I had not had a key copied in many many years so I was expecting a key guy to hand cut the keys. In the past, this often resulted in poorly cut keys and return trips to the store to get it right. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this process is all done electronically now. It was super easy with simple step by step instructions. And wonder of wonders, ALL the keys worked perfectly! Great followup from the company to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I am!

Attempted to copy a key at a store. (Menards) New keys did not work, but obtained a prompt refund.

I was unable to find any of the local hardware sites to make a copy of a key. Key Me was found within Menards-key works well.
