“Posting as I’m going through the inspection.” So far no one has any real customer service and just seems to hate having to do their job. They seem more concerned with playing on their phones or standing around talking than working on the cars they’ve currently got in the shop. Of course there’s no one at the front office desk either when they know multiple people are inside waiting. Overall poor experience. Expected more from the previous reviews I had read.

I bought four used tires for $40 a piece on friday. Two of the tires have very low tread in fact one is even cracking and wont even pass inspection in the state of Texas. Another tire was actually plugged while Im standing there watching them change my tires. I asked at that time about these two tires I was laughed at and said that it would be fine. I left because I did not feel comfortable arguing with these people while I was there by myself. I called back to ask to speak to a manager and the manager did not want to assist me all I wanted was two new used tires and exchange of these two unsafe tires that they put on my car.

First time at this place for auto repairs. All the techs are super helpful and professional. I definitely recommend this place for all auto repairs and tires.

I was driving in the area and noticed my tire was showing wire. I called and they told me to come in they close at 6:00. It was so convenient and easy and they have great prices. COME CHECK THEM OUT next time you need tires.

Great place for auto repairs. They are up front and honest about repairs and will recommend another place if is not something they do. Fast in and out for my inspections and flat repairs every time. I have gone here many times over the last 8 years and will continue.

Replaced 2012 Camery front strut assemblies, new tires, and front end alignment at significant savings over Toyota and Christian Bros. Work so far appears to have been well done and we definitely would recommend.

Took my car there for diagnostics and told the owner to give me an estimate on how much it would cost to fix it, I go back the second day and he tells me he hasn’t even driven the car once and wants me to pay $120 for 2 different tests each before he can even give me and estimate and then charged me for “diagnostics” on top of that. When I asked him what he’s charging for he started cursing me and brother out. Unethical, rude people I’ve been going here for 11 years the older owner was much much better than this guy. On top of that he kept asking me to sell the car to him and once I said no he started giving us attitude, I’m sure he jacked up the price to fix it because he couldn’t make a profit.

I needed an inspection. They were fast and inexpensive.

Good prices and quick service

There was a strange noise in my car and took it to the AAA. I left the car there for them to check. They called me later to inform that they didnt find any issue and they didnt notice any abnormal sound. They told me that my car is old and its normal sound. Then I went to a friends house. Later at night when it was time to return home the car started and stopped while driving. The alternator was busted. I had to call a mobile mechanic to replace the alternator. The strange noise was also gone after the replacement. If AAA mechanic had checked the car properly I would not have to go through all the hassle.

Ive always had a good experience here. The mechanics are knowledgeable and do their job right the first time. Never had to take a vehicle back due to poor work. The prices are really good. At other places I have been quoted about 40% higher on parts and labor as well as told i needed repairs which i really didnt They are honest and i recommend them to friends and family. You should definitely give them a try if youre looking for affordable quality work.

Would not change two tires for me. If I wanted it done they told me to I would have take care of the guys as well to change them and they werent even closed. Also the guy was giving attitude to another customer which also left. Never will I come here again!!

The employees were very disrespectful. brought my Acura TSX for an AC diagnoses. they told me they would need $120 to flush the AC fluid and recharge it, i asked if the AC compressor was working and they said the computer says it does, upon closer inspection in my garage, the issue wasn’t with the fluid, it was the AC compressor. u can easily tell because the compressor doesn’t engage in rotation when AC is on full blast. they were charging me $120 to do something that wouldn’t even solve the problem. furthermore, they asked me if i wanted chicken from a fast food chain, i said no i eat halal meat because i’m muslim and he started arguing with me because he’s also muslim. like okay not my problem, i chose to eat halal meat, u don’t. no need to disrespect me. never going here again and i suggest u don’t either.

