. The thing that really got to me though was the fact that one of the women decided that as my nails were still drying, IT WAS THE PERFECT TIME to get paid. The woman opened up my purse, took out my wallet, and attempted to take the cash out of it! No, Im not joking, nor am I exaggerating. She tried to take her money right there and then. There is no way I or anyone else I was with that day will return to this salon.

Never have had a problem here. Always fit you in for an appt. Best pedicures around. Highly recommend
