We highly recommend Home Platinum Services! Our compliments to Nima and his crews for all the work they did. We completely gutted a 1970s bathroom, to include removing a half wall and cave-like shower and turned it into an elegant, modern bathroom. We gave them an almost-impossible timeline of two weeks (before Christmas!) and they delivered. All the subcontractors were very professional and timely. Nima checked on the project daily to ensure it was up to his and our standards. Really a superior job!

DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY…there are hundreds of respectable, qualified and professional companies and contractors out in the DFW metroplex, this is not one of them.I contacted them over a month ago for a full kitchen remodel estimate and potentially some exterior work on my home. Nema showed up about a week later with a subcontractor to look at the outside of my home and take some photos & measurements of the kitchen. It took a week of me following up just to get a verbal estimate, nothing in writing, for the exterior of the home. (which was inflated I might add ) I have continued to follow up on the interior estimate as I know I will need to budget for much higher expenses and was looking to start those repairs and upgrades prior to the school year and completed before the holidays. Over and over I have contacted Nema who has FAILED to fulfill a written estimate… I finally get a response Saturday, July 17 saying I’ll get a written estimate on Monday, July 19 and they can begin the work the following Monday, July 26…. It’s Friday, July 23 and I still haven’t heard back and I still haven’t received a written estimate! If they can’t complete an estimate then how can they prepare to begin work three days later OR we even be sure they’ll show up to complete the work at all? No contact, no estimate, no contract….. DON’T WASTE ANTY OF YOUR TIME WITH THEM!!!

I cannot thank Nima at Home Platinum Services enough. He remodeled my house after damage from winter storm Uri in 2021. The house was an absolute mess and Nima remodeled it and restored it to look even better than it did before. He was always available to answer questions and took any concerns I had into consideration. He was also amenable to any changes that I wanted to make even though the scope of the project changed over time. He was also great with recommending colors and coordinating the look of the house. Finally, I want to mention that the Nima was great during an extremely trying time and major disaster in the Dallas area. Again, I highly recommend Home Platinum Services.

In our project, Nima built us a new full bathroom from what was a pocket office and closet, built a new iron railing, custom iron office door, finished three unfinished closets, painted our kitchen island as well as many walls and baseboards.Overall, we had a great experience and love the work.

When we bought our home in Plano, we had requested estimates from 5 different general contractors. Immediately, we chose Home Platinum Services, because they adequately assessed our home for comparable pricing, they were timely in providing the quote, and the owner, Nima, was quickly responsive via text or email at all times (a rarity among contractors). Our job was not an easy one - total renovation of flooring, kitchen, all bathrooms, paint, and plumbing. Nima and his crew were efficient, professional, and clean. They were detail-oriented and respectful of our space. Corrections and touch-ups were met with a quick response, rather than excuses or delays. Nima came to the house every day during the extensive work periods to review the work with the crew. He even helped to adjust to our schedules, and we were able to get work done on some weekends, even around the holidays. He helps make stylish recommendations when asked for his opinion, and even after the work was completed, he helps to provide us with references for other services we may need around the house. I am absolutely glad that I chose Home Platinum Services for extensive kitchen remodeling and hardwood floor repair. We had dishwasher leak in October 2020 which led to massive remodeling work and I cant be happier. The job involved electrical work, plumbing, countertop change, excessive painting,..you name it. Nima is hands down the best project manager. He is prompt and responsive. Moreover, he really cares about aesthetic aspect of remodeling as well as functionality too. He guided me to get right color for painting and hardwood floor stain, right tiles for backsplash, taught me about all the city code related to water tank options, etc. He made a trip to Floor and Decor to pick right backsplash with me and my husband and his guy, David did a top notch tile work (David is a perfectionist). This was the best contractor experience I have ever had. We completely remodeled two bathrooms, den, living room, office, and replaced the facings on all our kitchen cabinets. Nima’s contractors installed real wooden floors, a lot of new canned lights, and quite a few other lights. I’ve used a lot of contractors and Nima was by far the most responsive never taking more than 15 -20 minutes to respond to questions or concerns. The vast majority of the time he responded immediately! I will use Nima and his company in all our future projects and recommend him highly. Nima was absolutely wonderful to work with on our remodeling project. Nima was very helpful throughout the entire process of having our shower remodeled. He took care of everything (from design to cleanup) and was very thoughtful and thorough. Each team that he sent was able to talk with us which we really appreciated. The new shower is beautiful! We also had some work done repairing drywall. It looks great and I feel so much better that things are fixed again!

