We couldnt be happier. Brent was able to position our house for a quick sale and deftly led us through negotiations with the buyer. Even more surprising was what he was able to do for us on the buy side. In the past we had bought houses (new construction) without an agent, as a lawyer and a business executive we figured we had it covered. Brent was able to identify opportunities to negotiate a better price and he alerted us to several opportunities and potential issues throughout the build and closing process. We had no idea what we were missing and would enthusiastically hire him again.

Working with Brent was wonderful!! When I called, he always tried to set up a showing as soon as possible. When we walked into houses, he immediately started pointing out cracks and other items that we needed to take into account. When we put in contracts on several different houses, he was helpful and wise. When we got in a bidding war, he held our hand and advised us. (We got the house!) When I contacted Brent Rice to help me find a rental home I was at the end of my rope. I had tried for several months to find a house on my own and realized that I couldn’t do it on my own.
