Wow absolutely AMAZING. The staff is so friendly and attentive. I got a single process and a hair cut and it was one of the best salon experiences Ive ever had! Definitely will be returning very soon.

Every time I get my hair color, cut, and blow out by Andrea at Cactus Salon it’s always a great experience with the staff and Andrea as my wonderful hair stylist. She does amazing work and I wouldn’t want anyone else to do my hair because I always leave with a smile and compliments for days. I recommend going to Andrea at Cactus Salon and you will be happy just like I am with my hair. Not only is she professional, she is real friendly and kind. She listens to what you want done with your hair and even makes it look better then what you ask for. Andrea is the best addition to the cactus staff. Not only is she upfront and honest with you, but she does wonders with my hair! Anything I ask for, even if it seems outrageous, she always exceeds my expectations! She is so courteous, a great conversation, and at the end of the day she always looks out for the client. If you are ever wondering what stylist/colorist to go with, Andrea is your girl!

I have been a fan of the salon for many years. I loyally follow the stylist Karen because she is truly a talent who has founder her calling. Besides having a lovely demeanor she really listens and is spot on with her cuts, styles, product recommendations and blowouts. She can truly cut very very thick hair ( like mine)as well as finer straight hair. Karen can do it all! And I would be remiss if I didnt mention that the staff there is very accommodating and they have been especially responsible during this pandemic. I feel truly safe and in very good hands with Karen and the staff there. Karen consulted with me prior to cutting and we found a great hairstyle so I dont have to work so hard at styling my hair. I absolutely love it and Im getting many compliments. Thankfully my day is much less about fussing with my hair since this cut is a more natural version of my best self! I called Cactus on a groupon a few weeks back for a Balayage and Hair Cut. I am VERY picky with my hair and require someone who understand EXACTLY what I want/need. I was matched with Andrea and we vibed right away!! She was absolutely amazing and legit knew what I wanted pretty much right off the bat. She even had suggestions that would fit my face type as well.I would 100% recommend her to anyone for any service. I will legit never go to another stylist ever.

Me and my daughter met and have had our hair cute and dyed by Andrea who works there, she did okay back then, but when we both wanted to get our hair dyed for the new season by she had us schedule with her directly and she had us go to her home basement Solon instead because she said it would be cheaper,She absolutely RUNINED my hair and left my daughter with all dead end and won’t return our calls back, which is why I’m leaving the reviews here. Worst hairdresser Iv ever dealt with

I have a hairstylist Andrea a few weeks back, not onlyDid she destroy my hair and not do what I asked, she tried to tell me to go to a home salon to fix it, and told me she would do it cheaper there. Not only did she take my money and not call me back, she has apparently hit my boyfriend off online has been harassing him despite the fact both me and him told her to back off ! I’m about 10 seconds away from getting my attorney involved.

Excellent experience at Cactus~Plainview. Service is phenomenal. Leah and Jessica were nothing short of excellent and professional. They listened to what I wanted and helped me with my daughters color. Everyone from my initial call to schedule an appointment, to our greeting when we arrived, wash ( so relaxing), haircut, color, to leaving was great. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Cactus in Plainview!

Horrible customer service. They post in groupon but every time you call to book they give million rules to not give you a slot. Why do you even bother to post on Groupon I that’s your intention. What a waste

Needed a new salon and found it for sure! Friendly faces from the minute you walk in the door. The last salon i was going to always rushed me out and its the opposite at Cactus, they took their time and made it perfect. Definitely recommend for someone whos looking to find a new place to get their hair done!

Dont live in this area but needed a haircut and from people in area said Cactus salon was a decent salon. Called and got an appt and was told since I was having Angela doing my hair she does not take coupons. She did do a good job and I paid my $65.00 and gave a 15.00 tip. Later on back at the house I read the coupon in the clippers magazine that for a 1st time visit you would get 50% off in their new Plainview salon and guess what Angelas name was included in that promotion along with all the other stylists names. I called to ask about it and of course the receptionist would have to tell the manager about it but did not ask me for my info to get back to me on it. I usually would never post a review but dont believe a decent salon would tell a client she does not take coupons when clearly it is written in the ad. Planned on using her but I will not be taken for a fool if this is how they operate. Keep your money and hope people will be aware on how you guys work.

They were veryyyy rude and hangout on me over the phone because i m trying to reschedule then redeemed my groupon offer for 79$ without even using the service only because i couldnt go because of a health condition i have... thats not acceptable and is called a theft .. i need my 79$ back
