Fast, friendly, efficient.My dental assistant did an amazing job, was fun, kind, and listened to my needs, right down to needing the child’s size X-ray machine. Appointment was quick and to the point, and the immediately got me set up for my follows ups to fix my one cavity, and get my teeth cleaned. Pricing was reasonable(although I know that’s more insurance than them). I typically hate Dentist’s but I’m definitely glad I went in.

I had a good experience at Aspen Dental this week when having a tooth extraction. They were kind, fast and pain-free (just a little discomfort, from novocaine shot.) I like the fact that they dont blame the victim for the horrible state of Medicare dental coverage in this country; they just try to help you.

I have severe anxiety with going to the dentist due to some really bad past experiences at other places. Aspen was very patient and understanding with me and my anxieties. Every person there was really nice.

Do not trust them! They will put you in debt. When I first went in they signed me up for my wisdom teeth for financing. At 1st it was $900 when I first made the appointment then $900 when I had the surgery. Now my bill is over 3,000! They didnt run my health insurance because they dont do that. No one told me to get pre authorization from my health insurance. Now my insurance wont pay for it! Go somewhere else that is going to make sure that you use you dental and health insurance to its fullest. Instead of be greedy and stealing your money.

I’m really impressed with the staff and services at Aspen Dental Pittsfield. Not only are they welcoming and kind, but very informative. The office is also super clean and abiding by COVID regulations.

I have mixed reviews. The staff is incredibly friendly and I love that the Doctor talks me through every procedure so I know exactly what is going on. I’ve spoken to them about how terrifying the dentist is for me and they’re very gentle and don’t talk down to me about my dental issues. I don’t love how many times my appointments seem to get rescheduled. Sometimes months out, after waiting months to get in, which just gives issues more time to worsen. I also recommend getting copies of estimates so you know exactly what to expect.

THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC! Took great care of me! Made me feel heard! Didnt mock or berate me for my mistakes! 10/10 Seriously give this place a chance you wont regret it!

I really cant find the words toe describe this place. Other then what Im insecure about and what makes me cry well all the staff made me feel secure and amazing they all show so much support but you know how sometimes people do be supportive and it comes off as fake not here they are amazing my experience was incredible they are life savers and I dont say that lightly they will work with go out of there way to make you feeling amazing about yourself I cant give give them enough praise thank you Aspen dental

I was very impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the staff and dental assistants and doctor!

Had a cleaning and exam with x ray. Dentist look at x ray said no cavity Six months later had cleaning with NO x rays. Dentist look at x rays taken six mouths before and said I had a cavity to a molar next to my wisdom tooth and the wisdom tooth would have to be removed in order to properly fill the tooth next to the wisdom tooth.

A Dental Assistant there Lexi was very informative, kind, and experienced. I look forward to continuing me service there! The billing assistant was also very helpful, and the Dentist was very clear in meeting my dental needs.

The staff are so kind and take the time to explain everything they are doing and answer all questions you may have.

The dental team here were friendly and professional. After x-rays and scans, they explain each and every problem clearly & give the estimates accurately.

Everything went very well all tthe place was clean the doctor was wonderful and I hope after all this is done Ill have a good dentist. I found the explained everything thoroughly they did great x-rays everybody in the office was very socially conscious the place was exceptionally clean and they took great strengths to make sure that all were served

Aspen would have been a 5 star if they didnt charge me over $1,000 more than I was quoted. The people there were all nice and respectful and the doc gave me some good info for now and future. I was quoted $800-$3,000 but was charged just over $4,000!. Sadly I ended up cancelling my future appointments because of it.

Ok.. so being vulnerable here for a minute... i chipped a tooth over 25 years ago in 9th grade.. it had a normal porcelain filing in it for 15 years then I paid 800 dollars to have it redone to look better. It didnt. Ive always been super aware and embarrassed by this one tooth hated it.. thats first picture. Second picture the filling finally gave up and broke, 3rd picture got it fixed today for half the price of the second person to fix it and it came out EXACTLY how I wanted it years ago. Its perfect... no cracked line through the middle of it . My embarrasment is GONE! Thank you so much ASPEN DENTAL!! I was super nervous and they were all really polite and made me feel comfortable!! Thank you!!

