Management is either completely inept or malicious. If you accept a job here, have an exit plan prepared. Compensation is about 30% below average and promotions are non existent. Any time you spend here will be a complete waste of your career from a technical perspective. After working for many different companies in the defense industry, this location is by far the worst for almost every single metric you can compare.