We had extensive water damage in our kitchen and living room. We hired Home Platinum Services to do the repair and have been delighted with their work. The scope of repair was significant but Nima and his crew handled it with ease. They were very responsive and timely. We are remodeling the kitchen in our new home and, in the process, discovered some damage from a prior incident. I demolished the damaged areas, but needed urgent help to replace, patch, tape, bed and texture the room.Platinum arrived the next morning to estimate the work and costs then started work two days later with a promise to complete in two days.The work was finished in two days! The men worked until 11PM to complete it, but they completed it on time.Workmanship is very high quality, but cleanup could be better. Overall though, I still give them five stars.

We have had 3 remodels done in hour house before engaging with Nima to a major remodel of our kitchen and downstairs living areas. Our experience with Nima has been the best of all our remodels. Others were good, but with Nima it was different. Starting from his bid, which was very detailed and thorough, his timeliness, his professionalism, attention to detail was all excellent. Both my wife and I appreciate his keen eye and ability to visualize how the finished room would look. This helped us a lot in finalizing material and color choices. He was good at suggesting modifications in line with our liking and quick to rule out modifications that would either not end well or were not worth the expense. And in spite of all the mods that we ended making to the original plan, he was able to deliver the finished house back to us on schedule.

Worked with Home Platinum to remodel our master bathroom. We were under an extreme time crunch as my wife was 7 months pregnant and we had just moved into our new home. These guys pushed their schedule around in order to accommodate our unusual circumstances. They finished the remodel in less than 2 months and did a spectacular job. The bathroom now looks like a 5 star hotel or spa. We cannot speak highly enough about Nima and his crew. The thing that really sticks out about Home Platinum is their service and genuine care for their customers. It didnt matter what time of day or night we called them, someone picked up and was responsive. We had them come out to do some final touch ups about 3-4 times because we are nitpick, and each time they came out and did literally anything we asked. I just used Home Platinum for the second time. I remodeled another bathroom in my home. I was having a hard time finding a tile that I liked to use as a design strip in the shower, Nima went out of his way and found some glass tile that was perfect, literally. There was extensive water damage to the Kitchen floors, cabinets nd to the floors in the adjoining Dining room. This was a first time major home repair. Insurance was a BATTLE!! Two previous contractors gave up nd moved on🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️Home Platinum Services stuck it out nd worked with our family; listening to our concerns nd especially keeping the project within budget in order to provide very Exceptional Quality Service nd finished products. Just called to inquire about enclosing a home office with French doors. Rep (might have been the owner? Who knows--he was too abrupt to get that far) was curt and uninterested. No offer to come look at the space or discuss ideas...just flippantly rattled off a quote with very little info about the space and no pics to go on (this is after his incorrect and rushed assumption that the doorway was literally twice as big as it is).And the quote was twice as much as the last estimate we got. TWICE.Perhaps if my husband had called he would have been more respectful and engaged...

