To make a long story short unbeknownst to me Nationwide had filed a Damage claim under my policy when I called to ask what my deductible was . Aaron went above and beyond helping me find several solutions to get this claim off my name . A month later ... Im claim free . Very thankful that we switched our Auto and Home insurance over to State Farm and Chris team. When we had a hail storm come through town we were able to speak directly with Chris and he helped walk us through all we needed to do and put us in contact with a team member for any follow-up questions.State Farm was aware of the storm and had facilities setup in our area to take our car to and had a man out to evaluate the house for damage quickly. While we were able to get our roof and siding replaced our neighbors were not so lucky...they had the same insurance for their house that we switched from and their insurance company was only willing to pay for PART of the roof replacement...how do you only get half your roof redone? With the amount of damage the storm caused to our Van and roof/siding....VERY thankful we had Chris and State Farm on our side!

Ive known Chris since he started in this office. Ive been a State Farm customer since the 1980s. He and his staff have always been very pleasant and attentive as they have helped us with numerous house and car policies. With the few claims we have had, Chriss office has always been there to guide us through the process and make it as painless as possible. Just this last Fall we had a claim for hail damage to our roof and Chris with State Farm stepped up and processed the claim in a matter of days. Brand new roof. State Farm has always treated us very well and Chriss team makes it easy to do business with them. There might be cheaper insurance, But I highly doubt you would get the service.

Jill worked very hard at processing my insurance application for hours ! She was courteous, knowledgeable at all times. Mr. McLeod has an extremely valued employee on his staff, i believe that she deserves a raise, or, higher position. It was a pleasure spending the time with Jill, look forward to more, as required.

Lets face it, businesses exist to make money, thats how our economy works. As a customer, I am willing to pay more for quality service and I truly believe you get what you pay for. What that in mind, let me tell you why I am a Chris McLeod customer. My son was recently in a car accident. He wasnt hurt, but he was very shaken up. I picked him up at the accident site and we went directly to Chris office to start handling the claim. Chris staff certainly did their job related to insurance, but the compassion and understanding they showed to my son was heartwarming and far beyond my expectations. The ladies in the office spent a pretty significant amount of time just being nice to my son, trying to calm him, and assuring him that with their help, he would work through the accident. Yes, State Farm costs a little more. Im a customer who certainly got more than I paid for from Chris staff.

I would like to preface this review with the statement I have never worked with Chris directly. This review is a reflection of his staff. Specifically, Maria Soriano.I had zero issues in the 4 years Chris’ office managed my two cars and home owners insurance.I bought and sold a house and bought again during this time.The issues began this June 2017.We had purchased a new home and sold our old one. Maria handled this. Long story short. We bought before we sold and Maria termed the insurance on our old house before we sold it. It was corrected and all seemed well. Then we received a bill for that house after we sold it. I asked Maria about this, she said it was invalid and to disregard.She then sent an email months later saying this was their second attempt to collect this past due amount. When I confronted her about our past correspondence she provided an unprofessional document that said she called and spoke to me about this and that I was upset about it, but understood it was due.I provided her screenshots of my call records and proved she did not call me and her records were wrong.At this point I contacted another office and requested our account be transferred as my confidence in this office was non-existent.Maria called to let me know our accounts had been transferred and Statefarm decided to not bill us for the unpaid amount we had been going back and forth about.Fast forward two weeks, I find out that when we purchased a new vehicle in July she removed the car from our policy that we didn’t sell and kept on the one we did.For months we have been driving an uninsured vehicle.All conversations were via email and very clearly written out and there should have been no confusion for anything. Yet there was. My new agent has been diligently working to correct the issues Maria has caused us.I highly recommend not using this office as long as she works here.
