Those 2 young men showed me the best customer service I’ve received in a very long time. They were very professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I’d been having several issues with Asurion, the young man named Rob,(I hope this is right) got involved with my customer service call and didn’t let me leave until my issue was fully resolved, over an hour and 30 minutes on that call. The other young man(wearing a hat resembling a strawberry) was just as awesome, I watched him patiently deal with a young lady, I think she had some type of disability, but he was patient, kind and very helpful. Being in there for so long gave me a chance to observe. They were just as accommodating to everyone that walked in the door. I applaud these young Men, it is soooo hard to find great customer service…Kudos!! If I ever need service again, I’ll never go anywhere else.

Ive used this location twice through my phones insurance to replace a cracked screen and replace the battery. Both times my phone looked brand new. They even cleaned out my charging port which was a huge deal to me. They were dealing with an upset customer today when I picked up my phone and they were very calm and patient. Great guys. Ill always bring my phone back for any future broken screens.

They got me fixed up under Googles extended warranty for my Pixel 4xl. My only gripe was it wasnt same day. But they were slammed busy, which is in and of itself a good indicator of their service and quality.

Bait and switchI called before visiting, and I was told they had the staff and parts in stock to repair my broken phone. I arrived, and I was told no one at the site could repair that model of phone.The counter attendant did not offer to direct me to another store of the chain with qualified personnel. She refused to check spares inventory to see if the parts were available when asked.Exceptionally frustrating because this was the same location where I had the same phone repaired eight months ago. At that time, the service was very good.

This place was able to fix my S21. When another ubreak its werent able to. This place has a good vibe and if you wanna wait; theres plenty to do in this area to keep you occupied.

I pay a monthly sub my phone security (19.99 a month) after leaving my phone for 2 1/2 hrs, my phone security app alerted me about photos being sent…? No privacy. And phone case is ripping after a week… lolIt’s worth a bad review when my own cyber net security tells me someone is sending pics from my phone..

Had to wait for Dell Parts to be ordered but that was expected. Good about providing updates. Will use them again as needed. Best Buy Geek Squad told me in person they do not service my Dell laptop.

Screen Repair was excellent. My only issue was new guy told me that my screen warranty was for two years vs tenured employee stated warranty was for one year only. Training is needed to be new hires. Especially when you are told one thing but once paid its for a lesser warranty.

AT&T had sent me here to have my cracked led screen replaced under warranty...while checking out to leave my phone for the warranty repair, the clerk asked for my phone unlock passcode...so, I showed her my thumb and said this is how I unlock my phone....she stated she needed a numerical passcode and I had questioned this request...mind you, I work in the medical field and have access to private HIPAA info on my phone that can be accessed with this pass code...I asked to speak to the tech and voiced my concerns...after a slight back and forth, I told him I am uncomfortable leaving my passcode with them, but I would do so as I need my phone ASAP to continue to work and save lives...the tech must have decided my inquiry upset him, because he then told me he could not help me even though I was going to leave my passcode at this point...I contested and pleaded as he just kept saying he cant help me....you know, I really think this could have been handled better from their end...if the tech cant understand why I was hesitant to leave my passcode and still try to help afterwards is beyond me...I feel I was discriminated against for questioning an odd to me policy...I would not recommend this place because of the tech and his dismissive attitude.

Customer service is good. My Note 20 Ultra 5G screen was and they were the only one that had it. They did an awesome job, my phone is brand new again just like coming from the factory

They told me my phone would be fixed in 2-3 hours, it wasnt ready until after 4.5 hours...when I asked the guy upfront if there was more to it and why it took that long to fix, he said dont know what to tell you. not his phone not his problem. I replied with wow really great customer service. his response was I dont care, dont know what to tell you.will not ever be going back there for anything...

They allowed me to set an appointment in advance but then when I drove all the way there, on time, it said they were closed for a whole week? Waste of time. Such a big company should be able to not allow me to set appointments for closed locations.

I got an online appointment to have my Google Pixelbook diagnosed/repaired from this store. When I arrived at the location on time, I had to wait 20+ minutes in line. When it was my turn, the receptionist told me they could only repair cell phones, since they had only one technician and went on I don`t want to waste your time!! I said, you already did!! Why are you scheduling appointments for the computers then and left the store ! Terrible experience and not professional at all!!

I had been to four places in the Plano area before coming here to get my phone repaired. I had almost given up and Jacob and Joe were absolutely amazing. At the advice of a manager at a local tech store, I went to this business with my malfunctioning phone. Aaron and Charles helped me and worked for about two hours without success. This is the worst place to get your phone fixed, all of their staff is rude and see’s you as an inconvenience when you walk in the door. They have done terrible quality jobs on fixing phones and will no uphold warranty, this place is the worst repair shop I have ever been to. If I could give it 0 stars I would!