Fast service. Very professional. A little bit more transparency during checkout process. Recommended that I spend 135 dollars on an oral b toothbrush!!! And included it in total charges without disclosing it. I already use a 250 dollar sonicare.

If you want horrible service and exorbitant bills, this is the place to go!If you want good service at reasonable rates youd be better off going anywhere else. Hint: Theres a MUCH better office by Big Lots.

I give the dentist and X-ray tech high marks for their skill and friendliness. I took issue with some of the rules of the office. It seemed as the staff were operating from a script even if the case demanded some flexibility. Not only did I have a long wait to see the dentist beforehand with little communication from the staff, I did not know you were expected to wait AFTER the visit so that a treatment plan could be made and paid for ahead of time. Imagine my surprise when I was handed an estimate for a large sum when I knew for a fact that my insurance plan covered these procedures 100%. If the staff goes by the book, they should have known.

I found a true and honest group of professionals. They were all very sincere and most welcoming.I saw the ads on TV and was impressed, but more impressed in person.I would and have already told others.

I saw Aspen Dental for their Free Dental Care for Veterans. The staff were WONDERFUL. Not only did all the staff VOLUNTEER to come in on days off without pay to provide dental care to our nations Veterans, but they were wonderful. I got more than I ever expected from the dental visit. Every single staff member greeted me with smile. What a WONDERFUL SERVICE YOU PROVIDED! Whats even better, what wonderful staff to come in on their time off like that! THANK YOU ASPEN DENTAL. I know I will be looking into you guys for any future dental needs I have!

Itd be nice to have the option as to what is done first and a priority (i.e. getting cavities fixed before crowns or wisdom teeth pulled).

I had the most wonderful experience at Aspen Dental in Pittsfield, Ma. yesterday. Right from the girl taking my x rays, to the Dr. and then the office manager. I was very nervous going in, but they all made me feel very much at ease, and were very patient with me as I had a lot of questions. I would totally recommend them to all my friends and family.

Broke a tooth on vacation. I did not have insurance so the entire exam and x-ray process was free - Awesome and unexpected but their standard practice. I was seen on time by a great office of very dedicated people. Superior service from front desk to Dental assistant to Billing to Dentist. Cant thank them enough. Great job!

I went to Aspen Dental for 2 years and they made nothing easy or clear. Continually giving extra bills after being told things were covered. A rotating group of dentists so I never knew who was going to be treating me. In two years, I have been seen by 4 different dentists and only 2 of them would I consider seeing again.The only saving grace are the hygensits and office staff who are lovely.I had a filling done by them that had to be redone because it was done poorly. .They sent me to get a root canal and didnt tell me that they did not check to see if that endodontist was in my network. They were not and I was not aware until after the bill which was well over $1,500 and tapped out my insurance. Then they sent me a bill for a crown after already paying what they told me would be my share; stating that I had to pay almost another $1,000. I called to request a compromise and weeks passed with no response. I called back and they had no interest in helping me or acknowledging that they could have been more transparent.They lack the personal care and interest in their patients that Im used to from any of my doctors.They claim that the amount they quote is the amount you will owe and they will work hard to make that happen (which is actually on their phone wait music); sadly this is very far from true.Im not going back and would never send a friend or colleague.

Absolutely amazing dentistry...one of my (doctor) joys since moving to the area. All involved with the office know what they are doing...I am so relieved to have gone to the right place for my oral health, which was somewhat by chance...LaKeesha and Dr. Singh, everyone there are of Blue Chip, Top-Shelf Quality.

As someone who does not have dental insurance and dont have a lot of money, i was very happy to be in the hands of Aspen dental team in Pittsfield. The whole staff really cared about my situation and did everything they can to help. They genuinely cared and was very sympathetic. Facilities and service was a perfect 10. All the staff was very friendly and welcoming for a first time visit. The first person I spoke with was Chelsey at the front desk. Very warm and pleasant. Then the next was the exrays and she was very accurate and explained everything I think her name was Lydia-sorry If my memory fails me. Then Dr Patrick was very considerate and informative with my options. The last but not least was the office manager Megan who sat with me and we went over all the options and payment details and was extremely patient and informative and spoke as if we had known each other for years. The staff was great. I am concerned about the pricing structure including insurance portion being paid. It seems high to me. And there is some uncertainty on the part of Aspen as to what the actual amount the insurance company is going to pay in the end.

