My first visit. It was very peaceful and relaxing. My masseuse was tentative and on purpose. She asked what I needed and she delivered.

My wife and I enjoyed a couples massage for our anniversary recently. Everyone is very nice and professional and the space itself is lovely. Great value for the money and great experience overall. The only negative is that the walls are very thin so you can hear people coming in and out with conversation but it is very minuscule. Would absolutely recommend and would return again!

Great experience at Massage Heights. Jason is an outstanding therapist. He added two inches to my range of motion in my right (problem) shoulder, cured my stress headaches, and had quite a few exercise and stretching tips as well. Bravo sir!

Recommend you try a massage therapist that is a teir up. All therapist I have used are good but it is worth it to level up. Jason is the one I have been going to.

I am a fan! First the location is great, easy to get to, great parking. Second the ambiance is soothing, front desk is friendly and helpful, love the check in app. Last the massage, Jason is by far the best masseuse I have ever had! So good I committed, I can tell him what’s wrong and he’s like a magic person working out whatever issues I have. He absolutely leaves me feeling relaxed, pain free and educated on how to prevent or reduce the same issues in the future. Jason seems to love what he does and I am forever grateful for that!

He did an awesome job and I felt so much relief afterwards. I went home and had a good night. The massage helped me to sleep better. Jason is BY FAR the best massage therapist I have ever worked with! He is so conscientious and puts so much care into ensuring you are comfortable. Jason knows the right questions to ask to thoroughly evaluate your needs and maximize the benefit of your session. He has an exceptional understanding of the Muscular System and can trace the issues you are having back to their original source. He also has a unique way of listening to the muscle and the way it responds to the pressures and techniques he is using. When I began working with Jason (about 4 years ago) I had nearly constant back and neck pain, and frequent migraines. Thanks to regular appointments with Jason, I have seen a tremendous reduction in these issues!

I visited the Massage Heights Windhaven Plaza office yesterday and I would recommend it to anyone that wants to improve their health and wellness. Nicole and Larry provide superb service and I always feel a million times better after a session. This is my second time to sign up for a 6 month membership because I truly believe in the healing properties of the massages I receive from Larry. It has made a difference in my quality of life.

As someone who grew up in a poor family, I once thought that massages were this enigma that only rich wives and overworked CEOs got. Now Im an adult with an HSA and I know how important it is to take care of my body. Massages arent going to solve the cause of your aches and pains, but they will definitely help you escape from them for a while. Eat in moderation, exercise, talk to a therapist, and get massages. You owe it to yourself to take care of the only body you have.

Receptionist was amazing! I came with my friend and the massages were good. Nice therapists but when we were done and on our way out, we heard the therapists making fun of us. At least wait until we get out of the building.

They say 60 minutes and massages only for 35. Initially they took us inside 10mins late and then took 5mins for the preparation. They gave massage for 35minutes and done. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, she told me that it is 50mins even though we had a coupon for 60mins + free elevation. They simply fool around. Very very poor deals.

This location is just as convenient for me as the location in Allen. After Fred left there, I searched and searched for a therapist with Massage Heights at both locations.I will say during my search I did not encounter a bad therapist.Im about to let the cat out of the bag. Very weak massage for Deep Tissue. I felt absolutely no pressure and Larry sat in his chair to perform the massage the entire time. I thought that was so strange! The massage was more like a rub. I was extremely disappointed especially after traveling abroad for a month. I get massages every other month and this service by far was the worst. The receptionist asked me about the service and I was transparent. She apologized, put her head down and charged our card. Beautiful space, friendly staff and comfy waiting area.

I have been a member for quite a while now and because of my very busy schedule, I generally make last minute appointments/requests. The customer service is excellent, Nicole is always accommodating and professional, making the appropriate adjustments and suggestions based on my needs, she is a gem. Jennifer, my therapist, has hands of gold, she is easy in the right areas and gets strong in those parts of the body that need it - I literally always get up #massagedrunk, for best results do a 90-minute session.

If you like firm, deep tissue youve GOT to go see Jennifer. Shes the absolute best and knows where to dig to get you knots out!

I usually get really good service. But i came in and got sarah. Let me tell you that her deep tissue massage was TOO HARD. I told her to go less hard 3 times but she continued with the same strength. As a result, i felt bruised for 4 days, and post 3 weeks have been getting headaches that started after her massage. I think she permanently damaged something or so it seems since these headaches arent going away. Im a member there but had to say something because a deep tissue is not the same as hurting someone that way it was just way to hard. I am extremely angry at this situation and cannot believe that this salon hired her. She needs to be investigated because her pressure is not a normal pressure its almost as if shes trying to hurt someone. Ive had many deep tissue massages...this one was the hardest and i dont think anyone should go through this.

My neck and back have never felt this good! If youre a guy who has never gotten a massage before I highly recommend it.

I just called this location. Meka was rude, unprofessional, and attitude was unacceptable. I will not pay my money to companies that dont bother to vet their employees to ensure they are hiring professionals that provide courteous service.