These guys went above and beyond! The man behind the counter (I believe his name was Joe but I apologize if I am wrong) was welcoming and informative. The staff completed my phone’s repair before the projected time with no complications and their warrantee allowed my phone to be repaired at this location correctly and for free after the McKinney location messed it up. If you need a repair in the McKinney area, do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to Plano. Your phone will thank you for it.

These people dont have a clue what theyre doing. They supposedly dont have anyone who can even install windows onto a harddrive. Asurion home plus does cover that and you do not go through claims to get it installed as theyre saying to do. Asurion will tell you that the claim is not a claim but to go to the store and have them install it. Beware of this place and the unprofessional people working on your devices. Take your stuff elsewhere!!!!!

One doesnt frequently receive excellent, skilled, friendly and polite service from one person in one store but I did today. Tracey! Remember that name. I went in with what I thought was a huge issue with transferring photos from old to new phone and without blinking, she identified the problem, corrected it, and had the (extremely valuable to me) photos transferred in a few minutes. May not seem like a big deal except that I had already spent greater than 6 hours in 2 different MetroPCS stores over the course of 2 days trying to get this done - unsuccessfully. In all fairnessl, Metro employees did try hard to help me but in the end, the biggest help was referring me to Tracey at ubreakifix. Tracey also gave me much need advice on what type of laptop to consider for my future purchase. I am totally tech illiterate so to have someone sincerely help me is a huge blessing. Again....remember the name...Tracey!

My desktop PC was completely dead and I came in with not high hopes. I figured nothing could be recovered or it was going to cost a ton. Thankfully, I was wrong on both counts! Jon (technician) took my desktop for repair, I received a call today saying they ordered a wrong Part from Ebay and cant fix my stuff. they have asked me to take the desktop back. Horrible experience..waited for few weeks just to know that they ordered wrong part and they dumped back my desktop. no accountability ....Pathetic customer experience. they returned back $$ that they took to buy the Part..will never come back to this PLACE. I was hesitant to use a local shop to fix my cell phone. I was wanting to use Samdungs own factory service center. However, after calling the number, speaking to two clueless agents and wasting over an hour, I finally gave up. The decision came down to buying the new overpriced galaxy note 20 for $1,200 or getting a screen replacement. Ive had screens replaced on past phones and was always disappointed with the outcome. After a few weeks, the glue always loosened and things got progressively worse. The phone rarely lasts another 6 months. I feel better this time around. In the course of 2 hours, my phone appears to have been made new. For $240, the screen, frame and barttery were replaced. The build seems solid. This phone might last 2 more years. Seems like a pretty good deal. Time will tell.

I had a phone that I though I could fix with just a battery replacement, but the store told me that it would be cheaper if I bought a new phone. Instead of ripping me off they said the right thing. I would highly recommend fixing your phone here.

I asked them to add a new tempered screen protector on the screen they replaced. The tech failed to take the protective film off the replacement glass, and when I asked why it was done wrong, I was told that is the factory screen protector and it is ironed on to the phone! What a laugh. The screen protector they stuck to the film fell off the next day.

This place has a very competitive price and they are super quick fixing your phone. They call you when they’re done and give you an estimate time they will finish your phone that day. My phone was like brand new and it’s been a month now with no problems. I’m so happy I was able to find them. Not like other places who are a $100 less than what you paid for the phone.

Process was very simple. Filed a claim on line, brought my phone into the store and they were able to pull up the claim immediately. Was told it would take no longer than 2 hours to repair; picked up my phone 2 hours later with a new screen (had been cracked & malfunctioning). Was told that my battery was old and was draining too quickly, so they went ahead and put in a new battery for me, which was a nice surprise. Screen works great. Would definitely go back if needed and highly recommend.

Great customer service. Dropped off my Pixel 3a for a screen replacement and it was performed in a timely manner. They were always upfront with the cost and kept me in the loop with any updates. The replacement was done in about 3 hours.

I dont understand how you took your device to repair a broken screen then end up with the mic not working. Upon completion of the repair when I went to get my device, they basically handed it to me without having me verify the device was functioning, going over repairs etc. I went back after complaining that the mic isnt working, Google specifically does now allow Repair centers to ask for your passcode etc. The person at the shop insisted on me providing them with my passcode/password. It may have been a one off experience but for me its enough for me to not recommend this location.