I recently used Home Platinum Services and Nima Niazi for a complete remodel of my master bathroom. It was a sizeable project but Nima and the crew from HPS were up for the task. I cannot say enough positive things about the quality, professionalism and speed with which HPS completed the job. They came in, with minimum invasion, tore out the old bathroom, and built a masterpiece in its place. They finished it at least two weeks early to boot. The entire process was painless. Nima was on top of every detail; helping with the selection of materials and design aspects, to the fixtures, he did it all. On top of being one of the nicest persons, you will ever meet. Additionally, my wife threw some smaller projects in the house his way while the crews were doing the main job and he got those completed as well. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Home Platinum Services. We hired this company to do a partial kitchen remodel on our 1996 Plano home. They replaced all upper cabinets, installed granite counters, new back-splash, appliances, and installed a new ducted vent hood (our home had no ducted cooking vent prior to this). The project also included re-texture and re-paint of the walls and cabinets, and installing new electric and plumbing fixtures. The process was wonderful from start to finish! Our kitchen is now beautiful and functional! We are extremely pleased!The owner (Nima) is very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. His crew is also great- they are skilled, prompt, and courteous at all times. Nima kept us informed and involved during every step of the remodel. The level of communication was the best we have ever experienced from a contractor or his crew.From giving us a quick and professional estimate, to helping us choose our finishes...to the final walk-through and touch-up phase....weve been nothing but satisfied. Home Platinum Services got the entire project finished in a very short time, yet they still paid careful attention to detail. We have used other contractors in the past, but from this point forward Home Platinum Services is the ONLY remodel contractor we will use. Nima and his team replaced the floors in 3 rooms (living, kitchen, and dining room) and re-modeled our kitchen top to bottom with new cabinet faces, granite countertops, paint and a hand built permanent hutch. We chose Nima based off of the reviews we read and can affirm that he takes great pride in his work. For us he managed all of his team to a schedule, was easy to reach via email, phone or text, and responsive to our observations for things we wanted to have touched up or fixed as the work went along.

We were very glad to know Nima and his crew. From past experience of working with different contractors, we noticed that Nima had worked very hard on gathering the cream of the crop contractors.We have a 20 year old home and the bathrooms need update desperately. Out of the three contractors whom we have interviewed, we felt most confident about Nima in the following ways:1. Perspectives from both aesthetic and engineering: We appreciated Nimas view on our master and guest bathroom update. We wanted a look that is classic and blends well with the rest of our home. His recommendation of shower heads and bath tubs were very modern and up to date, while he is able to blend this modern shower along with various ceramic and stone tiles into a classic, warm look. We also appreciated his honest look on his face when our tile selections are not quite right. He will tell you his thoughts straight. To give you a perspective, we gave him full control of the selection of the tubs and shower accessories. By the way, he is also not very pushy. Once we met our budget and would like to trade-off on a few things, he understands and would work with us on various designs that would go with this.2. Thoughtfulness: With an engineering background, I can tell that Nima give a lot of thought into various design and construction. I am 63 where most of the things will not be designed right. Without telling him what to do, he had coordinated the plumber and the tile workers to raise the shower head so it fits me nicely. Moreover, my wifes mother may need better accessibility to her shower in the future. He again came up with various assist bar placements in the shower and showed us the pluses and minuses of each placement. Keep in mind these various designs requires working well with both the plumber and tile people, as well as good communications skills so these minor details wont be left off. I am sure there are other little things that we take for granted, but if left undone, they can become a nightmare after the entire project finishes.3. Courteous crews: all of his crews were very professional and courteous. We even wanted to get the plumbers and electricians contact for future work.4. Project scheduling:a. Total project time: ~ 3 weeksb. Active construction: mostly active with probably only 2 days of idle, mostly due to the construction of the frameless shower glass. This efficiently again requires working well with his crews and arrange different crews different day efficiently. (please note: we had contractors before who dont even know who is coming and when.... We had floor done with total project time of 1 week and with probably 2 days of not knowing who is coming).5. If there is one minus that I have to write: I would say we regret that we didnt find Nima earlier. He can do an even better job so we can find him easier and earlier. We highly recommend him and will use him for future projects.-Kang

