Better than some, not as good as others.

Our girls have been coming here since they were 7! We have seen growth and they have a good time as well! Coaches are all different and knowledgeable. Love the owner’s, they are both very involved and do what they can to make sure everyone is happy. Excited for the future of Blocksport with our daughters.

Overall the experience was just OK. For a tournament, in the rain nonetheless, parking was a nightmare. They are located in a Warehouse with multiple other businesses.The concept is a great idea but I believe they could have put a little more thought into it. For example, they dont allow outside food or drinks but there are no water fountain inside, the only accessible faucets are in the restrooms. 😒

First, the layout is absolutely horrible. Recommend downloading an app to keep score of game because you cannot see the score table. Balls consistently flying into other game play. Horrible seating arrangements that cannot accommodate guests. Made in China copyright infringement type T-shirt’s that are overpriced. There is only one urinal and toilet for men. There are only two restrooms for women so expect a line. The only saving grace would be their concession stand. Better off staying at home playing Nintendo Volleyball than playing at this dump. The director......has zero clue.

Horrible venue. They only accept cash. Parking is terrible. They keep the score on the same side as the seating so you can never see it. Currently watching a game in which the players stand right in front of the seating so no one can see the game. This is ridiculous!

Quite possibly the worst venue I’ve experienced. Crowded. No parking. Overpriced entrance fee. Overpriced concessions. Inadequate restroom facilities. Attendees cannot even see the score board.

Absolutely horrible place. Straight up Ghetto. Takes cash only so they can lie on their taxes. Wont allow outside food yet they have no decent food available. Parking is absolutely rediculous. For a parent who spends thousands on volleyball each year this place it at the bottom of the bowl for facilities and staff

My experience here during tournaments is pretty bad. Its a sauna inside. Theres not going to be room to sit and youll probably have a pretty bad view of the game depending on which court your kid is on. Some mysterious greasy substance on the floor. They get two stars for the people at Blocksport who are nearly always helpful and friendly.

No where near enough bathroom space to host a large tournament. Extremely tight parking. Refused to allow disposable cups in the facility but allowed non-disposable cups and sold over-priced drinks. Charged tournament spectators by the day instead of a single weekend fee. Very little seating.

Terrible court layout, inadequate parking, no sound baffles, too noisy to even hear the person sitting next to you.surly staff, HORRIBLE food. No health certification. Got food poisoning from chili nachos, filed complaint Dallas health, they lied to DHD and said they only sold packaged food. Will see that we never have a tournament there again.USE ANY OTHER VB VENUE.

Block Sports is top notch in Volleyball tournament hosting! Great club and great ownership.

Blocksport is founded on family values. That extends to their treatment of players, coaches, parents and guests of the club. Although they are a newer club in comparison to other clubs in the area, their level of professionalism is unmatched. GO BLOCKSPORT!

Facility is nice enough, but thats where it ends.Coaches-- horrible leadership, communication and skill. Entire team was sent to the wrong location for a tournament. Coach regularly watching basketball on TVs at tournament, WHILE the team was playing, not paying attention to the girls. Didnt even know all 12 girls names by the end of the season.Owner-- Lied to our faces about when the tournaments would be, then gave us the schedule after she had our money.Blocksport is ranked 23/35 in North Texas volleyball club rankings. They do not produce passionate and skilled players. They produce disenchanted kids whose parents paid for a nice facility.

Lot of aggressive volleyball games being played. Lots of scouts are out tonight. A great chance for a scholarships, for young talent.

Excellent training facility! Knowledgeable coaches who teach well and genuinely care for their players.

Coaches favor some children over others. They have some children winded and exhausted while other players havent played at all. Children that are not playing out of lack of ability but because their parents arent coaches. Other coaches children are playing all game every game all season while other experienced children are being taking out of current position and playing 2 hours the entire season and have done nothing wrong. They show up on time every practice and early on games. They are at every meeting and every extra. Waste of money. Doesnt give other chdren the chance to progress in a sport they love but run them hard in practices with no hope to impress. Total mental killer and comete disregard to actual team playing. No wonder we lost both seasons with this coach. We wont be coming back and DONT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE. You WILL regret it

Blocksport Volleyball Club is not a good facility for tournaments. I’m sure the court layout is adequate for club team practices but it lacks the necessary parking, restrooms, and spectator seating needed to support the volume of people that attend regional or local volleyball tournaments. I’m not saying anything bad about Blocksport as a club because I don’t know very little about the club, the management, or the coaches. Im just providing my perspective as a parent of a player and as a spectator from a tournament we played in on February 24-25, 2018.

The people are very nice, but their facilities are subpar at best.

Your avg club establishment. Seating is bad. Restroom has one toilet one urinal for 1,000 people.

The owner is rude, controlling and disrespectful. Players are being brought into adult, political issues. Coaches and staff arent handling situations professionally and appropriately.

TERRIBLE DIRECTOR. NEVER EVEN THINK ABOUT SENDING YOUR CHILD TO THIS DISGUSTING CLUB.

Bare bones facility but does the trick. The a/c doesn’t work super well so come ready to sweat like never before!

Great program! Hard working, dedicated coaches and staff!

I cant speak to the training or club, but as a facility for hosting tournaments its definitely not my favorite due to lighting, parking and court configurations. The people were nice though

Is a big place but most of the stores are like bran name that i dont know about much, i like the convers store and the food court

Very little parking, very little seating, barely a restroom, no drinking fountain. Inadequate climate control. Not a great venue for tournaments.
