We’ve had State Farm for years (15plus). I had a job/company car for the last 6 years. I recently left that job, wanted to add this car to our policy. I emailed the office, answered 2 nd round of questions, I’ve asked for a bill. 2 weeks later no bill, I called again (Irene) was one the RUDEST customer service people I’ve ever encountered. I just want to get coverage started but need to know what I’m buying and paying for first.
