The Massage was nice. We got the couples massage and my Wife truly enjoyed hers!!! I wish the lady who did mines put a little more effort in it.. I didnt really feel hers hands but majority her elbow and arms the entire time..I asked her to go deeper on my shoulders because I felt like they did not get any attention and I still walked out with knots in my shoulders which defeated the purpose of a 70 minute Massage. And then when we left out the message states tip if you enjoyed your massage...the Massage was $110 and they wanted us to tip $13-25 per person...we agreed my wifes massage deserved a tip but mines did not...

Me and husband went for a couples massage. We really enjoyed our first couples massage. We literally fell asleep . My recommendation would be to clean those head rests and allow people to give you the tip they want to give you. We paid for 70 min massage, they gave 60 minutes.

My boyfriend and I got a couples massage for Valentine’s Day here and the massages were fantastic! Everyone was really nice and the massage therapists were great at checking in on the pressure, etc. The massage beds were heated which was heavenly and the pressure was perfect for both of us. We were massaged for the full time and checkout was easy. I took a “point” off because I don’t think the rooms are very soundproof so we could hear other massage therapists talking outside of the room at times. There was nice music playing the whole time so it was mostly easy to ignore and we still think we got what we paid for, I just think the other massage therapists could be a bit more aware of the noise level. But, they were open on a snow day in Texas, which is great!

I booked a non-refundable appointment online before I read the reviews and I was apprehensive going in after I saw them, but my experience was really pretty good. I scheduled the 70 minute massage and I expected that to include the undress/redress time, so it wasnt a surprise for the actual massage to be more like 60 minutes. I was already planning to tip around $20 (20% of full price) and that was right in line with the suggested amount that they had posted on their sign. That is pretty standard. Overall, I still prefer the Swedish massage over the eastern style that they do here, but it was a nice change of pace and very relaxing. I asked for less pressure at one point and she decreased as I wished. The eastern style does get a bit more personal around the glutes than I would normally want, but it didnt get invasive enough that I was too uncomfortable. This definitely would not be for someone who needs deep tissue or sports massage, but it was great for relaxing and general loosening. While I will stick with Swedish for the most part, I would definitely come back here on occasion.

My husband and I booked a couples massage here. He had shoulder pains for a couple weeks and it felt better after. Our massage therapists were attentive and thorough. One of the better massages I’ve had.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! We were getting a couples massage. They took forever to come into the room. After waiting over 20 minutes (after undressing) my partner had to clap loudly for them to come into the room. It was horrible! They demanded that I leave more than a 25% tip for such terrible service. I gave them $30.00 tip & they demanded an additional $20.00. $50.00 tip for a $100.00 couples massage.

Very nice massage! My therapist Linda was very thorough, made me feel comfortable, and used a good amount of pressure which I like. Their prices are very reasonable, it’s a no frills kind of place but that’s great for me because all I really care about is the massage quality. My only suggestion would be they could spruce up their decor just a little bit to add some additional ambiance, and maybe improve the lighting a bit. Overall it’s a worthy place of your patronage, I’ve done both a couples and individual massage and both delivered! Thank you 🙏

It’s always a wonderful experience at Spa Mansion. Their hospitality is amazing and top notch. They remember your name and have a knack for that special touch. They’re very polite and the massages are always excellent and it’s a great value. The massage therapists ask how you feel several times during the session to make sure your massage experience is a pleasant and relaxing one. Their salon and waiting area are very clean and their rooms are spacious with great lighting. The atmosphere is really welcoming and zen-like. My wife and I will certainly be back.

Yikes. Worst massage Ive gotten. This was quite the experience with the random rooms and unorganized process getting into your room. The massage table felt like it was going to break and I asked for deep tissue but basically got a soft hand rubbing my back... They had customers switching rooms in between massages since they were in the wrong room which resulted in these people walking out in a sheet in the lobby. Super awkward and seemed very unclean. Would not recommend.

