I went here for the first time today and I will be going again. The service is impeccable and they are so sweet to you from the moment you walk in. Not to mention- they have so many polish and dip options and colors to choose from! They are up front with their pricing and do amazing work!!

My first time to this nail shop and I am pleased. Lilly did a great job on my nails. She is very warm, friendly and knows how to do her job. I will definitely come back here again.

This place is so cute! Everyone was very nice..i was seen immediately. There was no wait (Monday around noon). Very relaxing atmosphere. Decor is pretty. Salon seems very clean. The whole set up of the salon is unique & very nice.

Love this place. Ive been coming here since they opened almost 2yrs ago. The establishment is super clean and chic, staff is friendly and the environment is so tranquil. The techs always do such a great job on my nails and their dip acrylic has made my nails so healthy.

The ambience and customer service was great. I made my appointment via FB messenger the night before, for sculptured nails and was easily accommodated. I needed 2 slots for my daughter and I, and Lily did us both. She is a wonderful technician.

I thought this place would be expensive, but their prices are actually pretty good. Ive been getting my nails done here for a while now. They have a lot of nail techs & can usually accommodate walk-ins, but I suggest making an appointment since they are usually very busy. They introduced me to dip nails & my nails are now in better shape than they were when I was getting gel nails. They have color changing & glow in the dark colors, and a couple of people that can do designs. I just got my Christmas nails done there. I highly recommend this place.

Strawberry nails was recommended to me by a friend, and I can say it is the best nail salon in town. I was very skeptical going here first because I did not think there were ANY good nail salons in Plant City, as Ive been to almost all of them...The receptionist is great and the techs are friendly. Moved out to Plant City in Aug and was dying for a new nail salon. I was going to try a few out but fell in love with the service at Strawberry Organic. Alice gave me my 1st pedi and I always use her now. She remembers what you like and is so sweet and attentive.♡. Love this place and their prices are great ( my other place was expensive in Brandon and I was just a number and they had less services for the price). Try them out, you wont regret it.

I dont always get my nails done, but when I do Im very picky on how they look. Ive always heard good things about this place and my good friend only comes here. For me having tiny hands and finger nails, plus wanting a hard design for my nail type. they said they could do it but it would be hard because of my nails.. very very pleased with there patients and I love how they took their time to make sure everything is done perfectly ❤❤ I WILL BE COMING BACK

I took my significant other here. The staff was great. Great service. Alice was her nail tech and she was great. She took her time, didnt rush through it and made sure her nails were perfect when she left. Shes glad found a little place like this and will be back. Came here because it had such good reviews online and we can see why.

Nail tech was nice but the same day i went my acrylic broke and now 3 days later another acrylic on another hand broke.

This is the 3rd time getting my nails done here, and I prefer the dip instead of acrylic or gel with nail polish. Every visit, Im always greeted with a smile and great customer service. Today Alice did my nails; its been 3 months since my last visit and she STILL remembered me and asked me about a few things we had talked about in my past visits. I especially appreciate that she is a perfectionist like me because she pays attention to small details just to make sure my nails are perfect before I leave. Thank you so much!!! Definitely coming back again and again! :)

I really dont understand the hype of this salon. I have had 2 experiences with this nail salon so far. This time the service was ok. Arriving 10 mins early to my appointment I can see my nail tech was with someone else. long story short she didnt start on me until 25 or 30 mins after my scheduled appointment! I was upset, even more upset because she didnt address the issue. Not only that but when her appointment after me came in she started working on the other lady and didnt even finish with my nails yet! I got my nails done with Tracy, shes very sweet but not once did she ask me if i liked my nails or if everything was looking ok to my taste. I got a full sent with gel. Surprisingly after she put on the powder she didnt shave them down to make it smooth and thin. So as an effect my nails were pretty thick to my dislike. I do not think ill give this shop another chance in the near future.

