Nick did outstanding work. We are extremely happy with our new patio, and it is as beautiful as we could have imagined.Nick showed up every day, did what he said he was going to do, and kept us in the loop on everything. He made sure everything was too our standards throughout the process and made the project easy and stress free.If I have anymore projects that I need done, Nick will be the first one I call.

GP Homes and Repairs exceeded expectations. We replaced the counter tops, back splash, sink and faucet in the 2nd floor kitchen of our town home. Nick and his team had it completed in 7 days, which was faster than the 10 days he had initially quoted.To move a thousand pound slab of quartz up to our 2nd floor was very challenging based on the layout of our staircase and banisters. We spoke to two other contractors, who weren’t even aware this would be a problem until I mentioned it to them; and, neither had the engineering mind that Nick has. One wanted to take our banisters off, and the other thought he could simply just bring it up. Nick made a superfluous number of measurements, and came up with the ingenuous idea of custom building a riser to negotiate the hair pin turn at the top of our landing. Furthermore, we were impressed by the humble nature he displayed by still asking his stone subcontractor to come to our home and review his plan and specs before accepting our job and deposit. Needless to say, they hauled a thousand pound slab of quartz up to our second floor without a scuff!He was responsive to all of our questions and needs. We are blown away by the finished product. And, we remained within our budget.

This is absolutely the best contractor in the Plano area. Nick was professional, helpful, followed instructions exactly, did outstanding work, always available when needed, on site everyday and worked with subcontractors to assure job done exactly right. Nick only accepts one project at a time, so oversees meticulously and does outstanding work. My job was turning a garage into a mother-in-law suite. It is the most amazing transformation I have ever seen or heard of. I will use Nick for any other projects and would recommend him to everyone I know. In a 5 star rating system, I would give him 6 stars. You cannot hire a better company for your job.

I first hired Nick to remodel a bathroom about 9 month ago. The experience was overwhelmingly positive! He was thorough, on time, and had a great attention to detail. Explained everything that needed to be done, and left nothing unfinished. His subcontractors were great too. I will be remodeling another bathroom soon, and will be hiring Nick for the job!

Nick was prompt from the first meeting till finishing the project. You can depend on this word of what is planning each day of the remodel. I converted a 100sf balcony that was on the second floor in mid-September. Nick was the only company that was worried on the structural supports. We had an engineer assess the support and Nick built a new column to support the addition. We had to work through Plano city permits which took a couple of week once Nick had torn out the old wood and walls preparing for the new wiring, rebuilding the floor in great detail. He constantly asked for my approval and went to make sure I was completely satisfied as the work progressed, He was very experienced in working with subcontractors like electrical, HAVC, windows. He use top grade materials throughout the project. Insulation, wiring to the existing system and bringing the house up to current Plano specifications. Nick did a great job of planning and detail to being exact in measurements. The custom cabinetry was perfect as we had to adjust since this was a very custom job by Nick. His helpers were very clean too and picked up after each days work. I would highly recommend Nick for your project as I did.

Nick did an amazing job on removing our interior wall, rewiring light switches to a different wall, repainting, and finishing all the trim and tile work that needed repaired afterwards. He painted our outside patio area and installed outdoor lighting.Also repaired some structural posts on our shed outside that was severely leaning. This involved pouring concrete and lifting up the roof to replace the supports.Nick is EXTREMELY professional and takes pride in his work. It’s not easy to find such real honest people anymore but Nick is one of those people! Will definitely be having him do more work in the future for anything that comes up.
