We are a smaill specialized trucking transportation business. We strive to be on time for our deliveries. We had a driver that broke down on the exit one mile from Mightys. Normal towing charges are $500.00. We were charged $2500.00. This amount for a tow a mile away is price gouging. They know we are at their mercy to get back on the road. It is highway robbery to say the least for them to feed their greed.I noticed the owners comments that an apology was extended and he was looking forward to doing business with us in the future. In most circumstances an apology is acceptable but in this case along with an apology a refund of $2,000.00 we paid for a $500.00 towing cost would have been a much better solution. I sincerely hope our paths do not cross in the future.

These guys are complete scum bags. Will avoid all phone calls until a lawyer is brought up. Then returns calls immediately. Charged 2k for a repair and truck is getting towed out of their shop after a 2k repair bill. As usual Chicago scum bags!!!! Stay far away from these guys!! Robert and the Owner who will avoid all calls at all cost and a bunch of excuses to go along. Their reviews speak for them self. Will definitely take this matter to small claims court. I had my car towed and it was a complete mess inside. Spilt water, pop or something in my lower compartment and it ruined my credit cards and flash drives for my job. My company business cards all over the floor and my personal belongings in the center council was on the seat. Which means someone went through all my things and my car was a mess, the service shop told me they didnt do that. All I know neither one of them is getting my business ever again.

Truck had brake issues. Timely arrival and they quickly found what was wrong. Airline valve stuck open. Quick repair. Both guys are extremely courteous and explained the problem so I could understand. They were GREAT

Always ask what’s the total for their service cause they are liars.Their minimum is 2 hours.No matter if it takes 5 minutes or whole 2 hours.And when you call them they don’t tell you that there’s a minimum.Be careful!

Called about a winch out. Got an estimate around $500. When the bill arrived, it was $895. When asked about the invoice, got a run around for 2 days and still no answer. Would not recommend.

This company was so professional from the first call talking to Mike he was amazing and very helpful and understanding of the needs I had for picking up my sons show car. He understood everything that needed to go into this pick up and even gave me his personal cell number to make sure everything went as planned. Mike made sure he sent the best guy for the job who knew the model of this car and knew the care that needed to go into this tow. The driver arrived and was very professional listened to every detail we needed from him and he was spot on. We will be using him for every car show to transport this car . Top notch professionals and would highly recommend them..

I called them, he said they would be here in 30 minutes. 30 minutes came and went it’s now been over an hour and a half still have not heard back. And now they aren’t answering g their phone so I just called someone else and they gave me an accurate time. They let me know it would be about an hour so there wasn’t any BSing I won’t ever use these guys

They sustain through scamming uninformed customers. I called this company and we agreed on total fee, which was $75 for towing and $3 for each mile covered. On getting to oue destination i was given a bill of $189, when we only covered 11miles, It was then I was told that they charge $20 for loading and another $20 for offloading. Also i was charged $25 for using skid. If you failed to tell your customers all your charges on the phone only to complete the service and threatened to tow my car to your facility.

My car was locked out and I had to be at a new client appointment in less than 30 minutes. I called Mightys towing and Mike came to my location in less than 15 minutes, had my car unlocked and I was able to go and be on time for my appointments. Very professional quick service thank you!!

$257 to tow my Subaru Outback 2.5 miles. Great way to build your business by ripping off honest, hard working people. On the plus side, the driver was a nice guy.

My truck brokedown on hwy I-80 there was bad air hose - Truck not building air . Guy come, was working on it 1 hr than called said cant be fixed need towing, than called again after 1 min saying :- Hey mechanic found a hose in his Truck we can fix it he had a long hard day so he thought he dont have it but he have it !!! Paid for Service $400 driver went on the road and after 5 miles Truck broke down again same thing . I did text the guy that whatever mechanic did it did not worked so he came out there again, fixed .. and said :- Well .. first time we fixed just temporarry and now we fix right way so pay another $410 .I think when you call profesional Service out .. they should do right way 1 st time, and if they fail - take a loss come and fix you mechanics failure for free . DO NOT USE THIS SHOP

My husband had his truck towed, and repaired at this horrible establishment. First, he was quoted one on price on Saturday, another on Monday, and when went to pick his semi truck the price increased another $1,300. The owners name are Mike & Joe, they both are liars and crooks. Dont take your vehicle, or truck to this horrible establishment.

