They done messed me up sooo badddd. I don’t recommend for black people. My hairline has been pushed way too back and imma have to wear a cap for the next 2 months. Wish I could go back in time and get my old hair back. Biggest regret of my life.

I decided to give them a try since it’s nearby my house and I have to say this is my new barbershop! Very professional, you can either walk-in or get an appointment and Pedro is great at delivering whatever fade you want; low, medium, or high fade and at a very good price. They offer all kinds of service including facial masks. Two thumbs up!

I had a very bad experience!!! They cut me and when I tried to talk to the owner he didnt want to resolve the issue. I had to go to the ER to make sure I dont develop any kind of infection!!!This is ridiculous!!! Highly dont recommend this place to anyone!!!

This is an awesome place to go. Service is great and you walk out with a very nice cut. Prices are very reasonable and the offer different services! I get my hair cut here with my son and nephews every week!

Walked in, and had received the worse hairhair I have had in a while. I asked for a fade. No technique, and low skill resulted in unsatisfactory results. My fade was sloppy, and uneven. My tape line was also done unevenly. Did not let them touch the top nor my beard. I just wanted to leave that place, and find a barber to fix a poor job done by this barbershop.

Reasonable price for haircuts. Love their job. There was no waiting time when I visited but they took a lot of time for me to do the haircut like 1 hour and 30 minutes. But good job by them. Would visit again.

Great crew and affordable pricing

This place is fairly quick and with hair cuts getting pricier by the year its a good shop. 18 $ to cut my hair here its best if you have a picture to show what you want. They take card or cash, parking is limited so be prepared to return later if youre in a rush and cant find parking. Straight razor bald fades are an option here.

I’ve been going to Juarez for a long time and I’ve never had this bad of an experience before. I’m done cutting my hair and as soon as it’s time to pay the lady at the front desk is on her phone talking in Spanish and completely ignoring me. I wanted to ask her a question and I tried saying something to her but she still manages to keep talking on the phone and trying to get rid of me. Worst customer service I’ve ever received, could’ve been a 5 Star because barbers are good but her attitude and disrespect towards me wasn’t something I appreciated at all

Worst haircut I have ever recieved. Horrible and I mean horrible lines.

Not a good place during rush time. I had a good haircut when i first came during morning time and the place was empty. Second time i came with a friend and they kept servicing people who were coming after us. We complained and left the place without a haircut.

The service is average. And the quality of hair is slightly above average but definitely better than super clip or Hair Cuttery. They charge $18 for adults haircut which is fair I guess. Alot of potential to improve.

While waiting for my turn I witnessed one or two barbers delivering some amazing shaves, fades and haircuts in general. Perfectly straight lines with a first class pass to blend-a-nation (i.e. well-done fades). However the two times that I went here, I got a dud barber who couldn’t make a straight line to save his life or a fade worth any kind of money. Two other big reasons why I’m giving a one-star: (1) the constant, obnoxiously strong smell of nail polish all throughout the shop that makes it hard to breath, and (2) the poor customer service at the front counter. The lady told me I had only one person in front of me in line, which after 20 minutes of waiting, turned out to be a lie - two people in front of me. Then when it is my turn, she suddenly decides to send my guy to lunch, making we wait another 20 minutes. When I complained she chuckled and told me “he is having lunch, you can wait if you want to” and then continued to stuff her face with another a pizza slice. Never going here again.

Well, the first biggest disappointment was not being able to park on a handicap space because someone who didnt have handicap plates decided to park there and therefore it was going to be very difficult to unload my disabled daughter along with my other babies. Maybe they just forgot to hang the placard on the mirror! Ill just call the cops and let them do their job!I told my husband to go ahead and go inside and we would have to wait for him in the car and forget about the kids haircuts.Pretty soon after the hubby went in, an employee quickly came out to move her white Silverado from the handicap parking spot!!! Really??? An employee!? She brings shame to the business!Next, my husband had already been waiting for 45 minutes and one of the newer barbers skipped him and took in a guy that had came in the last few minutes. The only other barber that was in at that time seemed to be the manager/owner, just knotted in sign of disapprovement.My husband just told the owner that was no way to run a business and walked out. Doesnt matter if you have awesome barbers when you run a very unprofessional-poor customer service-lacking of coordination and ethics shop!***Oh, and reviews posted by the owners, employees and their families are not considered legit. Fyi..***

I went because a friend recommended me to go and try it out. I went about a yr ago and enjoyed my experience. But yesterday I went again just to see how it changed. So I got there after I called to set up an appointment just in case. I sat there and saw those ahead of me go and I was coming up next. Then someone came in with their family. But I knew I was still next as I thought. As soon as the Barber I wanted was open the new guy who came in started to get up as if he was next. I mentioned to him I was next but then he pointed to the Barber and the Barber said he would let me be next. I said ok thanks and walked out. I was waiting for like 30 mins already. I see that there you have to either know them personally or you will be skipped. My friend who referred me there mentioned hes been skipped a couple of times before too. At my regular barbershop even thought Im a preferred customer there, they would never skip anyone regardless as they dont want to lose buisness. I guess they dont exercise that rule. So I give this place a 10 thumbs down and Im glad I didnt pay for that horrible servise. So sad because I give great tips.

Very unprofessional and dirty! Had to go to a different salon to get my hair fixed! While I was there there was 4 people ahead of me and one of the stylist instead of helping a customer starting dyeing a workers hair🙄 so whenever a client had to pay she had to run to the front desk and collect money! Also another one of the hairstylist left to the back and didnt come back out until the 3rd time they called him! Never again will I go back

My 3 children have been coming to this place for 3 years, since we moved to live flat. I really liked how they were left with a professional job ... But last Sunday my oldest son came and in the same way I also took the child to be cut, because my child was completely shorn, it was something terrible, I had to take him to another place to have it fixed, my son tells me that the boy is new because he holds the machine with both hands. Well my question is for professionals, because if they know that the person is new, do they supervise the work and fix it? For that reason, I dont know whether to go to this place again or look for another. He clarified those who have profession and experience my respects, but hiring someone who is not professional and does not supervise may lose clientele.

Terrible service They have no cashier staff. The stylists serve their clients for whoever comes first, well they said but it is not so. I asked a stylist who knows how to cut womans hair? and pointed to one who was cutting a sons and dads hair. I was supposed to be the next client (wait 2 hours). Well, I said, Im going to wait for him and the stylist replied its okay. He finished cutting the hair of his clients, the son and the father, and began to clean his area. I felt confused, and asked who I think is the owner or associate of the place is he going to have time to cut my hair? and he replied no, he is leaving with a smile. I said I have 3 hours waiting for him to cut my hair! And he replied why didnt you say anything? I said I asked who knows how to cut a womans hair and they showed him and I told them I was going to wait for him. He apologized and said if you want we can try to cut your hair. 3 hours I lost waiting for you not to attend me, what a shame. I am Mexican and proud, but I never return to a naco place like that, where people of my race have no manners or class. What a shame of place. Im sorry for you but you lost a good client, in now and later Im going to let my hair be treated by Tony and Guy only.

They should hire people who really like their job I went today and it was not a good service clarifying that not all are bad there are very good barbers
