I have been with Rick Haley State Farm for a few years now. I first started off with them for renters insurance because they were the only company I could find to insure me reasonably with a pit bull. Liberty Mutual upped me about $500 between home and auto after a year with them and owning a house without any claims. Rick’s team is insuring me better for home and auto than I was originally paying Liberty Mutual. When I call them or email them I get prompt and knowledgeable service. I got car insurance through State Farm 3 weeks ago, and it is the BEST customer service I have ever received from an insurance agency. They (especially my customer service rep, Jake) made it simple, fast, secure and affordable for me to get this done. I was with Progressive before and paying $100/month. I’m now paying $75/month with the same car and info. They’re incredible!!!! I will stay with this company forever!!!!Also pretty cool that they hand write a thank you card for your business which also includes a magnet, business card and scratch off lottery ticket.What are you guys waiting for?????
