Just like the others said, extremely rude group of people once things arent going their way. Ben made me do all the leg work to prove a bill was incorrect and shouldnt have come to collections. After I got confirmation from the original debtor saying I had a zero balance, Synerprise promised to refund me my payment which I have been waiting on for about 2 weeks. These people are very fraudulent and very unprofessional. I frown at companies who do business with these crooks

I spent all day going over my credit report and resolving my debts. All of the people I spoke to were very bitter, and angry sounding people. I understand being in this industry can be stressful, but they chose to be in this line of work. With that being said Synerprise Consulting was the only one that was helpful and in good spirits despite the nature of work. Thank you for that.

Scam company for sure. They keep collecting on a bill that is over four years old, which is illegal to do. Make sure that if they call you, to record yourself and the interaction you have with them. Debt collectors like this also aren’t allowed to call you before 10 AM, regardless of what their business are.

LEAN WAS THE RUDEST PERSON. CALLED ME TOLD HER I WAS SLEEPING.. SHE PROCEEDED TO IGNORE THAT KEPT HITTING ME WITH THREATS.. I ASKED IF SHE COULD CALL BACK LATER SHE IGNORED ME.. LIKE IM DYING HERE CAN BARELY SLEEP BECAUSE OF THE PAIN IM IN.. FINALLY FELL ASLEEP AT 5 AM LAST NIGHT SITTING IN PAIN FOR 6 HOURS... THEN SHE WAKES ME UP.. SHE PROCEEDS TO TALK DOWN ON ME AND BE SO RUDE. I SAY IM DISPUTING IT SHE SAYS WITH INSURANCE.. U DONT HAVE ANY... WHO U DISPUTING IT WITH?.. LOL THE PERSON CHARGING ME... ARE U 12... MINIMIUM WAGE MUST BE FUN.. JOKE COMPANY WORST EMPLOYEE IVE EVER SEEN.

Absolutely horrible. I dont speak english fluently, so i kept saying sorry about my english. I was trying to talk and explain my situation and this person was really rude, sounded mad, and she was almost yells at me. As i mentioned before, I am not a native speaker, so it takes a little time to answer or talk, and this person just get off the phone without saying anything to me, while I was talking. What a horrible service is this?

Yall should pay attention to you medical bills. I had labs drawn and was billed by Community Pathology Associates. I paid my bill on time in January. Fast forward to now and I get a bill from a collections agency called Synerprise Consulting Services Inc. They said I didnt settle with Community Pathology. So I call Community Pathology. I told the woman my story and she said, Oh no! (not geniune at all) then she told me to hold. HER EXACT SAME VOICE CAME BACK ON THE LINE and said Synerprise Consulting Services Inc .They scamming hard yall.

I called to settle my debt. I just verified that the information was correct and I wasnt paying someone elses debt since I do have a common name. Thanks you Aryian for making this is an easy and pleasant experience.

I have a collection with these people that was payed by medical insurance have emailed n mail copy of proof still on credit after 120 days customer service said if you really care about your credit pay us to have it taking off

Never heard of these people never got a bill for anything but they turned me in on bad credit for $260.00 my credit score went from 820 to 685. These people may be buying illegal stolen CC info. And collecting money for their company.

After paying in full their unprofessional attempts for $128.00 even though the Physician agreed was paid and would call off the collections. SCS continued until I paid.After all that they reported me a bad credit and this is the only blemish on my once was perfect record.This company is corrupt.

I had surgery last year and apparently my credit got dinged because somebody put the wrong address on a bill that I never received and apparently Credit Karma had discovered that I got pinged for a bill I never received and it took this place to find out what happened and I can get the bill paid in it taken off my credit boom Shakalaka!!!!!!
