Well, I was surprised when Ann Dunhams State Farm office quoted my homeowners, umbrella and auto insurance and came back more cost effective with better coverage. Jason and Christina in the front office have been VERY helpful and suggesting changes that keep cost down while covering everything I need. I felt like it was important to provide some information on a claim I had with State Farm. I hope someone will read this before using Ann and her agency. I have been a customer with State Farm for a few years and don’t mind paying a little extra in premiums because you are supposed to get better service.When Ann sold me my renter’s policy she told me not to hesitate to ask her any questions. An instance came up and I called her and asked for her help on my potential claim. I wasn’t sure if I should file it because I wasn’t sure if it would be covered. Ann assured me it would be covered. Not wanting to file an unnecessary claim I used her advice and filed the claim. It turns out it was not covered, she was misinformed and the claim went on my record. She was apologetic, but the claim stayed on my file and ended up costing me more the next year I paid premiums.I wish I would have gone with a more experienced State Farm agency. One that at least knows if something is covered or not before you file a claim. If you choose to use State Farm I would suggest you not use Ann and find yourself a different agent.

I love the personal service you get from this agency. Whether Im buying/selling new houses or cars, they are always willing to go above and beyond to get me the right product when I need it. My parents have been customers for many years, and Im proud to be a customer for the last few years, as well. You just dont find this kind of service with the bigger, impersonal shops.

Hate to bring up something that happened quite a few years ago, but this issue put me in a hole for a long time.I was buying a car and Ann Dunham was my insurance agent. Before I purchased the car I called to get a quote from Dunham and was given a reasonable quote at $129 per month, So I bought the car. A few months later, I get a called from a Dunham agents and they stated my quote was wrong and was supposed to be $169 per month and I said Okay because that was still a reasonable price for a 20 year old. MANY more months pass and Ann Dunham calls me personally and says to bring my checkbook. Turns out my insurance was supposed to be $360 per month!! And She said I owed them for the difference of everything in retrospect!! I had to cut her a check for an amount over the thousands!! But I was 20 years old, and had no idea that I should not have been obligated to do that! Im pretty that may be illegal on her part.I would not recommend this agent. Seeing her face makes me cringe and that issue screwed with my finances for years.. I probably would not have bought that car if I had been quoted Properly before the purchase!

Horrible service and customer satisfaction!!This Ann Dunham Agency had my most basic policy information- gender-wrong for over 1 year.Responsible agent were not apologetic at all for this mistaeke. Had to emailed them several times regarding rate change by correcting gender. No responses at all again. Had to escalated to corporate office and received a call from Ann Dunham.Turned out Ann Dunham did not think it was a big issue. She just laughed at what I said and replied “ you are not getting any money back” - not the kind of service I was expecting when I signed up with Ann Dunham Agency.

Have not used their service, but one of their male agents is not giving a good impression in the branded car. Texting while driving, swerving in and out of traffic, and cutting people off. Very dangerous and reckless driving.

Ive had insurance with many companies that treated me like a statistic. I paid the bill and I never heard from them. That was until I switched to Ann Dunham. She sends me birthday cards and checks in on me to see if I have any questions.
