Have stopped several times for a pedicure. Highly recommended. Prices are very reasonable and services are very professional. Haven’t had a bad experience ever.

10/10 recommend Emily, after leaving the salon with smudged nails, thick dip French manicure, bleeding cuticles, and horribly shaped nails, Emily stayed an extra hour and half to fix my nails and had me leaving satisfied. Mindy initially did my nails and I was not satisfied one bit, if Emily is an option choose her or come back another day. She takes the interest in making sure that the customer is left with nails that are worth taking to an event, rather than something that needs to be redone. I had to go back and Emily took the effort to take off my full set of manicure and to redo the dip set for me even after closing, 100% recommend Emily !

Mindy is awesome!! Takes her time and gets my nails perfect every time. Nam is a master at making my eyelashes look natural. They are just simply amazing!!!

After not going here for a while I decided to go today. They did not acknowledge me when I came in and I sat for about 15 with nothing said to me. I signed in and nothing. They a group came in and was immediately acknowledged. Still I waited and nothing. More people came in, acknowledged a d asked how they can be helped. After 20 minutes of this and watching unmasked customers I left and went to another shop.

Came in for a pedicure and got the deluxe which is priced at $37 and whenever I went to go pay (I did get gel) they charged $57, so a whole $20 for gel. They tried telling me that because I got the deluxe pedicure the gel was $20 instead of $10. I’ll admit I came in with some crocs, but we all know after getting GEL it would be ok to put those on afterwards. I get in my car and realize the gel polish was all bubbly and there was a whole part of it smeared. Of course I went back inside and they had no problem fixing the issue but still, After paying $20 for gel the least to say is I shouldn’t have had to go back in after a “deluxe pedicure”. Not coming back here again which is unfortunate because I’ve been coming over here for the last 4 years.

I was a regular customer at joys nails until my last nail job. I normally set appointments with Emily who never failed to leave me satisfied with her work. This time they had Chau do my full set. I had an old full set and I decided to ask for them removed and replaced. First to remove the nails he used an acrylic tip to pry the old acrylics off my nails. It was VERY painful. I then asked for a medium length tapered square. As he was working on my nails i was picking out a color and as soon as he was done with my acrylic and started filing them, I was completely unsatisfied with the work he did. He took it upon himself to make my nails not only coffin but the nails aren’t even consistently the same shape! Not receiving what I asked for was just one of the problems. This man left me, a young female VERY uncomfortable in the salon I usually feel welcomed in. Several times through the full set he squeezed and caressed my hands very in a unprofessional manner. The owner claimed that it was a “massage” which is a complete lie because I was NOT getting a manicure. NEVER do you feel all over a customers hands during a plain full set. I tried to overcome the uncomfortable situation i was in and say to myself “oh it’s nothing” . That was until what he said under his breath. He said “oh you’re too pretty for me, you’re too young for me”. This is something that should never be said about a 15 year old female by a GROWN man in a business. When I returned the next day with my mother the owner claimed that this was never said by his worker, again another lie. The owner, the male who did my nails, and another female employee tried to tell us it was a joke and they don’t mean anything by it, this is something that should never be said period and is not a joking manner. At this point of the nail job i was extremely uncomfortable and unsatisfied with my whole experience. I am very disappointed in the way i was treated in this salon and i will never return.

I went to Joys Nails today to get dip nails, something that I’ve gotten done MANY times before. To make a long story short, the technician did my nails horribly, they were blotchy and super wide and round. She cut me on every single finger, 2 of which she cut really bad. I politely asked her to better shape them and fix the spots that were missing color. She had to take them all the way off and totally redo them. Upon redoing them, she still did not shape them properly, they look cracked, and she made my cuts a lot worse. I still paid full price and but now I am genuinely scared I will get an infection, as my finger is cut pretty bad and really hurts. I am now going to try and fix my nails myself.

Staff was congenial and did a decent job. Definitely not the place to go for nail art, but if you want something simple they can handle it. The spa pedicure was adequate. The leg massage was poor and hurried. There was an elaborate form to sign about COVID-19 exposure which I thought was excessive. Dont think I will be going back.

I HAVE FOUND MY NAIL SALON!! I moved to Plant City a little while ago and have tried several nail places in the area- all the while being completely unimpressed or downright livid with the quality of work. I get a gel mani and a regular pedi every time. I was so sick of my nails coming out crooked, misshapen, or with lacquer all over the sides of my nails. I am SO glad I found this place! The service was incredible, they are incredibly meticulous, and while their prices were a little higher (my total was $60 before tip), I am more than happy to pay that price. I have attached todays results compared to Royal Nail from 3 weeks ago. The difference is night and day! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the brand of gel that they use causes the colors of my hands and feet to not match. The box says it is a set of the same color, one gel and one regular, but as SOON as my nails hit sunlight you can see a big difference in the color. My toes are the color I wanted, my hands are way more purple. =/ To remedy this, I may just buy my own colors and have them apply it.

Their work is of the poorest quality, their nail tech acted inappropriately while giving a manicure, by making inappropriate statements. They up-charge in any area that they can. I would not recommend Joys nails at all.

My entire bridal party went to Joys the day before my wedding. They were very accommodating and did a great job with a big group of girls. They also surprised me with a free bottle of wine for the group. Highly recommend!

I got acrylic gel nails and a gel pedicure yesterday. She forgot the to coat for the help pedicure. And less than a full day later over already had a nail break. Also the woman that did my nails didnt even offer to show me the nail colors for gel I had to ask her several times. $60 and I already have a broken nail not even 24 hours later.

This place is so clean - they sterilize their tools in between customers. I also love the foot and leg massage you get. They have relaxing massage chairs and the price is good.

Joys nail spa is very clean and provides friendly service. I have visited many nail salons over the years and after yesterday this is my new go to nail spa. Kim did a pedicure and manicure for me and really pampered me and provided great service. Thank you Kim!

I went in for a normal set of acrylics. I was the only customer in there. It took the lady 2 hours to do my nails. Because she and two other people kept switching off so she could finish getting her nails done instead of doing mine. She would work for about five minutes on one of my hands and then go back to the pedicure chair and finish getting your toes done while another nail tech started working on my nails

My mother and I been going to them for years we love their work do so well no problems or wait Ive waited Mabe 5 mins sometimes but most the time I walk in some ones always ready. Ill recommend to them anyday. And prices not bad at all never ask for extra at all like some other places do.

This place does a good job on nails and toes .. Speaks good english but prices are outrageous .. Normally pay 60 for fill in nails and toes both shellac color and this place charges 45 alone for a pedi !!!! No wonder why they werent very busy !!!Great place but prices are just ridiculous

My friend and I thought we would treat ourselves to a pedicure while she was down for a visit and my normal nail tech was unavailable. Both of our techs at Joys did a procedure where they trimmed the nail from both sides of the big toe nail all the way to the base and pulled that thin slice of the nail out (very uncomfortable). Neither of us had ever had anything like that done before and now I know why. I found out from my podiatrist that that procedure should only be done if you have chronic ingrown toenail problems which I never had. But that has caused me to now have ingrown toenail issues followed by my nail separating from the nail bed which has now caused a fungus under the nail. I cant begin to tell you how angry I am about this and I am am still not cured after over a year of problems and dont know what else to expect. I would never recommend this place but if you do go do not allow them to trim the sides of the big toenail.