I wanted to tell you guys this is a great nail spa, i have moved recently from MIA, i had my nails done there and I was very unhappy with the final results. I walked in and explained my situation to the very nice girl at the Entrance. Then she introduced me to Andrew, he took a quick look at my nails and knew. He even tho he had another client soon coming in the door he took me in and helped my situation. I’m greatful for the great job he did and I’m m definitely coming back 👍. I recommend you try it too you wont be disappointed.!!

I had a great experience, Kim did a great job on my nails. I tried the dip nails for the first time and they are amazing. The shape is perfect and the nail art is pretty good too. Then, I also got my eyebrows waxed for the first time and they look so good! I’m not complaining about the price either! I highly recommend this place!

I had such a lovely experience there with Brielle, She is super sweet and really cares about nail health! So much she didnt even use a drill to soak off my gel polish on my toes! My pedicure is absolutely perfection I have never had a pedicure turn out this well in my entire life! I really appreciate the time she spent working on my feet as they were horrible. the pricing is extremely inexpensive and if you think its expensive youve been going to the wrong places your whole life! I wish I could give them 10 Stars the entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable!

Got a manicure and pedicure, everything came out great except as I was having the pedicure the Nail technician used the callous remover all over the bottoms of my feet and used the same gloves to grab the tops of my feet as they were scrubbing them causing a chemical rash, when I brought this up to the owner I was given a used bottle of aloe Vera and told it will go away in a few days. I rarely get my nails done and just wanted a relaxing experience and now I’m left with rashes on the tops of both my feet. Very disappointed and won’t be returning again.

Andrew is my technician and he is absolutely amazing ♥️ Clean salon, relaxing and all products are up to date. I would recommend making an appointment vs. walking in as this salon and employees value quality and taking the time to give each guest during their visit.

I’ve gone in there many times and they do a great job on my nails but their attitudes are horrific. I went in today and they said it would be a 2 hour wait and they asked me to leave. I’m a very loyal costumer and I always tip them well. I understand that someone may have a bad day but you don’t take it out on a costumer. Once you walk in those doors you leave your troubles behind you and start fresh. I found someone else to go to and they not only do an amazing job on my nails but that treat you as if they’ve known you forever.

This place is amazing. Talk about the real salon experience of being babied. The employees are all sweet and loveable. You definitely need an appointment because this place is booming (Booming for good reasons). You might end up waiting even with an appointment but! definitely worth the wait. This isnt one of those cheapish nail places in the mall that doesnt care about their work. These gals make sure every individual leaves happy. They offer bio gel, dip power, acrylic and regular gel plus tons more including manicures, pedicures, waxing and threading.

This place was making me happy at first. I had scheduled an appointment at 11:00 am the day before. As my tech was working on my nails, a friend of my tech came in....my tech was happy to wrap her nails and another costumers nails while me and my friend were waiting to have our nails painted and acrylics finished. She decided to take our time away to help them because she knew them well. We had made a appointment and came in 45 min before they did !!!! we are happy with the nails but not the place, this shouldn’t happen.

Love this nail salon!! I have been coming here since May and loved every visit. Make sure you book an appointment because it can take a while sometimes if you just walk in. But other than that, Kimy is amazing and I won’t be going to another nail tech anytime soon.

