Last week had a breakdown while picking up a load. First company I called which was a big mistake and not to put them on blast so lets just call them (Mall Sheet). They show up on time 45 mins into him showing up diagnosed the problem and said Im not getting any fuel and I should get it towed. Long story short I paid them for 3 hrs to argue with me because I knew that wasnt the problem. Called JMK to come out 15 mins into diagnosed the problem and fixed a major leak I had and did this within 3 hrs. Ill be a fool if I didnt go with John next I have a breakdown.

Had the privilege of getting towed by John of JMK. My company set an appointment to pick up my truck and trailer 275 miles south of Chicago the following day after calling it in. John showed up right on time as they promised. He quickly hooked my truck up and I rode with him the whole way. The ride was pleasant with a decent powerful tow truck and friendly conversation. He was nice enough to stop in a Pilot to pickup some lunch out of his time schedule. Very professional friendly attitude and beyond reasonable rate for a long tow.
