For the past 20 years my family and I have been insured by Allstate. I can honestly say Ive been happy with the service. My auto claim was handled quickly and sufficiently with the help of Christines agents and my sons roof was replaced after a severe hail storm we had last year. Like they say, you get what you pay for. And thats why my money goes to Allstate. Thank you Christine and your employees.

Christine and her staff has been from day 1 very attentive and helpful with anything I have needed. They know what they are talking about and conduct business professionally each and every time. I always recommend anyone in need of their service to Christine. I wouldnt do this unless I was confident it would be taken care of. I thought I was in good hands, but I guess Im not. 5 of my neighbors, including my myself filed roof replacement due to Derecho storm, back in July 10th. All got roof replacement but me. Funny, Im the only one with allstate insurance.

Do yourself a favor and do NOT go to this office for insurance. I fixed my roof as they requested, the roofer took care of everything on their sheet. They came back and started to point out other “issues” that apparently is only an issue with them. A storm also came through, caused some damage, and they refused to help cover it.Disgusting and Disappointing. safe yourself the trouble, go elsewhere. A different company all together.

Do not go with this agency; underestimated coverage; shares personal information with others; and generally not a trustworthy business owner

It Is hard to communicate when in pain, stressed out with new unexpected event.I was recently in a car accident and felt I wasnt getting information needed from anyone after 2 days of accident... maybe I didnt ask the right questions but maybe insurance staff should have suggested information. after all it is not frequent people have to deal with these events.Finally, I received info and was able to make the appropriate phone calls.I have never met Christine so I cant rate her but the 3 stars are for lack of communication from her office. Otherwise Allstate company had been my first insurance choice.

I deal with Heidi Nordsell. She is totally awesome. She was fast and accurate with my quotes and even gave me advice on things I should or should not have on my policies. I also had her review what I had and asked what she suggested. She did that and got me what I needed when I needed it. Whenever I call I get her almost right away or she calls me back in a very timely manner. I have referred many of my family and friends to her. She is ALWAYS super pleasant on the phone - almost to a fault I tell her. She carries with her a very positive attitude and it comes thru with her customer service. I wish I would have known her sooner for my insurance needs. I rate her a 10+.

They suck my policy was cheaper when I first started my policy a year ago .
