I always wanted a local Insurance Company that I could feel comfortable calling with any issues and always talk to MY INSURANCE AGENT. I got what I asked for and more with Matthew Kwiathowski and State Farm Insurance. I received better insurance, less deductibles and personal attention all for around the same price I was paying an on line company with multiple phone lines and agents. Plus he helped me cancel my old polices to get my refunds faster! Cant say enough about the customer service!

Ive been with State Farm for over 20 years and this is the first time Ive had the agent initiate a policy review. In the past, my coverage changed because I asked. David was very thorough and helpful. I would prefer a more straightforward approach heres the policy options we have, what they do and what I would recommend for your stage in life versus the roundabout approach taken. It also would have been helpful to know ahead of time some questions that were going to be asked so I could have had the info available ahead of time. Still, very happy with the service.

I moved back to Indiana about 2.5 weeks ago. I had a bad experience with State Farm when my mother died in June. I insisted I would never use State Farm. Then Samantha called and I told her my story. She said she would not call me again. She was so helpful supportive and professional that despite my still lingering bad experience, I gave this office and Samantha my business.