There was a point in time where I would’ve given this place a full five stars but sadly I have to give it 2. I was a loyal customer for about a year and a half going at least once, if not twice a month. I loved visiting with Lily and I loved the atmosphere she created for the business. However my job had changed and I had to do something a bit different with my nails. I had to switch from the dip powder to acrylic, it’s just what my job preferred so I asked the front desk lady if it was possible and she said yes but I’d have to wait for the one girl who knew how to do them before I could get my nails done. So while my grandma was getting her mani pedi I waited to get my nails done, not a big deal. My grandmother had already been halfway done with her mani before I even got sat (she had started with the deluxe pedicure) and that wasn’t even that big of an issue. I get it. I’ll wait as long as I need to get the product I want. Then, I finally got sat. Yay! I told the lady I wanted acrylic nails and I wanted black gel on top. She went and got the black dip powder and I tried to tell her that I didn’t want that, I wanted acrylics. She insisted that I would want the dip powder and it was better for my nails and it was faster than acrylic. Of course my sheepish self didn’t want to contradict her again, there was already a language barrier that was awkward to combat. So I just hung my head and let her put dip powder on my nails. I had a presentation the next day and I needed my nails done pronto. But that’s not even what frustrates me the most. As soon as she was done with my nails she picks up her purse, pushes me towards the front counter and says the lady at the desk will cash me out from there and she scurries out the door. So it wasn’t that she couldn’t do acrylics, it was she wanted to get off work and go home.I understand that she wanted to go home, she had been there probably most of the day and had painted a lot of nails, but I wish they would’ve had the courtesy of just saying that they didn’t have someone to do acrylics instead of making me wait 45+ minutes and making me get dip powder anyways... just better communication in house would’ve been great so I wouldn’t have had to wait so darn long for a product I didn’t want in the first place.

Took my daughter for her very first mani pedi to celebrate her turning 7 . She loved every bit of her experience . So thankful to Kim for being so wonderful with her. And front desk was very helpful as well.

I visited the place because the usual place where I always go was closed and, as it was my birthday, I needed my nails done ASAP. I arrived and someone asked what I wanted then I told the woman. I sat there waiting patiently with my 2 kids, then time passed and nothing. The place was kinda full but clients were finished and getting out. I was the only one waiting at the time. After a 45 minutes wait, they attended a white girl that just came in. It really annoyed me see how HISPANIC CLIENTS ARE PRACTICALLY IGNORED in this place. OUR MONEY WORTH THE SAME AS WHITE PEOPLE. If you are a Latina woman like me who lives or visit Plant City, dont bother going to this nail spa. Very nice decorated but lacking attention and discriminating latinas. Will never go again. And wont recommend it to my listeners in my radio show either!!! 😠😡

This is probably the nicest nail salon in the Brandon/Plant City area, and Ive had incredible service every time. You really pay for excelent quality; but be prepared for a little bit of a wait if youre a walk in. If possible, giving a look into the gel polishes (Especially cats eye style) are a must. The staff is incredibly kind, and the shop itself is remarkably clean.

Went for my daughters 13th bday and everyone was so friendly

I went in and got a fill in and pedicure, both gel and ONE day later, SIX of my nails are already peeling off, BAD. When i was getting my toes done, the lady told me that the color wasn’t drying correctly but then assured me they were dry because she made me dry them OVER FOUR times so she thought they were finally dry. I pay extra for gel to avoid this problem of my nail polish coming off, i called the salon the second day to tell them what happened & asked if i could come in to get a different color because i didn’t want the same color since that obviously isn’t drying well after multiple times but the owner, Lily, told me no that i had to get the same color. I don’t understand how i can spend $85 dollars on my fill in and pedicure for it to PEEL off after ONE day then for the owner to tell me i can only come back to get the same color again. What is the point on going back to get the same color that doesn’t dry & peels off faster than it took to get them done. The owner still wanted me to pay if i wanted to get a different color. It’s outrageous the owner claims to have the best quality in everything but the simple gel nail polishes they have don’t even dry correctly. Never going back, the receptionist was rude as well as the owner.

I went to this place because of all the great reviews. Although I think they did a good job on my nails, I found them to be expensive and unorganized. I made an appointment and still waited an hour to be helped. Definitely wouldn’t come here if you need to be in and out quickly, but again, they did a nice job when I was finally helped.

This is strictly based of the eyebrow service. The person who did my eyebrows was outside and came in and ushered me to the eyebrow area. She never washed her hands, the wax was hot and couldve be cooled by simply blowing on it. She waxed my eyebrows and that was it. Not cleansing the area no trimming no tweezing no post cleanse NOTHING! Just an extremely basic wax. Its sad when your husband even notices that it was a basic job. FYI I was in there for 3 mins.