Owner (Howard) was not honest or professional in the way he deals with his customers. Before going to the shop, I called and specifically asked him for a price on repairing a flat and remounting the tire back on. After arrival, he said that the price is going to be higher because I didnt tell him that the tires were 20 inches. I asked what difference would that make? Does it cost him more to remount a 20 tire? Are there special tools involved thats different? Do other tire places charge more to mount a 20 vs. a 18 tire? Of course not! And if it does make a difference in price, why didnt he disclose it over the phone, or ask me my tire size before he quoted me?No one, including him Im sure, likes being told one thing and getting charged another. Its not always about the money. Its about honesty, integrity, and ethics.His nephews doing the actual work are good kids. They should buy their uncles shop.

Straightforward and reasonable in their pricing. The only place I take my cars for brakes, tires, state inspections and minor repairs. If you need something for inspection be assured that you truly do need it, never anything recommend for easy cash. Honest people here. Love this place. Went to change two tires. One had keyed lugnut. When we couldnt find the key the owner was like sorry we cant help. I told him we cant go anywhere with a damn flat. I sat down and tried different things to remove it until a tech came back from lunch and removed it no problem. The owner could have nothing to do with anything that was a little extra. I do not recommend this place unless absolutely your last choice.

Wouldnt go anywhere else. Tires are priced great. Oil changes for low 20$ still.They do get busy sometimes, but they move pretty quick.Had conversations with the owner before, he usually on site. Great guy too.They have NEVER tried to sell me anything. NEVER recommended I do something that I didnt ask for. I go in and get what I want then leave.Awesome.

Do not go here! I cant stress it enough do not go here !! I am currently sitting and waiting on my tires to be replaced. Customer service is beyond horrible ! The owner is very rude and impatient. He constantly blows you off and gets mad whenever you ask a question.I did not feel welcomed at all not once.Yesterday I came here and he told me to bring it back in the morning.I told him I had work and that I could bring it on my lunch break and leave it with them he told me that was fine and walked off. I just figured he had a bad at day and it was the end of the day.I brought the car back for my lunch break and he started hollering at me stating I told you to bring it in the morning, are u leaving it, I have too many cars. I really dont have time.I just told him that I didnt mind leaving it n he walked off. He went to my car took my tires off then told me he couldnt give me the alignment I wanted.His workers just snickered the whole time and just continued to shake their head like I should have never brought the car there . I felt as if everything was on big joke I remained calm and started to write this review.Prices may be good but service is key. If you dont mind feeling like your car or your money isnt worth their time then by all means take your car to AAA discount.Lastly they just left my car there and didnt tell me the car was done ... I still had the keys on me I couldve easily just drove the car off and didnt pay but I paid and just left.

They are liars. Never trust them!! They keep changing prices. The first time It was $ 790 but they suddenly changed it $ 890. when i called other shop they said its $ 450And it is very unfriendly.

Their prices are a little cheaper than other places but I would rather go somewhere else with decent customer service and helpful people. The last time I went there the guy who works there was talking offensively and in a very unprofessional manner.

I had taken there my car to do inspection for 2 years, well, everything went right. This week one fat guy I had never seen before attends me. He was mouthwashing and spit it almost over my feet. I asked him for inspection and he looks around my car, then he told me my car has a litte scratch in one lamp and the tint is very dark, that would make wont pass the inspection. Also he asked me where I am from. After that, he shouted that with an extra amount of money he will make the inspection possible.I went to another inspection place, my car passed it with no problem.I dont recommend that place. Beware with people wanting to drain your wallet.

Not sure about how this place is run, different staff give different prices, the owner was not in and had to be contacted. I would not feel safe to take a new car here, however they are very helpful if you need to top up your pressure hence the 3 stars.

Prices are reasonable, shop seems fair however the owner isnt the easiest to work with and will blow you off or ignore you unless you walked directly up to him. His middle eastern staff guys are talkative and helpful however the mexican ones will all act as though they do not speak english and walk away as youre trying to talk to them. If you dont get there right as they open he will ask that you bring your can back the next morning.
