I cannot tell you how happy I am with Kevin Rouse and his staff. They respond to my requests within minutes, have always been professional and courteous, and assisted me with home repairs without so much as a raised eyebrow. My husband and I have been with Kevin Rouse for many years, for auto and home. I can recommend them with no reservations. We left another major company (advertised with Flo) when our auto policy jumped pretty high without any claims. If you are looking for a bundle give Mr. Rouse a call.

It has been over 1 year since my husband and I entered a claim in due to a storm. No calls returned, they say they can’t speak to us to talk to the adjuster but yet we pay their salary daily, our house needs major repairs and no one bats an eye for us. Wish there was a 0 star rating on here.

After a year of insurance and no claims to this policy and no changes in address, income or credit, I received a 400% increase from 350 per year to about $1200 per year motorcycle rate increase, a 20% increase in home insurance and a 10% increase to my auto policy. It seems like they offer a lower initial rate and then make unreasonable increases on your next policy renewal.

I would leave less stars if possible, there was a storm may 27th, I called late October while selling my house, this guy couldnt even return a call, all they would say Id hes not in, its been over a month and he had someone call me, I said I was very unhappy and I wouldnt recommend this insurance to my worst enemy. This guy will take your money and put you on the pay no mind list, beware and find a reputable company because this is not. Theyre supposed to protect your biggest investment, I lived 3 blocks away and he pulled some ignorant----!

Had excellent customer service with the representative Baltazar Cahue. He’s really knowledgeable and was able to give me a great quote. I highly recommend anyone who’s looking into switching or getting new insurance to go see Mr. Cahue.

Not good at all when it comes to customer service. Had a great experience with the previous Allstate agent for years. The new owner (with the exception of owner himself) the staff is not able to assist in many situations. Finally ended up changing the agent.

Started off ok, but their always changing office people. I had a claim from storm damage, they pulled a technicality on me after the fact and wouldnt pay. Got poor assistance from this office and a major run around. Dont believe Allstates helpful attitude, I got suckered out of thousands.....