We had the most amazing experience for the couples massage today! I saw other reviews that talked about a $10 charge for Groupon, I did not see that sign. Also, they did not ask for a tip at all but we gave them a great tip! They did the entire 70 minuets as well. I HIGHLY recommend. Best massage of my life! I did not realize it would be complete full body and include hot stones. Will be back!!Edit: I came back today (9 months later) and was extremely pleased again!!! I called last minute yesterday to book a massage and I’m pretty sure they opened early to get me in. Super sweet staff and got out all my knots. ❤️

Very very good service and clean! I had a deep tissue massage with hot stones. The therapist did an amazing job. I was able to use my groupon coupon with no problem. They follow the safety guidelines for covid. I just didnt like the cashier asking us to give more towards the tip that we were already giving. Who does that at check out?

Saw the groupon offer and called the place. They told me not to buy the groupon due to extra fee they charge and they can match the price. So I made an appointment for my boyfriend, we got there 5-10 min earlier to fill paperwork and pay. 1 couple was waiting ahead of us. Another couple came in after us and a young lady as well. We waited 40 min in the lobby as we saw both couples getting rooms and the young lady getting an assigned room. Then they proceeded to ask us if we would be ok to get a massage in the space next to the lobby, open space where everyone walks by you. Unbelievable.. we asked why did everyone get assigned when they came after us and had no appointment (over heard this from the couple that came after us). The lady just apologized and thats it. We got a refund right away and left.Guess what the only difference was.. my bf was the only person of color.

BEWARE OF FRAUDULENTLY OVERCHARGING!!!Horrible!!!! I took a group of four girls to get a massage for my sister’s birthday. The massage is supposed to be 70 minutes and we only got about 55 minutes. And then they decided they wanted to charge me full price. And I only tipped him $10. I honestly should have tipped them ZERO!They laughed at my face three times because they could not believe my tip. Not my fault I wasn’t pleased with my 55 min massage.I checked my credit card statement a week later and saw the manager thought she was slick and smart enough to charge an extra $30 on my credit card. I only signed for $174 and they charged me $204.I give them 5 days to return my money before I take legal action for FRAUDULENTLY overcharging my credit card. This is ridiculous and NOT A “MISTAKE”, as stated by the manager. You have to be incredibly illiterate to “mistake” $174 for $204. You shouldn’t be charging credit cards if you make a “mistake” like that. Plano police will hear about this!

It is my first time doing massage, my boyfriend gave me a groupon for it. The girl helped me was Ada, she is very cute, she has pretty good technique, helped me with all my pain spots. The process was good, only down side is they only do the back right now due to pandemic, but overall it was a good experience. Will come back again and bring my boyfriend too

The massage was great and very relaxing. They usually have great deals that they send through text messages or if you look them up on Groupon. They use essential oils near the end of the massages, which ends up helping me feel even more relaxed once I leave.

Therapist used a punching technique on the bottom of my foot. I have no idea why anyone would think this felt good. 3 days later my foot constantly hurts.. They used a punching technique in several areas that hurt. Pay more to get quality and someone licensed.

Not sure what style that was, but Wow! Absolutely coming back. This was a combination of Swedish, stone, reflexology and I don’t know what else! Definitely worth it. The breaks mid massages brought into the room a new surprise each time. The first break brought stones, the second warm towels to clean you off. We went for a couples 90 minute massage and we got just that. The oils and lotions are also warm. Loved it!

Serene, relaxing, very solid deep tissue massage on my shoulders neck and back, she found sposts in my calves i didnt even know were knotted up, same along my clavicle. Excellent work and those hot oil stones felt amazing. Highly recommend you treat yourself if ya can.

