Kayla Hungerman at the Squirrel Hill store deserves a raise for her knowledge, patience, and outstanding service. I was at the end of my rope dealing with the loyalty department who had accidentally cancelled my cell phone and overcharged me the full cost of my phone (I had to pay over $1000 before anyone would even talk to me about my account problem). I had spent hours on the phone unsuccessfully trying to get my account corrected. The following day I met Kayla in the Squirrel Hill store and, even though it took her over 2 1/2 hours, she got everything corrected (after two different people in loyalty hung up on her!). She knew all of the details about store policy, promos, and offers and identified an additional discount that I didnt even know I was eligible to receive. I wish that every AT&T employee had that type of perseverance and knowledge!

I came in last Saturday to get a new phone. Kayla helped me upgrade from my S9 (and it didnt cost me anything but taxes), so I got a new phone, everything transfered over, and a new tablet for my business. I will be back when I am ready for my next update.

Is there a way to choose zero star for my review? The staff is friendly but shamelessly deceiving. When I upgraded our family phones a year ago, I was told that our monthly bill would be $150-160 and it ended being $210. And when I recently asked for a document proving I am a customer they could not provide me one. I am not saying that another phone company will be better. But I know for a fact that AT&Ts customer care is terrible

The employees at the SqHill store are always super. Saturday not a exception. Yes they are terrific I had a replacement phone that I brought in on January 23 2021.The young lady set up the entire new phone for me. GREAT GREAT. Of course she should be made aware of this review and be given a BONUS,

Earlier in the day I had a VERY unsavory interaction with an employee at the East Liberty AT&T location. Based on google reviews I decided to try this location instead. I was greeted right away by two super friendly staff members. Kayla helped me right away and assured me that what I needed to get done would get done. Without any problem whatsoever the staff at that store helped me with every single issue I had, and could not have been more helpful or friendly. Thank you both for turning my super stressful situation into the best possible outcome !

This store is amazing! I came in today to upgrade my phone and it went as smooth as possible. Nate helped me out and gave me all of the best deals possible. He even put my screen protector on perfectly! Great experience. Great location. Great service.

Super friendly staff. We ran into issues doing a phone setup an plan upgrade but they rolled with the punches and everything got set up perfectly. They also helped me find a much better plan. Ill definitely be back when its time for the next upgrade.

We were changing phones that we bought and needed some help going from a micro SIM to a nano SIM. They asked up appropriate questions to make sure we didnt get into too much trouble and finished helping us, even making sure we had the Restore/Backup set up right. Well, we did something wrong and had to go back about 15 minutes before they closed and they were patient and helpful and got us through the crisis of our own making. We are now happy AT&T continuing customers and on relatively new phones. If you need a new phone and plan, go here! I will not hesitate to take my future needs to them. THANKS!
