Staff was friendly and helpful, first time at this location and my therapist was knowledgeable, experienced, and did exactly what I asked!

They are wonderful. Without their expertise, I would be on heavy pain medication for effects of spinal surgery.

Great front office. Flexible appointments. They have good massage therapist, they listen to your needs and adjust their plan. I am a regular and would recommend

They are basically trying to push you to come back during the peak of the Covid pandemic. I know they have a job to do and business realities, but this is silly. On the good side, I like their therapists.

One of the WORST customer service experiences I have ever had. It makes me sad to write this review since I have been a loyal customer for years. They have a couple of good massage therapists but it comes at the price of lousy customer service. I had an appointment scheduled after the pandemic hit but before the lockdown. I cancelled my appointment before the scheduled time but they insisted on charging me for the appointment.Subsequently I requested to put a freeze on my account and the phone rep said he would take care of processing......they continued to charge my card and when I called to get a refund for the error, they refused to give refund because I didnt fill out a form (which I was not told I had to do). This is a great way to run off your most loyal customers. It would have been much better give a nominal refund than to lose a long-time, loyal client. I will tell anyone who asks me to go somewhere else for services, you have plenty of other choices for good therapists.

Ive been a customer of this location for a little over a year. Nothing but positive experiences here. Though its a little hard to get an appointment unless you book it out a bit, or are willing to use any therapist, but I make it work well with my schedule.Ready for this location to open back up from the pandemic so I can get back into the regular sessions!

This location is on point. I had a massage with Davina. She did one of the best deep tissue massages Ive ever had! I went in with a bunch of knots came out with not one. Hour and a half service is the best. The front desk was efficient and quick. Not Pushy at all Well Mannered That guy Chase is awesome. He helped get me signed up with the membership!!

Being a massage therapist myself I had to leave a note about Jessica who gave me a relaxing therapeutic bodywork session like I requested.Jessica prompt, listened to my needs and gave me the full time and a nice smile at the end.On the other hand, haha, the front desk could use a little more hospitality skills

One of the worst massages I’ve had. Air conditioning was so loud that it overpowered the sound of the music. Also the there was no dimmer in my room so the light was bright in my eyes. The assistant manager was not helpful and a advocate of customer service. Just immediately informed I would not get my money back without me even asking. I would not recommend any massage envy locations. Poor customer service, mediocre massages and poor room experience. I don’t see them in business for long with this type of experience.

Nina did an amazing microdermabrasion session on my skin today. Not to mention she has amazing, beautiful clear skin herself. I was impressed with her conversation, knowledge of my breakout locations and recommendations for skincare products. She wasn’t pushy or trying to make a commission off me by any means.I usually go to the location in Frisco off Eldorado, however Nina came highly recommended by my masseuse, so when my regular esthetician cancelled 30 minutes before my appointment, I got on the app and found Nina available for the same time slot. I feel that meeting her was truly meant to be.I used my membership points for this treatment. I already got a compliment from a guy at the store who walked past me three times before getting the courage to come out and tell me “you’re beautiful!” I felt it and am glowing inside and out. Thank you Massage Envy and Nina for an amazing two days of appointments with reflexology with Davina and microdermabrasion with Nina. Money very well spent!!

I guess I have been lucky. I have been a member for years. I make appointments over the phone. When I get a massage by a good therapist I stick with them while I can. Of course therapists come and go just like Physical Therapy facilities and other massage places. I see Michael right now and he is AWESOME!!! I have never had a problem with the front desk. I have had more good massages there than bad ones. In about 6 years I have had about 3 bad massages, so I dont ask for that person again.

Had the worst possible experience at this location, on Friday August 3rd. My massage was a total nightmare. Apparently i wastoo stiff and the masseuse scolded me throughout the entire massage. She would scold me in a very condescending manner, telling me, this would be much easier if you just loosen up. She then would stop and say Ill just wait till you can do it right... then she says stretch your right hand. No, thats your left hand, try and get it right. Ill wait here till you can. This went on the entire 2 hours. Scolding and belittling. I told her i needed her you to work on my legs, which she hardly touched. She was being rough and plain out mean. Ive been getting massages at ME for about 5 years and had good experiences, but i couldnt wait to get the hell out of there this time. Worst money i ever spent. Im considering opting out of my contract and finding somewhere that treats their customers with respect. Horrible horrible horrible experience.

I would have given them good rating - not a 5 star but maybe a 4 if they would have called my friend back when she got a serious infection shortly after a treatment. The Doctor (who never called back but had his marketing person call) seems to concerned about his paid for sponsorship with the Cowboy Cheerleaders than he does his patients well being. Being paranoid about a law suit, or paranoid about how perfect your business needs to be because of your paid for Cowboys sponsorship doesnt compensate for good old fashioned call backs and helpful information to a good client who just wants help.

Do not buy gift cards for Massage Envy. Once in there they tell you how you will get more massages if you sign up for membership. Simple bait and switch tactic. Once you cancel a membership they wait 30 days from the day you sign the cancellation fee to finalize it. Meaning they usually get one more billing cycle in. Now I have to cancel my debit card just to prevent another bill for services I wont receive.

