I just had 10 minutes of my life taken that I will never get back! I had the misfortune of getting Iesha on the phone whom decided that my request to have my doctor call me was not of importance. My blood glucose shot to the roof as I broke down in tears and began sweating profusely at which time I told her my diabetes was out of control and I had to speak with my doctor. I begged her to tell me if she was going to put the message through and she told me ONLY if I listened to what she was sending through and if I hung up it would not be delivered. I listened and then told her that she needed to add that the call added to the stress of the situation at which time she became even more combative and petty. Long story short - the doctor called immediately and determined it was something they needed to take care of immediately! I also let him know that the answering service was horrible and I will also remind him of this each visit!

The most toxic and abusive office culture I have ever experienced. They have no regard for HIPAA or basic human decency. Management gets off on being petty because they are ashamed this is what their life has amounted to. Do not trust them with your customers. They will destroy your business and enjoy doing it.