Not recommended. Mediocre quality massage. We purchased a Groupon for a couples massage and upon arrival they have a hand written sign that says we charge $10 to redeem a Groupon. I asked for an explanation. The lady at the counter said I dont know and shrugged her shoulders. I said Id like to know why because this is not stated in the Groupon terms. Another lady came from the back and said its ok we wont charge you the $10. I was good with the decision obviously but put off immediately. On to the massage. It was very odd I guess is the right way to put it. The therapist had a strange slapping technique that Ive never experienced before and it wasnt pleasant. It didnt hurt either, it was just strange. Then she proceeded to climb on my back on all fours and put all her weight on me. Again it didnt hurt it was just strange. Once the massage was done, then came the most troubling part for me. Immediately at the front very high pressure for tips. I understand there are many stances on tipping so I wont get into that ill just tell you my feelings on it since its my review. I tip when service is good. I tip very well when service is above expectation. I even tip when service is below expectation. I do not tip when service is horrible. Another time I do not tip is when I am asked aggressively to tip. A tip is a gift, not a negotiation. Management should rethink their strategy about the way they approach customers for tipping. Also take down the sign about charging additional for Groupon. If you dont like Groupon withdraw your Groupon offer.

Massage was great! Very friendly and accommodating staff. I’ve never had a hot stone massage before. They also do a little bit of stretching in the message which is great after working out all those knots. The first massage room is very close to the front so you can hear everything happening at the front desk. Other then that it was great.

I purchased a double and was placed in a tiny room with tables head to head. The massage was definitely that of an unlicensed therapist. I felt like I was more in a mall reflexology treatment room. The carpet in the room was nasty. My skin started itching when they applied oil and when I asked what kind of oil they were using, they couldnt answer. When leaving, they demanded a min of $40 tip before allowing me to leave. I do not recommend this place for any nice occasion.

I was injured during my massage here. The staff misrepresented the manager and introduced him as the owner. He never corrected them. The manager refused to give us the massage therapist name only that she was, linda. Her photo is not posted among the other licenses leading me to believe she has none. Im still waiting on the license information. He didnt have it. He didnt have their insurance info handy but the owner Ms.Lily has reached out and apologized profusely and provided it.

READ BEFORE YOU GO!! Wanted a relaxing getaway weekend with my husband so I decided to take him her for his first massage. First off when I called I couldn’t hear the guy (later I figured out he had a headset on), massages were painful I kept saying ouch and that’s a little too hard but she didn’t easy up then when I went to pay I wasn’t going to leave a tip because my back was hurting worse than when I went in and the guy says “Did u enjoy the massage?” “ I said “yes” as I tried to hurry out the door and he said “No tip for the ladies?” Which kinda made me mad if I don’t want to tip then don’t ask me. Just rude.

We had an appointment scheduled for 3 pm today. We received a call at 2:30 pm asking us to please reschedule at 4:15. We said no problem and showed up at 4:15. When we arrived the woman at the front desk put us on the phone with her manager who told us she double booked us and we would need to come back another day. Very frustrating.

Went using ebates coupon. Wife really enjoyed the 60 min session. We would go back if not so far away.

I was here for a 70 minute couples massage and it was weird.My masseuse left the room mid massage twice.The massage was 50 minutes instead of 70.The weird part was when I was leaving though. We paid and tipped well.... and the masseuse asked for more, she wanted a 40% tip...it was so awkward because I had no more cash and the massage was not even good. It will definitely be my last time here.

My husband found this place on Groupon but found another competitive price so he called and they told him they would match the price and give a 70 min couples massage with hot stones for $100. For starters, they did not even have any sheets to cover but instead had a cheap towel that was not long enough to completely cover your body. Then about halfway through the massage, one of the masseuses interrupts the session by trying to upsell us on getting a longer massage session. She could barely speak any English so I had trouble understanding her and kept having to ask her to repeat what she was saying. Finally my husbands session was interrupted as he had to interject and tell her we didnt want to extend. We ended up only getting a 60 min massage instead of the 70 min massage that was promised. Still, my husband, being the nice man he is, left a $30 tip for them both. We leave there and a couple of days later after the pending charged posted discovered they stole an extra $10 from us. Unfortunately, we could not dispute this as they did not provide us with a receipt. I cant even imagine the other people they have done this to. Not only did they steal $10 from us but they also shorted our massage session by 10 min. I would NOT recommend Spa Mansion in Plano at all!

