Very good gym great for training and learning defensive skills! Hands on drills with great work outs! Great coach indeed very passionate on teaching and pushing fighters for greatness!

My kids started attending first and then me and my husband joined. We mainly did it for exercise. Everyone was super helpful and the price for a whole family was hands down the best price in town! Hope to go back soon!