The staff and doctors are so amazingly friendly and caring. They treat you like your family, I would recommend this office to everyone who needs this type of professionals.

I had a dental emergency while spending a week in the Pittsfield area. The dentist and his assistant were wonderful. My problem was diagnosed, and I left with a prescription and x-Rays to take home to my dentist. The assistant directed me to a local supermarket that provided free antibiotics. I had no charge for the dental appointment because I was a first time patient. I was very pleased!

Nice people there. Thats the good part. One year later and cant wear lower partial.Had five extractions and was assured all were no problem even as I pointed out the bad condition of some of them.Had the extractions by Dr. Michael. The man was a butcher. Worst pain ever and my prescription for pain medicine was written for a strength that isnt made.Had to go back to office to correct this.Two weeks later and still in pain and I get a prescription....unsigned.Had to drive back again.First dentures were crooked and did not fit. Lower one broke and they lost it.Top one was remade. Minimally better.Almost a year later I get the final dentures. Still cant wear the bottom one. Huge nightmare.Now I have to sue to get satisfaction.

I came to them with itching in the gum. Without consulting me they started taking numerous xray. Told me it s free. Then they said i need deep cleaning. Then they quoted an INSANE $2000 (!!!) for deep cleaning, which is probably 500% more than normal price. Stay away!!!

On the whole it was pretty good. The only thing was that I waited way too long for the dentist. 8am appt, x-rays done at 8:30 then I waited until 9:10 before the dentist came in. No excuse.

I always pay my bill in full, I later received a bill in the mail for over 500 dollars, I called in and spoke to accounting and they told me that the insurance portion was an estimate and they didn’t cover as much as they thought. They told me they would look into it (Thursday) and call me back on Monday. Never called me back, I had to call them back 7 days later to find out that they were wrong about the overage charge, they then turned it into I had an outstanding balance from a visit that they “forgot” to collect even though I had been there one time after the visit. You would think a corporate owned dental office would have everything in line, but not even close. Very unprofessional in regards to there customer service, billing, and accounting. Will not be going back to aspen dental in Pittsfield Massachusetts. Zero stars

Horribly unprofessional front staff who have ZERO care whatsoever about people who need care.Avoid at all costs.

Take your business elsewhere. The office staff is nice enough but understand this is a branch of a large corporate operation (that has had tons of complaints and has been investigated by multiple attorneys general for deceptive trade practices--google them). My frustration has been an inability to get my daughters x-rays so that another dentist can follow up. Most dentists send along x-rays electronically and immediately, but not these folks. Its been nearly 4 weeks and all the staff can tell me is that corporate is processing my request and that I should receive them at some point.

I appreciate the service(s) Ive received to date. Grateful to have my smile restored.

The staff are very courteous and genuinely care about the patients they are treating. I had some issues after treatment and they got me right in to check on them.

I dont care for the payment plan. Its basically a credit card with a high interest charge. You make monthly payments with high interest. Id rather make payments directly to the dental office instead of this payment plan which is going to take years to pay. I also think there prices are very high and supposedly they work with low income people. I dont know about that.

This place is great, theyre so productive and efficient. I didnt have to wait months for service.

They all are truly assets to the place and the main reason why I like to go there. Thank you!

I loved the recptionists, hygenists and xray technitions. Dentist was ambivalent about my condition and offered no alternatives to her diagnoses, even though I explained that $15,000 was way beyond anything I could afford. Temporary cap was done in a sloppy manner with no explanation as to how to care for it until other repairs could be done. Going to another dentist forca second opinion and probably wont return to Aspen Dental!!!!

Not Happy 8am appt 845 i got called back for some xrays 2 hrs after i am leaving no work done feeling like i just left a used car lot .... i dont believe i will return for my 800 dollar cleaning or any other over priced repairs

I was drawn to Aspen by the 20% discount and $399 dentures advertised. My treatment plan disclosed a 10% discount and $1836 full upper denture.

I was on time (early actually) for my appointment. Only one waiting (first appointment after lunch). Plenty of staff milling about. They took me 15 min late. When customer is on time, Business should be too!

They did not disclose that your insurance will be charged for an evaluation. Those without insurance are not billed. Not a sound business practice.