This message is for those selfish people.If you are doing a massage at this place or other places, you must pay for massage, it doesnt matter you are buying coupons or whatever, YOU MUST PAY TIPS FOR THE WORKER THAT IT. AT LEAST $15 and if you dont want to pay tips just stay home. Restaurant, massage, hair cut, and whatever you need to pay tips.

I dont have an experience to compare. First time getting a massage. Full body. Beautiful shop set up perfectly for massage. Essential oil, hot stones and an excellent massuse.

For starters, let me say how we waited in the lobby for someone to come to the front for 20 minutes and we were confused on if they had someone in the back or not, which they didn’t. On our way to our designated massage room there was a worker SLEEPING in a common area that she could be seen. Second, when we got in the massage room we covered ourselves with towels, BATH TOWELS. Third, the massage was good, I’ve had better and during my massage i kept hearing the door open as if someone was coming in and out. Lastly, when we went to pay 1. I used their Groupon to SAVE MONEY not SPEND MORE, the guy demanded that i tip more than I originally did. His exact words were “Did you like the massage?” I replied “yes” and he stated “well can you tip more”! NEVER going to this place again.

My husband & I went for the couple massage. One of the massage therapists walked in & was instantly irritated that we had removed the paper towels covering the face rests. As we could not breathe through the paper towels, we assumed they were there to show the face rest had been sanitized & set them to the side. We both asked for a firm massage, but basically all they did was rub in the massage oil. Really disappointing, since this was our anniversary gift to each other. We will be going somewhere else for future massages.

Im glad I gave this place a chance, despite some bad reviews. Now Im convinced that they were false and no doubt a competitor. This by far was the best massage Ive had. Way better than the Omni in Dallas and the one at Gaylord. We paid $85 for an hour long couples massage. The ladies didnt talk at all during the session other than to ask if pressure is ok or if we would like hot stones. I will be back!

For those of you looking for a professional, therapeutic massage, this is not it. They do not do swedish, deep tissue, thai, or any of those in the traditional and professional sense. They do however give a fantastic asian style massage. I am not talking happy ending, but a systematic, rhythmic approach to your body you will enjoy. You can choose between light, medium, or hard pressure. My girlfriend and I went for the couples massage and it was totally professional and comfortable. The towel issue isnt as bad as it sounds. I am 64 and it covered me just fine. It actually works better to move around on your body without being a burden. All in all a nice experience

My boyfriend and I came in to have a couples massage, our scheduled appointment was at 5:30 and we didn’t get sent back to our room until 6. The ladies were ver indiscreet with the towels and rubbed a bit too high on my legs for my liking. I asked multiple times for a deeper technique but was given the same amount of pressure (I have deep knots in my back). The masseuse spent far too long on my legs and not near enough time on my back. Essentials oils were rubbed all over my hair and face and was never asked my permission as I have very sensitive skin. The oils they use aren’t natural as they made my face break out (I use organic oils in my skin care). Upon leaving and telling the owner of our displeasure he still asked for more money to tip the masseuses. We will never return to this establishment.

I wanted to surprise my mom and sister to massages, so I made an appointment over a week in advance. When we got there, the lady behind the counter did not understand what I was saying when I said we had an appointment. She spoke broken English, so I patiently explained again. Eventually she took them in.Then I asked her if I could go ahead and pay for the services. Once she swiped my card, I signed the slip and tipped 25% (thinking it was more than fair). She brings the slip back to me and without saying anything... shows me a sign with tip breakdowns when she implied I had not paid enough. I did not understand AT ALL how it was even REMOTELY OKAY to demand a higher tip. But she could not explain to me. I ended up tipping at least 50%.I was so baffled by the whole encounter... once the session was done, I picked up my mom and sister. I asked them how it went. They didnt go into much detail, only saying it was decent and theyve had better. My sister said shes been here once before (she bought a GROUPON) lol in hindsight, I probably shouldve asked her instead of trying to surprise them. Needless to say, we will not coming back here and most definitely will not be recommending to friends.

A dreadful experience. Tried to use Groupon.We showed up at the appointed time, but they had overbooked. Called to confirm 1hr before. The staff seemed more interested in assigning blame than solving the issue. In the end they wanted us to come back later in the day or the following day.

