I needed quite a lot of work done on a several doors, multiple new locks, and a laundry list of tasks. They did everything I needed and I felt the prices were reasonable. When I broke the only key I had to my 89 240sx, this was the first place I called that was willing to help me for a reasonable price! I brought both halves of the broken key in and had two working copies in minutes! Very nice people to work with. Ill go to them anytime I need a key made!

Called Plainfield Lock techs in an emergency, our dog was accidentally locked in our car inside the garage on a hot day. They immediately came within 10 minutes and he was free in minutes! I can not thank you enough for saving our baby Gus. Highly recommend!!

I had been wanting a standard key that would start the ignition for my car that I could use as a valet style key on my 2018 Hyundai. When I went to my dealer, they looked at me like I had 3 heads that I would even ask this question and said all they could make is the switchblade style with the integrated remote and would cost over $300. Plainfield Lock Techs confirmed that my car did not have a chip, and that they could cut a key for me. I stopped by and within a half hour I had a key copied that would start the ignition to my car for less than $50 (time took a while due to modern keys being more complex). I would highly recommend them.

Locked my keys in my truck. And this guy was able to get to my location as soon as he could. He also got my truck open just as fast as I could using the actual keys. It was amazing seeing that little picking thing he used. It was quick and easy.

Called many places to have keys cut for my semi truck. Most places could not do them or way over priced(by alot). Not a problem for them to cut for most makes/models of semis. Also, they are very nice people there. I will get my FOB program & cut here in the near future.

I called this business because I locked my dog in my office...with my keys. The locksmith was at my office within 10 minutes, came up with all of his tools (though he only needed one), and he unlocked my door within 30 seconds. The service was professional and extremely reasonably priced, especially when considering how quickly he got here.

Great customer service, great price. Only waited a few minutes and Scott gave a generous discount for the wait. Hopefully wont be breaking keys in the future, but if I do I know Ill be back here. Highly recommended!