Called for 24/7 towing near midnight and they arrived at 3:20pm the next day, other than that they moved my car which was cool.

I have to say no one wants to break down but joe maye and mightys towing made my experience a good one. The price itself for the tow took alot of stress off of me i also appreciated that joe called to check on me says alot about his company I would certainly recommend mighty heavy duty towing

They take too long to arrive and charge you for it, used them a couple of time because of their heavy duty tow. this last time their rate tripled for no particular reason. make sure you ask for rates before they load your vehicle.

Broke down on 55 at 4am. This was the only local tow place that answered. I was 3 miles away from their shop. Was lied to about the eta again and again. Waited 5 hrs for them to show up. The tow truck driver was stoned out of his mind and had no idea what he was doing, didn’t know if I should put my transfer case in neutral or not. He even drove my car on the rim to turn around in a ditch. Caused damage to my rim as well. Worst company to do business with

Was lied to over and over about they were coming out. My truck froze and I was in the truck cold believing they were on the way. This is A poor excuse for a company. It looks as if they listen to your issues to choose who they can charge more and thats the call they take. I advise you to keep looking of you are looking for service from this company.

ONE OF OUR TRUCKS WAS DOWN WITH AN UNKNOWN ISSUE (TURNED OUT IT WAS AIR COMPRESSOR ISSUE)- THEY SHOWED UP QUICKER THAN THEY TOLD ME, FOUND THE ISSUE - CAME UP WITH A BETTER PLAN OF ACTION TO GET MY DRIVER BACK ON THE ROAD AND CALLED ME BACK TO MAKE SURE IT WAS ACCEPTABLE TO ME - AND GOT MY DRIVER BACK ON THE ROAD QUICKER THAN MOST

These guys are extremely over priced. They charged $795 dollars to come out to our truck change a radiator hose clamp and put 9 gallons of coolant back in. Mind you I was IN PLAINFIELD!!!!! Here we thought we were doing the right thing and going with a local guy.

I called for a service on my semi that wouldnt start n they came out n found the issue. Joe was kind and informative, and quickly found the problem.

My company called Mightys on New Years eve and I was told by my shops asst. manager that they would be at my location around 14:00. Their representative called me at 15:49 to ask me what was going on and said that a service person would get to me shortly. I called them back at 18:14 and the person on the phone told me that the driver will be calling me shortly. Never heard from him. I then called back at 20:50, and the person on the phone said he would be to me in 30 to 45 minutes. I never heard from them.My shops manager tried them again on Jan. 3rd and still got the run around.

I never give reviews anywhere coz I’m the laziest person so the fact that I signed in and am writing this long review speaks a lot.These guys are the definition of fraud!!!!They were 6 hours late to their appointment that we made a day before! The guy on the phone lied to our face atleast 10 times. Told us that the guy was a minute away when he was 2 hours away! The guy who was 6 hours late messed around and tried to get cash from the nearby truck drivers without fixing our problem.Told us they’ll tow the truck overnight and it’ll be ready by next morning. He told us at 2 pm that the guy was there and we didn’t have to bother to go there. We trusted him anyway and waited till 6 pm. No one was there!!! When we called him again, he told us the guy should be pulling in the stop any minute. We waited 30 minutes and guess what? No one! When we called him again, the guy told us the driver is almost there. 20 mins later, we called again and he made the driver call us who told us he was on a police call and would be late!Our bill was $500 for going through all this.

I had my truck picked up from the truck stop and towed to their shop because my truck wouldn’t build air pressure. The truck stop told me it was a bad compressor and they couldn’t change it their. While at Mightys they looked at the truck again for me before changing the compressor and found it wasn’t the compressor. I saved a large amount of money and they had it done for me within a couple of hours from when I left it there to head to the hotel. Thank you Mightys crew!