This was by far the worst massage place I have ever been to. You don’t even get to lay under a sheet, you have a small rough bath towel that does not cover you. The groupon was for 70 min & we had a 55 min massage, including the time they left us in the room.I told them I was pregnant when making the appt & then when I got there, they tried to charge me $15 more and I was never told that prior to the appointment. This was a rub not a massage. She didn’t rub my hands, feet or lower back.I left more stressed out then when I came. The towel she had over my head smelt like a wet towel that had been left in the washing machine. I never have had a towel covering my head before so that was weird.

We booked a couples appointment and reconfirmed 2 days before. Arrived onsite with two other couples and a single man. The single man and us were told we didnt have appointments. A difficult phone conversation with an offsite manager was no help, No have your phone # in our system. The single man was called the day before to move his appointment from 11 to 10. We are both now waiting on refunds.

This is the place to go to! This was way better than our 5 star hotel massage in Mexico and half the price! My wife and I will be going back again soon.

I apologize for speaking negatively about a company, but I am beyond disappointed and feel I need to share my experience so others dont waste their time and money at Spa Mansion. I bought a 70 minute couples deep tissue massage. I have had over 150 professional deep tissue massages, so I know what to expect. 1st the lady didnt even know what a trigger point or knot was, how to find it, or how to treat it. She said she never heard of what I was saying (as she was lightly massaging my back) I did request someone strong during my reservation, but was told it was not possible... I get who I get. I have knots ALL over my back and they are EASY to find. Finally she began to find a few and I had to expain to her to use her elbow and press for release. For me, without getting release on my trigger points or knots during a deep tissue massage is very frustrating, not relaxing at all and just wasting my time.Then.... 60 minutes into the massage they turned on the lights and said they were done. I said no, I paid for the 70 minute massage.She responded that they reserve 10 minutes of the time for us to use the room to get dressed. WHAT ????? WHAT ?????Has ANYONE ever had this type of RIP OFF anywhere else?? I personally have NEVER heard or experienced ANYTHING like this.I did NOT see any postings to expect this as one of their policies. I DID see several TIP policies (that should of been typed put as more of a request).Then to put salt on my wound my husband to me he have the ladies $20 each.🤯🤯🤯 I think his massage therapist must of loosened a screw in his head.Does anyone know if it a legal practice to charge for 70 minutes, only to do 55 or 60 minutes?? Massage was ok. It was my first massage ever and i can say that I am disappointed. Every expectation i had of a professional massage is out the window. I most definitely didnt appreciate both masseuse talking and laughing during my couples massage. I will not be back and look forward to experiencing a massage that will meet every expectation. If you’re expecting a 5 star spa experience, this isn’t the place for you. But if you want an amazing massage, go here! Yes, the number you call and the person you speak to when you book the appointment is a little sketch. Yes the cover up provided is just a bath towel (they placed another one over you before they start). Yes, your masseuse ends up on the table with you a couple of times. Yes, you are expected to give a good tip (based on the FULL service price, not your Groupon price — like it states on the Groupon when you purchase) and yes 10 mins is the check in and out process (again like stated on the Groupon). However, the massage is awesome. It is not the proper, prim massage I usually get but it was amazing with hot stones and all!

I purchased a groupon for a couples massage and proceeded to call to make an appointment. I called and a man answered, to which I asked him if they had anything appointments for this weekend. He countered me by asking if Id be using a voucher, which I confirmed I was from groupon. He then followed up with asking if I had already purchased it, and I said yes. Then is when he decided to answer my original question and tells me theyre all booked up for this weekend. I inquire about when the next available weekend theyll have an appointment available is and he says not for another couple of weeks, maybe 2 weeks. OKAY, no worries. There are plenty of other spas.Pretty sure he didnt want to schedule me cause of the groupon. Haha If this business does not want to offer appointments for groupon buyers on the weekend, it would be a great idea to disclose it as an exclusion online. Just a suggestion!
