The most worst pedicure ever. Just did my pedicure last Sunday with gel polish and is just 3 days after and the gel polish start peeling. The guy did it he didn’t cut or push the cuticles and the massage horrible. Not even 20 min pedicure. NEVER AGAIN

I just moved back to Plant City, Fl and I used Batsys Nail Salon foryrs back 2006 till 2011. Great place to go to. Was so happy to see theywere still in town. I love Betsy for my nails and Tina for my feet. Thebest two if u ask me. Betsyshusband also does a great job on pedicures.Satisfied customerSandra Smith

Terrible none of the filing was done correctly. All of my nails pointed different directions and my thumbs are extremely uneven. They shuffled us between 3 different people for our nails and never used the uv light on mine just my roommates they told me to put my hands under this homemade fan with an industrial halogen bulb built into it and after 20 minutes my nails were still wet and we just gave up and left because when I asked the lady to correct my thumbs she rubbed the file on it 2x and then just painted it again so they are still extremely uneven. I will have to have these removed and redone by a salon who actually has people that complete your nails correctly

I had the dip done within the 4th day it started to lift and getting caught in my hair.

My family and I have been coming here to get our nails done for years. I generally wear natural nails with polish and frequent Tina for my spa manicures and pedicures. My daughter loves “T” for her sculptured nails. He certainly keeps up with all of the latest trends. Betsy is great for sculptured nails, pink-and-whites, and pretty much everything. Even my son enjoys an occasional pedicure, especially the chair.

I started going here after the nail salons opened after the covid-19 shutdown. They are able to keep everyone distanced and still provide great service. They have been my go to ever since.

Excellent care

Me and my mom went and we absolutely loved it! They were so nice to use and unlike other places we been too, they actually talk with and make you feel very welcomed! And since it was late and my mom had just got off work they allowed us to stay 10 mins passed closing! I really loved my experience there and now I will be a forever customer!

Been going here since they were at Walmart. I only get pedicures don’t like my nails painted. Tina is the sweetest and amazing. Will go no where else.

I love Betsy and Tina! They make you feel like family. Even if you cant make it in for a few months or yrs. They always remember your preferences and you. Mr. Anthony and T are wonderfull too and my mother wont let anyone one else touch her feet.

Horrible experience. First and last time I will use this salon. Went in around 5 on Wednesday evening. Only two woman working. Both which were very rude and it made the whole time we were there awkward and miserable. My friend requested to have her nails cut shorted and the woman had an attitude and still didn’t cut them any shorter. I requested short coffin nails. They charged me more (normal) for the special shape but they were in no way coffin shaped. They were squared off. Left paint on my toes all Over the place. Was just awful. Do not recommend this place at all!

Doesn’t even deserve one star smh nails were done nicely but Started lifting after 2 days 3 popped off I came back to fix and same ones popped right off the very next day 4 visits in one week ended up gettin pedicure cuz because they had no refunds and to say the least the polish is already off Nd it’s been one week never againnnn 😫😫😫 horrible product

Only place I come in plant City, they offer several pedicure packages and the employees are extremely friendly. As long as they are open I will come here.

I didnt even want to give them one star but I had to so I could leave this review. I went for a pedicure. The guy that did my toes didnt even let my feet soak 5 minutes before he started on my feet. He could ave scrubbed them alittle bit more since it has been a while since Ive had my feet done. He rushed through it took about 15 minutes. I didnt even get a massage that they usually do on your feet and legs. And this mf wants to charge me $28.00. For what??? Poor customer service! I will never go back and for the future when I do get my nails and toes done I will remember to always pay cash! The lady there ran my card for something that was not agreed on and I didnt appreciate it. You should make sure people know how much before you swipe their card!

Ive been a client of Betsys since her Wal-Mart location days. I love this shop! Betsy and her family have always done an excellent job for me. And I have to single out Tina - she absolutely gives the best pedicure anywhere! Thank you Betsy and Tina!

My wife broke her arm and has been laid up for awhile. She went for a pedicure and they treated her veey gently and she left satisfied with results. Very friendly staff.

I called the day after Mothers Day and they were able to accommodate my pregnant self and my 2-1/2 yr old daughter. We both received fabulous care. While my daughter was waiting for her toes to dry, they asked if she was allowed to have some Cheetos (which are her favorite) and they gave her a bowl filled with them. Betsy did our Manis and the older gentleman did our Pedis. Just an overall wonderful experience for Our First Mommy and Daughter Mani-Pedis.

Never again. Completely botched my nails and got an attitude when asked to fix it. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

I was there an hour and a half to get a fill. Three people drilled on my fingers for a total of over an hour. I woke up the next morning a now my nails are chipping and need to be fixed

I travel constantly so I get my nails & eyebrows done all over the East coast of the United States. This has been by far the WORST experience Ive ever had. There are bumps all under the nail polish, nails are uneven & only one eyebrow was waxed properly. I have wax stuck to my eyebrow & cant get it off. Stay away from this place.

Horrible!! Got a pedi that looks like garbage. Paint is all over toes. No attention to detail or attempt to make it look good. Do not recommend!
