A couple of weeks ago, I woke up with a phone that decided it couldnt go on. It was so messed up that I couldnt do anything with it. The timing couldnt have been worse, because I was supposed to travel out of town for the long weekend and planned on using my phone for navigation that same afternoon. With the drive being so long, I almost just canceled my trip because I have had terrible experiences getting a new phone in the past. The last time I had to get a new phone, it literally took 3 hours (different location in South Carolina).I had an unexpected break at work that day and ran to this store expecting the worst. Then an angel named Alex appeared and literally changed the course of my entire day and weekend. This precious man listened to my rambling about my terrible day and my concerns and was able to solve my problems. Effortlessly, he helped me choose a new phone and transferred everything in 45 minutes. I couldnt believe it. I have been with Verizon for 20 years is and this was BY FAR the most wonderful experience Ive ever had.Knowing that I was traveling with a small child, he asked about our car movie situation. I hate our Amazon fire, so he couldnt have caught me at a better time. I ended up with a tablet too.Because of time, I asked if I could possibly pay for everything up front and pick it up after work, since the transfer still needed a couple of minutes ( my fault. I only had 45 minutes) Alex allowed me to do that. When I came back a couple of hours later. My phone and tablet were completely set up and in the cases I bought. He thoroughly explained what he had done and why and also all of the charges. He saved my weekend. I made it to Virginia with no delay after thinking Id have to cancel.Alex did everything with a smile and is a superior employee. He made it look easy. My husband and I have had terrible experiences at other stores in other states, but wow . Alex needs to travel and train people.I am forever grateful.

I was lucky enough to have Jayme help me purchase my new phone yesterday. Personable, smart and efficient are just some words to describe her. She honestly couldn’t have been any better! She set up everything I needed quickly and had me check to make sure what I use was back in my new phone . Also, no one has EVER broke down my charges this well and detailed for me when buying a phone. I always am quite surprised when I get my first bill after hearing what my hill is “supposed” to be . Not this time. I know exactly what’s happening. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience there. Next time I need a new phone I would hope to be able to find Jayme, at whatever store she is at, to purchase it from her.

Today my mothers car broke down outside of this store in the pouring rain. Jamie, and Paul(I really hope I got these names correct) not only let us hangout in there store because it was raining but they also gave us food and drinks, let us charge our phones, and talked to us while we were waiting on the tow company. Even while we were sitting talking not once were they try to sell us anything but just genuinely trying to talk to us and make us feel better. So I thank you two and I hope this kind of help doesn’t go unnoticed! Thanks again.

I went with my aunt to upgrade her 7+ year old phone and the store was clean, full of inventory and pleasant with everybody greeting us. Paul was the associate that assisted us and he helped my aunt pick a new phone, cancel an old unused line and grab a few accessories. Paul did an outstanding job and had us on our way in no time!

After having a galaxy note for 3 weeks my screen protector started looking like there was oil under it. I keep very good care of all my electronics so I know this wasnt user error. They would not do anything for me even though it was a employee that installed the screen. 50 dollars for a screen that looks like garbage just to get told to call the screen protector company. Dont have your employees install screen protectors if you wont help when they come back messed up. Oh and he said if I called a week earlier something could have been done. Whatever ill take my business elsewhere.

I explained to Paul Codelka the issue I was having with getting access to upgrade my phone. He was the first representative that had explained and provided a solution for how to resolve my issue that day, instead of having to wait. He was able to give me straight answers on what phone would fit my lifestyle best. Even after placing my phone order, he discovered that the phone I wanted was now back in stock because of a return. He took the initiative to cancel my order and was able to get me my phone that day. He went above and beyond to provide excellent service and explain everything in detail!

Kicked me out of store initially when didn’t have a mask on. I told them I had health issue preventing me from putting one on. They didn’t care and kicked me out forcing me to put one on.I came back with uncomfortable shirt around face to cover face. The kid would not let me into account. After paying thousands and a good relationship with Verizon year after year it’s a shame it has to come to this. I tried 3-4 times with pin. I verified everything about account. This place has terrible customer service, very unfriendly, uninviting.

Paul is the absolute best!! Saturday night, I was trying to get my daughters iPhone activated and Apple kept sending the verification code to HER phone so, of course we couldnt get to it. After about an hour of trying to get Apple to send it to my phone, I decided to stop up to the Verizon store and see if they could at least get the text transferred to my phone. Although it was close to closing time and Paul was very busy, he was able to get the phone activated for me! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and just basically awesome!

UPDATE: I not only visited the store to complain about this issue and point out the policy on what account managers can and cannot do, but I posted on the Verizon Authorized Retailer, TCC general Facebook page. They followed up by requesting my contact information. The District Manager contacted me couple days later and recognized what happened was completely against policy, gave me a refund on the restocking fee, assured the new line and all fees were removed from my account, and assured that the store would receive training on this issue so it wont happen again. District Manager, Josh, was amazing. He was very courteous and understanding. I hope to give them my business in the future. 4 stars only because my indirect exchange with the manager was less than desirable, but I am very pleased with how everything turned out.My husband went in to this Verizon store to trade in his phone. Since it is my Verizon account, he didnt have the PIN. So they changed the PIN without my permission, then proceeded to sell him on a $300 tablet for $10/month on our data plan for a two-year contract and put it under MY name. They failed to tell him about the $40 activation fee. When he went to return it within the 14-days, they charged a $75 restocking fee. Seriously, isnt it illegal to not get permission from the account owner to add a line? These people will do anything to hit their sales...

A great experience on Black Friday! My 3rd attempt in Verizon in less than a month to organize my jumbled plan. Paul was incredibly helpful! He took time to outline my current plan and went through several scenarios for upgrades. We decided on a plan for my now 4 active lines and tablet. He was clear about what to expect for the next few billing cycles and how Verizons credit system works. I give Paul a 10 outta 10!!!

I needed to switch my service back to Verizon & purchase a new phone. Because this location is open later than most in the area, I was able to resolve my phone problem. Also, Jonathan, the sales associate helping me was able to transfer all of my old phone’s information to my new one-even though the old phone was dead. The service was excellent. I would highly recommend this location.

Originally went to the store in Robinson mall and the staff didnt even understand their own policies which frustrated me to the point of walking out. I ended up stopping here and had a much better experience. Staff was very knowledgable, helped me with everything the other store wouldnt plus more and most importantly, seemed genuinely honest. I highly recommend this store and I have dealt with A LOT of Verizon salesman and customer service over the years. I left feeling satisfied (very abnormal for me). My experience at the Verizon store in Brentwood is, by far, the best Ive had. I was actually thinking about switching carriers, however Jonathans (store manager) overall friendliness and expertise on ghee product lines and various discounts kept me a loyal verizon customer. As a Marine Veteran, I highly recommend this location. Both employees were respectful and thanked me for my service as well. Thank you again for your help and making the process painless. I have been there 2 days in a row and Paul has helped me both days. I was giving a 6 foot lightning charger in a cell helmet case but it wasnt a cell helmet charger. We think an old employee from a different location switched the charger but Paul is working to get this resolved for us. He helped me find all the accessories I needed and seem very knowledgeable and dedicated to making his customers happy. I highly recommend seeing him for all your needs.