I attempted to find an online portal so that someone would get a chance to see this first. I also PHYSICALLY SHOWED UP to this location during my allergic reaction as pictured. Your staff recommended I go to a doctor and NO ONE bothered to follow up to make sure I was ok. That’s my biggest issue here. Aside from the fact that the VERY MILD chemical peel was recommended to me; after I asked about microderm. I questioned MULTIPLE times if it would be ok with my sensitive skin. I was ensured mild brief peeling and that it was safe for sensitive skin (I had multiple facials at this location previously, all were fantastic). I peeled extremely bad for over a week. I also got an allergic reaction from one of the products. My doctor had to prescribe steroids before the swelling and reaction would subside. The photos are the week after my peel. I know it is outside of your control to know if someone will have an allergic reaction, but your staff saw me in person the day my eyes would barely open. They had my info, they knew who I was and NO ONE bothered to contact me—after sending me to the doctor. BEYOND disappointing. Not to mention this was an incredibly painful experience that I would never wish on anyone.

The staff cant even show up on time. Scheduled an appointment for 8 am. Its now 8:20am and the office is still closed. No wonder the reviews are so bad!!! Seriously Management 101, open on time.

Great escape! Havent got a bad therapist in over 5 years. All very talented and worth the money!!

Terrible, worst massage that I have ever experienced in the last 30 years that I get monthly massages. Short changed me on time, switch the person at the last minute even though I had booked the appointment 5 days before while MY DEEP TISSUE request became a grandma Swedish joke. Someone in the management hopefully reads this. My aches and pains did not go away and wasted $65 that I will never see or go back to find out about, again. I am not a spoiled brat, but I believe if I pay for something, I should receive what was advertised and paid for. That is how I treat my customers 7 days a week.

Rebecca is so talented. I had wrinkles under my eyes and dark circles. She literally erased them. So friendly and didnt try to upsell me she actually told me why my skin needed certsin items.

I agree with most of whats been said here. The staff is rude and unprofessional, (especially Chase), the contract language confusing.I was promised a refund for a fraudulent charge almost three weeks ago. Still no refund. I was told it takes SIX WEEKS. An electronic refund should take no more than a few business days. Avoid this place like the plague.

Absolutely love this location, I had my first massage here ever, RJ and Grayson helped me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in the door!As I was unaware of how everything works, the boys went over with me exactly what will happen once im in the room with my therapist!Tara, my therapist was cordial and caring throughout my whole session, always asking if my pressure was okay and making sure I was enjoying every moment!After my appointment I signed up on their membership!JUST $65 a month for such an amazing experience, WOULD RECOMMEND FOR EVERYONE!

This place doesnt deserve one star even. staff is rude... not customer friendly....they find every excuse to not to give you facility or service you paid for. I cancelled my membership just because of this location as they gave me impression that massage envy dont give damn about their customers. I requested them to consolidate my credits and bring to this location as every time i ask about my balance, they give me wrong number and i have to tell them to check other locations. i cancelled my membership and that day i had 8 credits. after 5 they told my other credits expired which they never bothered to inform me in advance that please finish ur credit as they are expiring. Staff is so rude that you can easily frustration on their faces to talk to you like u r some univited guest to their home. even they didnt inform when they increase membership rates.

I came for a massage ant the didnt tell me for 35 mins that the guy I was supposed to be with decided to just not show up. Im mostly upset because my sister was trying to get me a session as a present before I went on deployment and it stressed her out.

I called this location to schedule a massage. Being an employee of Massage Envy I anticipated getting employee pricing. However, the assistant manager was so awfully rude to me. He told me that he couldnt assist me because I wasnt an employee at his location. I find this to be strange because I am able to schedule massage at other locations with no problem. I am very disappointed with the way that he handled this.

The expertise of Michael, the exceptional massage therapist, is quite outstanding. Well trained, knowledgable and nurturing. The esthetician, Olivia, is also superb.

This is the absolute worst Massage Envy I have ever been to. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. I asked the front desk staff a question and I received a very negative attitude. They always start late and do not give me the full hour I paid for. The only professional person there is the esthetician Heather.AWFUL!

Room was freezing and the air vent made a very high pitched squeal while it ran the whole time. Not relaxing at all.

I am a huge Massage Envy fan, but this location is terrible. The masseuses and front desk staff are incredibly unprofessional.

Availability of Appointments is not enough. Based upon my schedule, I do not always know what it will look like until that day. When I have an opening, I look to see if they have an opening that day, they never have anything open.

Do not sign a membership here!!!!!! They do not disclose terms and Conditions on cancelations or freezing the account Im not sure if they get commissions or what but they have you sign up on fraudulent terms.

I went for the ultimate relaxation and ended up getting elbows more brutal than an MMA fighter from the weird gel they used out of a bottle to a weird odor in the room and most importantly just painful elbows to the body and thats it I get massages on a regular basis and never have walked away sore the whole next day just felt I should warn others