I hired Home Platinum Services to renovate my 15-year old house. I contracted this company to: Refinish existing wood floors, Refinish textured walls, Install Travertine, Install Wood Floors, Paint entire interior, and Paint Kitchen Cabinets.Throughout the entire process, Nima has been extremely professional. Nima and his team with Home Platinum Services completely renovated our Master bath in less time than we expected. Ill be honest...my last experience with a bathroom remodel was horrible and I was so apprehensive to start this process. BUT....This was so the opposite of that last experience! From finish to end Nima was there every day to make sure tasks were being done to his level of excellence. And he is particular....as am I ! I had a vision and Nima was so helpful in not only bringing my vision into fruition, but he and also Gus one of his leads helped me make the best decisions for my new bathroom. I hired Home Platinum to remodel my master bathroom after a slow shower leak ruined my floor and shower. I was thoroughly impressed with Nima and his team. They were priced competitively, worked very quickly, and they were extremely clean throughout the entire process. We needed major remodeling and upgrades to our recently purchased home. We had our kitchen done by another contractor, who took too long and made too many mistakes for us to rehire him. We had the rest of the house to go, which included an intense, complete (pretty much gutting out everything else) turn-around of our 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom/ 2 living room home. The old contractor told us it would take 12 weeks minimum to complete. We sought out Home Platinum Services because of their rave online reviews. Nima with Home Platinum Services estimated a 6-week completion time frame to get everything done, but told us to prepare for 8 weeks, in case any unexpected surprises came our way. We compared Nimas quote to our old contractors and it was VERY comparable... Pretty much the same amount but with less time. We decided to go with Nima and his crew at HPS because it would be more cost efficient for us in the end to not have to rent out the extra weeks of temporary lodging. All I can say about Home Platinum Services is that I wish I hired them from the get-go with our kitchen! Their work is so clean and precise, you would never guess Nima and his crew completed 2 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a hallway, and 2 living rooms in only 30 days- YES, 30 days (exactly 4 weeks, the full month of February 2016)! Our old contractor took 6 weeks on just our kitchen alone! HPS was beyond diligent and worked everyday, including weekends. Nima has different crews that specialize in different areas- carpenters for all the wood work, electricians for all electric, plumbers for plumbing, painters for painting, etc.. Last contractor I had was very sloppy, and had only he and one person do most everything. This left a lot of mistakes, untouched areas, just mediocre work overall.. I regret writing a positive review on our old contractor cause I dont think it was very fair or accurate. I wrote that review a day after the kitchen was done because I was just so happy it was finally done, but then I noticed the many flaws throughout the same week... We felt cheated. We learned from that experience, and was careful to stay in the house for at least a week post-remodel before writing any reviews. Nima even encouraged us to walk through the house and closely examine anything that was not done to our expectations, so they may correct it. To our surprising relief, we only found very minor spots here and there that needed paint touch-ups, but otherwise everything was meticulously and immaculately finished. Of course, Nima sent his painter to correct the minor touch ups. I cannot stress enough the excellence of the finish product! Thank you to Nima and his wonderful team at Home Platinum Services for making our first home a wonderful place for our family! Cant wait to get our stuff settled in so we can begin posting photos! You definitely get the BEST service and outcome for your money with Home Platinum Services! This review coming from a family who can actually compare the work of two contractors in a 3 month period!What was done to our home:- COMPLETE remodel of guest bathroom and master bathroom (everything gutted out and created new from scratch). Master bathroom was created into a new spa retreat with extra large shower that included a granite bench.- wall demolished to combine 2 living room areas into one very large living room (2 new headers installed, new paint to ceiling and walls, new crown molding and baseboards, new light fixtures, and two large windows broken down and recreated into a three-panel sliding door to lead out to the backyard patio)- patio overhang created to protect new sliding doors from rain/ flood, and to create extra shade- 2 guest bedrooms and 1 master bathroom (including all closets) have new paint to walls, ceilings, and doors... New baseboards, light/ fan fixtures, and door handles to all rooms and closets.- brand new coat closet with door was created in the entryway of home because the house did not have one- brand new wood floors throughout home to replace disgusting old carpet
